    Purchased tickets to show that was cancelled. No refund received ($259.89) and they don't answer phone (voicemail doesn't identify the business) or answer emails. Last email sent out 4-27-23, no contact since, no refund received. Local TV station did a story interviewing others who have not received refund. All I want is the refund. We are resending as a precaution. If you have already responded with a mailing address or to have your tickets transferred to an upcoming event – there is no need to reply again. Your request has been obliged and you were notified of the credit to your account or the transfer of tickets to another upcoming concert. Many of you have been very patient and we greatly appreciate your understanding. Please bear with us as we try to answer all emails, texts, ****** business requests, etc.

    I purchased 6 tickets to a concert that was to take place on April 29 of this year. Around April 20th it was announced that this concert was canceled and refunds will be issued within 30 days. As of this time I have yet to receive a refund. I have reached out to this business numerous times by phone and by email and have not received a response in any form. The phone is an automated message and I cannot talk to an actual person. All I want is my money back and I cannot get a response from this business. I know I am not the only one who has not received a refund for this event.

    Bought tickets for the rebel rock show with ***** ****. Concert was cancelled and were emailed that a refund would be made within 30 days. I have contacted the business via email and phone messages but. No refund has been issued. Concert was schedule for end of April.

    On February 23, 2003 I purchased 3 tickets for a ***** **** concert (order #**********) for a total of $259.89. The concert was scheduled for Apri 29, 2023. On 21 May, I found out the concert was canceled from the local news. I called the Cameo Theater to inquire about a refund. There was an automated message stating that a refund would be issued within 30 days. To date (July 2 2023) I have still not received a refund. I have called multiple times and left messages because nobody answers the phone. I have also sent multiple emails through the Cameo website and have not received a response. I have filed a fraud report with my bank to get my money back this way. After over 100 comments on their Facebook post, they have disabled comments. Apparently others have not received their refunds either. Horrible business practices. I’ll never buy from this theater again.

    On 3/15/23 I purchased tickets for The Rebel Rock Street Show that the venue was to host on 4/29/23. The show was cancelled on 4/20/23 for reasons never disclosed. I received an email on 4/27/23 stating a refund was to follow in 21 to 30 days. It is now 6/22/23 and I have yet to receive a refund. The business has not responded to any of my emails and is not answering their phone. I believe many others are having the same issues. The total I paid after taxes and fees for the ticket was $86.63. My order ID is **********.

    On February 3rd, I purchased tickets from the Cameo Theatre in ******** ** for a total of $173.26.” For a ***** **** concert to be happening on Saturday, April 29th. On April 19th the Cameo Theatre cancelled the show due to “circumstances outside of the theatre or artists control”. On April 20th the establishment sent an email stating that refunds would be issued within 21 to 30 days. As of today, Tuesday June 20th I have yet receive a refund in the amount of the tickets mentioned above. I have emailed on four different occasions (May 23rd, June 6th, June 8th, and June 15th), left two voicemails (June 12th and June 19th), visited the box office during the hours posted on their site (June 20th), and sent a Facebook message to the theatre’s page (June 200th), and have yet to be able to speak with someone on this matter. I am requesting a full refund from Cameo Theatre for these tickets. Thank you for your attention to the matter.

    On 04/01 I ordered tickets to the ***** ********* ******** concert in *******. A couple weeks later I got an email informing me of the cancellation and the email stated the tickets could be refunded. The money would go back in whatever card that was used or if that was no longer applicable a check could be mailed. I have called multiple times and left messages with no response whatsoever. I have emailed. No response at all. I called yesterday and left a message about the refund still no call back. I would just like to have my money back there were 2 tickets purchased. In the amount of 173.26 the order id: ********** I would just like my money back.

    Purchased concert tickets to the Rebel Rock Show featuring ***** ********** ********. Concert was to be held 4/29/2023. Cancelled by venue. Was told to contact the venue which I have called and left messages and sent emails regarding refund. Also, tried contacting ovation tickets with no response. Please visit their facebook page and you will see all the complaints under reviews. Im merely seeking a refund of 173.26. Thank you.
