      I ordered 40 Placard Organizer Boxes on 11/17/23 for $160.48. I received an order confirmation by email with order ID *****. I tried calling ************ to inquire on status, but a recorded message sent me back to website. There is a check order status link in the order confirmation email, but it just takes you to a form that you fill out with order ID and email address. I checked the status several times. I got a response email on 12/22/23 from ***************, President ******** **** stating boxes completed production Monday evening and all pending orders are now In Shipping, and any tracking info will be forwarded to me. On 12/23/24 I got a second email that updated status from In Shipping to Shipping with a date of Saturday, January 13, 2024 via ***** Ground. Since then I have checked the status several times and the status has not changed. A tracking number was never provided. I work for ***** Ground and I can track missing packages, but there is no evidence this was ever shipped. I would like to receive product, but after 90 plus days since the order was placed, I doubt it is coming. I would like a response from USA Fleet Supply LLC to resolve the issue and get a refund if nothing else. Based on other reviews, I believe I may have been scammed. If not resolved, I can escalate as fraud.

      I ordered a driver safety course with manuals. They notified me it would take longer than expected to get the product, but I told them I could use it at a later meeting. They took my money and never sent the product. I contacted them numerous times and was told my refund was coming. I never came

      I placed an online order on 9/20/2023, paid $292.46 and have not received the item ordered. I have inquired numerous times and got a response saying the manufacturer will be shipping it shortly. I have communicated I would like to cancel the order since so much time has lapsed and no longer get any responses back. I am reaching out to the BBB to put in the claim of a full refund please.

      On 12/7/2023 i placed an order for qty 30 of a warning decal. I received an order update nearly a month later on 1/3/2024. I have sent 3 emails with no response and every phone call goes unanswered directing me to send an email. I was hoping to get this within a month as the website states. But i can not get ahold of anyone at the company. I would like to know when this will come or ask for a refund.

      On 10/02/2023 I ordered rubber bumpers Qty 100 total amount ****** used discount of ****** balance char aged ******. received message that they would be shipped out DEC 28th 2023. I tracked two week later and the info a the web cite stated the order had been updated and in shipping status Jan 13th 2024 by fed x. I have called the ************** and emailed them by using the form. Never a response. All i need to know is when are they coming or do i need to have this order cancelled due to a manufacturing issue. I work at a manufacture and we are in need of these. I understand production and drop shipping because i deal with it everyday but what i don't understand it the customer service with this company and the long delay in shipping status.

      I ordered shipping boxes 5/28/23. n the website, it kept showing it was in process of shipping and wouldn't update. I tried calling, emailing, but no response. Finally, I cancelled my order. The next month I saw that my credit card had been charged anyway. $231.18 but they didn't ship the product. I have been in contact with them continually. My emails were responded to by ***************, President of ************** He told me that his credit department showed they refunded us. I have sent several emails telling him that credit never was sent to us. I sent two emails in the last week telling the same and no response. Their phone answering system are non-functional and only allow for leaving messages, of which none are ever returned. I just want my money refunded.

      9/30/23 - order placed for 60 packs of 5ea (300 total) corrugated cardboard pads 10/11/23 - order not received, sent inquiry, was told 2 weeks 10/25/23 - still not received, sent another inquiry, was told order was in transit and tracking would be sent when received from manufacturer 11/2/23 - still no items or tracking, sent inquiry, 5 days before response of same information, in transit will provide tracking, none provided 11/10/23 - received 60 each corrugated cardboard pads versus 60 packs of 5each, sent an inquiry, was told they would contact the manufacturer 11/16/23 - sent inquiry for remaining items or refund, no response 12/13/23 - sent inquiry to refund the missing 240 each 12/14/23 - sent follow up inquiry for refund, was told the remaining items would be canceled/refunded, I replied asking for copy of refund receipt 12/18/23 - sent follow up asking for refund status, was told cancellation occurred 12/14/23 and it would ***********-10 days to refund the funds 12/22/23 - sent inquiry again asking for refund receipt, no response 12/29/23 - sent inquiry asking for status of refund, no response 01/04/23 - sent inquiry asking for status of refund since it was past the **** days, no response

      Originally purchased some flatbed equipment in October 2023, didnt hear anything or any shipping so I emailed in late November and no response. So I emailed again December 20th and cancelled order. I look at the status on my order number and shows canceled but yet to receive my refund. Do not buy anything online from USA fleet supply. No communication or contact.
