BLEEDING!!! Purchased supplements and only took for a couple of days when bleeding began so I ceased taking their product. Twice via telephone today (11:18 am and 8:20 pm) I called and informed their customer service line of what happened and that I wanted to return the product and have them refund my money. Both times, after confirming my email address with them, they informed me they would email me a return ticket to attach to the package for return. Now, 2 hours after my last phone call, I still have not received the promised email with return ticket (no - it's not in my spam folder either). It does not take 2 hours for them to send an email to me - let alone over 11 hours since my first phone call! My purchase was made under their advertised 365 day Money Back Guarantee (I have website screenshots to prove this as well as my original packaging materials receipt has the satisfaction guarantee printed on it too). I think potential customers need to be aware when a company does not act in timely good faith in accordance with their advertising guarantees and makes it difficult or impossible to get our rightful refund. Purchased a nine month supply of ReGrow and after four months I might as well purchase a placebo for what good it did me. For those of you who are worried about your hair loss, have a transplant done. Dont waste your time or money on this product, it doesnt work. There products do not work! Don’t buy anything from them. I got the acne ones for my daughter and they actually make acne worse. I never saw her get these under the skin welts before. The more she took, the worse her skin got. They say satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back but, make you pay return shipping.Purehealth Research

After taking youth switch the last four doses made me violently sick, vomiting and diarrhea within an hour to hour and a half. I tried to blame other things in my diet, but i dont normally get sick like that. The last dose had me vomiting so hard a blood vessel burst below my left eye, now i have a black eye. This is a bad company with products that don't work!!! Customer service is from a different country and wouldn't let me cancel my subscription!!! Can't understand a word they say. Had to call in multiple times and finally talked to someone I could understand. Even he wouldn't let me cancel. Was on the phone forever to get him to cancel it!! This is a horrible company!!!! Customer service is from another country so you can't understand them. The 2 products I bought didn't work!! The people they hire are from another country so you can't understand them. I had to talk to 4 people to try and cancel my subscription. Makes me think they are a SCAM. I was able to cancell my subscription and received confirmation on November 4, 2023. I just received a new shipment. I immediately went on their website to see why this was not cancelled. I could not see past logging in. I was not able to view any of my own information. I will be filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.Purehealth Research

BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY BY purehealth research This company will hack into a your bank account more than a year after you have not purchased a product if they have your visa details on file from a once off trial product. The trial product didn’t do anything so I didn’t order again. A year later they stole $200 and sent products ( not ordered) so I did not accept any products as returned via same post to sender and emailed all postal details and asked for details about the refund No refund was sent and they lie again! Saying they will refund once the product are returned. After many months and many emails later I have still not received a refund. Scam ! Don't work. Their recent product they claim "197-Year-Old Man’s Longevity Secret" That was a red flag to me ! and Doctor Holly comes out with hour long speech to sell a product. Guess what ? The the world's longest living person (who died at the age of 122) in recorded history. Her name was Jeanne Louise C******, was born in France. What did that tells you about this company, you guess!! I did tried their re grow product in the past and after taking 6 bottles, nothing ! no improvement. I do not know what did I indigested from those bottles.
