      My solar panels have stopped working well over a year and I have not been able to get support. For months now I've been trying to get someone from Sigora to help but nothing.As a result I've been paying my power bills PLUS the loan on the solar panels and I can't financially cover this for long.

      I began calling Sigora on June 5th because my Solaredge app showed a solar panel was not performing. I called repeatedly and left messages but never heard from anyone. Then on June 14 about 11 am my entire array stopped working. Since then I have called just about every day and left messages but no one ever answers or responds.

      Sigora asked me to refer people who might be potential buyers of their product. They were offering a 500 dollar referral bonus if someone purchased panels from them. A person who I referred, ended up buying panels from them. That person's panels have been installed and running for almost 6 months. I have not received a dime from Sigora and cannot even get in contact with them. I have used every number I can find and even used several numbers that were provided to me by companies who deal with them.

      I purchased solar panel from Sigora in 2015. They are currently non-functional and I have been trying to communicate (left phone messages, send ******** messages, filled out online form, replied to prior email messages, etc) without response for nearly a month. I stopped by their "location" only to find a building that appeared to be abandoned. I am in need of technician service to evaluate the reason for the non-functioning solar array.

      Our solar design was approved on November 11, 2021. We completed the loan application process on January 1, 2022. There were delays in the panel installation, electrical work, and metering that were eventually resolved in the span of over one year. I have emails and text messages regarding communication between Sigora Solar and myself. An inspection request was finally granted on May 12, 2022, to finalize the project. The installation passed inspection but the panels are not working. Our meter is not functional, evident by reading our energy bill and monitoring our system on our app. We have made numerous calls, sent emails, text to no avail. I have records of all attempts and communication. We are currently paying for a solar panels that have been on our roof for over a year that do not work. Despite our contract, the company has not fixed/ updated our panels. Sigora no longer responds to my emails or text messages and the phone numbers that are listed or on the signature of their employees' emails no longer work.

      I had solar panels installed around Thanksgiving of 2022. In December the company sent two people to install energy efficient lights and they installed a smart thermostat in the den (lower level of the house). They installed the thermostat and lights but I did not request this service. I called my home warranty company for a ac check and tuneup four the year and was informed that my bigger unit is not coming on. The new thermostat that was installed controls that unit and is not working. HVAC guy states that there is with the way Sigora contractors hooked up the furnace to the panel (line voltage) is reading to high. Also stated that when he checks the voltage he receives a beep at 24 volts and its not supposed to be beeping at 24 volts. I call Sigora to get this issue s resolved first time they say they called me back to reschedule an appointment but I didnt hear from anyone. When I called back the same day they stated someone would come the next day and the next day they said the truck broke down. I called back and the guy stated that someone was supposed to call me to reschedule and Im still waiting for the call. Its been two weeks now going on 3 weeks and I have no air on the first level of my house and I have asthma. I think this is bad customer service and would like a resolution ASAP. They have no problem taking the money from my account on a monthly basis but dont want to deal with the issues Im having with and they caused the issue.

      On 07 January 2023 I began a dialogue with Sigora Home about installing batteries for our newly installed **** kw PV array. After initial discussion about using Tesla Powerwalls or Enphase batteries the decision was made to use Enphase batteries because I was told they would be available the same week as they were purchased. On 25 January 2023 a contract with Sigora Homes was signed and on 26 January 2023 invoice ***** was issued by Sigora for 50% of the cost of the batteries, a home car charging station and installation fees for $26,198.50 which was paid in full. The expectation was that battery installation would follow quickly.Since payment of our deposit Sigora has twice been to our home, once in late January and once in April, for "field verification" for the placement of the batteries. The second field verification accomplished exactly what the first one accomplished; a footprint for where the batteries were to be installed was chosen. Since the second field verification was performed, we have heard nothing from Sigora and attempts to contact them via their online customer portal and via their customer excellence team at ************ have all went unanswered. It has been 2 months since any contact has been with a Sigora Home representative and over 4 months since we placed our deposit with them without any real communication from them on when the work will be done or an explanation about why it is so delayed.At this juncture we would just like our deposit refunded so we can have the work performed by another company.

      We had Sigora Solar installed in May of 2019. In Nov. of 2022, we noticed a leak in an upstairs bedroom. Appeared to be where the panels were attached. A call to Sigora and we had someone here immediately . He was able to actually repair where a squirrel had made a nest under a panel and chewed through a wire . He told us we needed to have a roofer check out that the leak was fixed and in a month or so someone would be out to hook it back up and replace the one panel. We had the repair checked , its good and we are grateful . However it is now June of 2023 and no one from Sigora has been here. Weve reached out so many times Ive lost count . Weve emailed, messaged on FB , called everyone we can find numbers too. Weve gotten email responses and in Jan of 2023 it seemed we might be moving forward . But nothing . Squirrel damage is just that , we would like to have squirrel guard installed to prevent that from happening again . However we first need our system up and running again . We are so disappointed in how this has been handled . Weve even stopped at offices locally and of course the person you need to speak to isnt here right now . Voicemails are full so no leaving messages at the moment . Can someone please help ?? In the meantime we have electric bills , which we expect some reimbursement on , as this is far outside a reasonable time frame .

      Sigora billed me for an inoperable solar panel for 2 months. 5 months later, even though my system is operational I am still waiting for a consumption monitor, and i cannot get anyone from the company to respond.
