      I purchased my solar panels in Dec 2021. They were not turned on until April 2022. From that day forward, I assumed they would be on and working. I expected to continue to pay Pepco for a few months but my bill would be going down. That did not happen which caused extreme frustration because ***** transferred me all over the place with no resolution. For months, I tried to find a contact number or anything that would show me how to contact Sigora. As of today I am still paying for my lease and my electric bill which has increased my expenses unnecessarily. I was also told I would be receiving a SREC check monthly. That has only happened one time to date. All around disappointed with being swindled into purchasing solar from a company who has no idea about customer service.

      Ive had gotten solar panels from Sigora solar installed on a newer roof. They were able to match my average current power bill at the time. I was told to use the Enphase app to monitor it. The system had went down in august of 2022 and I didnt know until a month later when I got a 300 dollar power bill. The app, despite setting it up for notifications of errors, did not notify me of any problems. I had so much back and forth with them through the whole process, the number for my representative didnt exist or wasnt updated. **************** was so difficult then I took 3 days off of work three separate times, the installer didnt show up any of the days. He went to the wrong address, called me and canceled because of rain even though it wasnt raining at my house but it was raining where he went. It took till the end of December to finally get my system back up and running. Literally thousands of dollars wasted because of their sorry customer service. Now I had let it go since my system started working and i had to beg them to fix it before the new year. The guy came one day then only fixed half of it left the parts outside without updating me, I almost threw the parts away cause I thought he was done. The representative that called me last time to resolve this issue offered a reimbursement and I could never contact her again with the number she gave me. Here we are a year later and I get an email that they dont support my system anymore. Just another slap in the face by this sorry, disjointed company. I would tell everyone to stay away from this company.

      I was emailed by Sigora on 2/15/22 that a component in my Solar system needed to be replaced, and that they required payment to schedule installation. I paid $730 on 2/18/22. We had email exchanges in Mar, May, Jun, Aug, Oct, and Nov of 2022, afterwhich they stopped replying to email. They actually came out once, but had the wrong part and had to "reschedule." I had several phone conversations during 2022 and 2023 in which they apologized and assured me that this was a manufacturer problem and they were waiting on the part. I did not report this within the year period because they continued to tell me they were working on it. My last email was not replied to. I left a phone message a month or two ago and that did not get a reply. I tried to call again today and the phone number and website are now down.

      I contracted Sigora to install solar panels and deception began at the sales process. I was deceived in the location/direction of the panels and after installation i negotiated a change order, paid the 50% of the change order in May 2023 or and for almost 5 months with several promises and weeks without communication someone was supposed to show. I received a text this week (Sept 19 2023) saying the company has gone out of business. Now i am out the thousands of dollars i paid for relocation and unsure about warranty issues and support going forward. Really sad as i have never been in this situation before and in a time when we are dealing with major medical issues with our child.

      My solar system has stopped transmitting my excess captured power to Dominion. At first it appeared to just be my reporting system that was a problem then 3 months ago my Dominion bill indicated they were receiving no transmissions from my solar system. I contacted tech support who indicated (after a couple of calls/emails) that they would send a technician after I paid a $350 charge. The invoice was to be sent to my email. I never received the email (have monitored my spam as well).Now the tech will not respond to my calls or emails.I just want this fixed.(My system was installed Nov '21)

      Everything was fine until 15 months post-install. For the last 6 months (March 2023-Sept2023), I have had an array down for an unknown reason. This is causing major production loss during one of the hottest ******* in *****. Ive called support and emailed them every two weeks if not once a month. Over a dozen attempts and only ONCE have they responded. They never replied to me after that response and still do not reply to this day. What is the point in a warranty if they do not honor it.

      Sigora Solar (now Sigora Home) was supposed to install solar power wall batteries at my home (agreed to do so at the end of 2022). But by the beginning of 2023 to now, no work has started from Sigora on doing any of this installation work. I have since learned that Sigora has taken a loan out with Solar Mosiac LLC in my name to pay for this work, even though they have not done any work, and I have also since told Sigora to cease and desist with any activities on this front since they have not shown the ability to actually complete this work to date. At this point, Sigora Home should return all moneys, cancel this loan, and cease any and all activities as I have previously directed.

      This started out being a professional business with prompt service. Started in fall of 2021. Talked called all the time. Then they dropped the help after all papers were signed. My hook up was not completed until sept 2023. I dont think I should have to pay for a service/product that is not working!!!I have emails, texts and paper work to prove dates and inconsistencies. Please help
