This is the 9th time that I have had issue with Strayer's financial aid office and admissions office. Every term there is something that they lack in the financial aid **** to get my loans disbursed to pay my tuition and issue my refund. I reached out to ****, a company they use to issue our student refunds, and they informed me that Strayer has not sent the funds or file for them to process my refund, but my student account shows that the tuition was paid 4/16/25 and the refund was sent 4/19/25. Most of us depend on these funds to live off of because we have devoted our time to school or cannot balance a job and school. I make good grades, and I do everything I need to avoid these issues yet it's always something with their financial aid ****! I have exhausted my resources; I am mentally drained with Strayer! There are literally thousands of students like me with the same issue every term...this is ridiculous! **** said that they can't issue a refund without funds.Customer Answer

I have received over a dozen phone calls in the past few days alone from admissions when I have never submitted any information to them, and I do not even live in the same state. In fact I live across the **. I already have a degree and I work full time. I've already called and told them to never contact me again or I will be pressing charges for harassment. I thought it was a scam at first but it turns out they're a real college, they're just terrible at their jobs. If someone doesn't answer and BLOCKS your number after the first 11 calls, do you think it's a good idea to call them again? My financial aid has not been applied to my account. Financial aid does not answer the phone they have you waiting for hours on the phone for no one to come to the line. I am current student of this university. There has been an issue with my loans disbursing to my account since the start of the term. I posted my attendance and accepted my loans in a timely manner. The disbursement period was between 01/15-01/24. I have called several times regarding this matter and have been given the run around as to when this matter would be resolved. They keep telling me to allow more time, when in reality they have surpassed the allotted time frame per the university's guidelines for disbursements. Ive started college this year and the issue I have with them is my loans. They were saying the deadline was the 24th for funds to be sent out. They havent provided me with any information and they started disbursements Jan 15th. The only thing they tell me is that everything is good on my end and its something with their system. Which is understandable but I have personal problems I was expecting a refund and now Im even more behind in my life while still keeping on top of my work and doing the school stuff everyday. Mainly just want some cooperation or them to give me something other than everything is fine when its clearly not and if so a lot of us students are having the same issue they could at least send out mass emails or something of the sort. On January 8th, forms were completed to finalize financial aid and begin the semester. All documents were submitted but no progress was made in the schools financial aid portal. They had recently updated to a new system and nobody took my concerns seriously and continued to tell me everything would be ok and that I need to be sure to attend class. Countless phone calls, emails and voicemails led nowhere and now, the school is saying that because I attended classes, I will owe. I am fine with paying for school with the loans for which I am eligible, but the school appears to be ignoring the financial aid, but I am accruing student expenses.Business Response

I have been attending Strayer University online since 2020.;the last two years I have struggled with homelessness and severe financial hardship which has caused my academic standing to degress. I was put on academic suspension in spring 2024 and was appealing that decision this month. On the 22nd of January I was sent an email from student affairs stating I was expelled from strayer due documents sent trying to defraud the institution. This claim is 100% false and they did not allow me a right to due process. I didn't want to attend strayer I wanted to transfer but they told me that wasn't possible that I would have to go through the appeal process there and remain there two more semesters before I could transfer.Business Response
