Ive used cap center twice both purchasing and refinancing. Cap meter was great both time. Still shop around for better rate and cap center will match low rate from other lender in most cases. The no closing cost does saved me a lot of money. They have attorney in house for closing and make it easy. Something to know is that cap center doesnt service the loan they underwrite. They usually sell the loan to loan servicing companies or bank after you closed on the house. My first loan was sold to ****** which was great since thats where I bank. I asked them if they can sell my rental house refinance to Truist as well and they said they will put the preference in the notes and they will try to accommodate the request. At the end they sold the loan to ****** which is not a big deal but would be great if it would have been Truist. Overall experience was still great. All the employees Ive interacted with is nice and helpful. The holiday pie is a very nice touch. Our family love it.Review from Temple E

I had a great experience my first time around. The second mortgage I pursued was lost to Rocket because the agent was aloof and slow to reply. Management came to the rescue unfortunately an hour too late! I would have loved to have used CC based on previous experience. I will definitely use them in the future! ****** to apples, they do offer the best financial benefits during the fee laden process!Review from Khoi T

I have used CapCenter twice for refinancing and intriduced a friend to get a purchase mortgage through CapCenter once - all 3 times it was fast, easy, clear, and beneficial. With its "no closing" cost strategy, we did not have to struggle with deceiving tactics through junk fees, or surprising final numbers. Granted, the overall rate might be a tiny bit higher than with other lenders, but overall it's a huge saving, in term of time, money, and headacheReview from Jarmal H

My experience with CapCenter was terrible. Communications about rates and when I could lock in were minimal. CapCenter failed to provide certain disclosures, which then bumped the closing date after I had made travel arrangements and was already on my way to Virginia. As a result, I was able to get into the property for only about 1 hour before I had to fly out. CapCenter tried to assess the real estate commissions against me, the buyer, in the disclosures. I then had to get the realtors involved to correct them because they did not believe me that the seller offered and agreed to pay the commissions. CapCenter provided a $2,000 discount, but the entire purpose of my travel was to close and work on the property for a few days. I would not use them again.Review from Joseph B

The term World Class is often just a label which companies bestow upon themselves. CapCenter is an organization which the clients view them as World Class. Every aspect of the operation is a showcase of Professtionalism and Class. Once you become acquainted with all the services Cap Center offers, the more you appreciate them.
