I came in for an **************** change, expecting a standard service, but what I got was far from it. First, I was not asked if I wanted synthetic oil for an upcharge (for my nearly 25-year old vehicle). That was a red flag right away. To make matters worse, when my husband checked over the car the next day, he discovered the oil filter had not been changed & the oil was dirty. Later, he got under the car to inspect the oil pan and discovered the oil had not been drained nor had the vehicle been lubed (which it requires). Luckily, I have someone at home who knows their way around a car and can check if the service was performed or not. Others are not so lucky & should take heed. Not only did I pay extra for something I didnt get, but I also received subpar service that could potentially harm my vehicle. At best, this service station was negligent in misleading service they failed to meet the basic standards of professionalism, honesty, & customer care, but at worst, it is an intentional act of fraud disregard for customer satisfaction & trust! A competent service station should be transparent & upfront with its customers, making sure they receive exactly what theyre paying for.Customers trust ********************** stations with their vehicles an asset thats essential to their daily lives & they expect to be treated fairly. Failing to deliver on whats promised is not only unethical but can also result in significant damage to the customer.I returned to the ********************** station to discuss this matter. After a long review, I received a refund, but no explanation for why I was defrauded. Fraudulent behavior like this is unacceptable & I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. BUYER BEWARE! I strongly advise others to avoid this service station unless they want to risk being taken advantage of. Dont let your hard-earned money go to a business that has no regard for honesty or proper service. Go elsewhere.

**** *******,I am very upset that we did not handle our mistake properly. You have every right to be frustrated, felt taken advantage of and down right ticked off. I know I would have been if I were in your shoes. We are a quality certified repair shop with ethics and morals but on that instance we were horrendous. We absolutely had no intentions of fraud or to take advantage of you nor harm your vehicle. A quick look at our other reviews and you will clearly see we go the extra mile to take care of our customers. We have been here 18 years and we are solid members of our community. I want to offer you 2 free oil changes for you and your husband as an apology and to prove it was a fluke that just doesn't normally happen. I hope you will take us up on the offer as you deserve better than how you were treated and I am truly embarrassed for that as well. Again, I would like to personally apologize and set you up with these 2 free gift certificates for service.Sincerely,***********
