On October 26th I logged on to my UPS account to schedule a freight pickup. I was quoted and provided with a provided a shipping label and a BOL. I contacted the seller of the equipment on 10/29 (i believe) to see if the item had been picked up. He said it had not. I contact TForce (as that was the company name on the BOL UPS provided me with). I contacted them Monday (I believe) the 29th and they told me it did come through on their end but very quickly got me taken care and my item was picked up the same day. On 11/3, the item was delivered after hours and signed for by someone who does not work for my company. In the morning i was notified a delivery had come in and when i went to see it it was damaged. I immediately contacted TForce, a very friendly and responsive customer service rep took my call, and i provided her with photos, details, etc. She send me some claim forces to complete. I completed the forms on 11/4 and sent the photos and promptly received and email the next day stating my claim was denied because of lack of evidence. All i got was a scan of a signed BOL by someone who doesnt work for my company and a letter stating a lack of evidence. I responded saying this resolution was unacceptable i needed it escalated to someone else on their end and that i would dispute this charge. I have to date received no response. I then was notified by the seller that they were being invoiced for the shipment. I contact TForce on 12/1 and said i needed it invoiced to me not him, but that i was still disputing the invoice. He then gave me an email address and said i had to send a request to have the invoice sent to me and that there would be a charge. I am a new startup business and this was my first freight shipment, the damage to the machine ($******) and they want for the shipping ($******). I dont see how you can destroy someone property and then stick them with the bill and then pile on more charges?? Looking for some help, ChrisBusiness response

TForce Freight is sorry for the inconvenience this situation has caused. Your declination for your damage claim is correct. Per our item 680 of our 102 rules tariff, if the freight is inadvertently picked up for transport without adequate packaging then we hold no liability to any damages that may occur in transport. Machinery should be packaged in a crate or box to prevent damage while being transported. Based on the pictures unit only had shrink-wrap protecting it from damage. Shipper is responsible for proper packaging. Claim should be against the shipper.Customer response

So rules are made/posted where? The item was firmly secured to the pallet, it was inside the dimensions of the pallet (meaning nothing hanging over the sides) and was wrapped in 1/8" of shrink wrap. TForce is supposed to be a professional freight transporter which includes properly loading, securing and transporting of items. If the load was properly secured nothing would be leaning/falling/rubbing on another item. If you're requirement is to be in a crate, that should be clearly expressed at the time of the order and rejected at the time of pickup. Not after the fact when you have damaged someone elses property. Instead of trying to use fine print (if its even printed on anything i received) after the fact, a company should offer up solutions and work with its customers to find a solution that is fair to both parties.

I purchased items from Trailer Parts Super Store in Newark, DE. TForce Freight (TFF) was contracted to deliver the items to my home in Morristown AZ. A BOL was provided with tracking number. Delivery was estimated to be 5-7 days. I paid $****** for shipping. The items shipped from Newark, DE on 11/17. According to tracking, TFF claims to have contacted me to arrange a delivery appointment. No such contact was made, and TFF was provided my phone number. The shipment arrived in Phoenix AZ on 23 Nov. On 24 Nov, I tracked the item and saw it was in PHX. I contacted TFF customer service to ask why the shipment was not on the way to me and why it was still in PHX. I talked with "Royal" Their first answer was that they needed to arrange a delivery appointment, and they had tried to contact me on the 24th which was untruthful. I then asked to be connected to the local office in PHX to discuss when my items would be delivered. I was told they would call me within an hour. They did not. I called customer service again and talked with "JR" who then connected me to "Anita" in the PHX office. "Anita" told me that it might be delivered in 1 week and they are unable to deliver earlier. I requested to discuss this with a supervisor. I was connected to "Jonathon". He told me the reason why the item was still in PHX is because they do not deliver to my area on a regular basis (for cost reasons) and it "may be weeks until they are able to deliver the items". I asked for an appointment for delivery on 1 Dec. He advised it is less than 70% likely that it will be delivered on 1 Dec, and that he cannot provide a definite delivery date.Business response

No action was taken by TForce Freight, other than to report current status of the shipment which does not answer any of the complaints actionable criticism:
1. TFF claims to have contacted me (see tracking for PRO *********) on 11/18 to arrange a delivery appointment. TForce lied. since no such contact was made. I reported this to TForce on a customer service call the following day. The customer service rep admitted the data on the tracking was incorrect. Because they did not contact me, delivery of the shipment was delayed for over 1 week. Recommended action by TForce: Full or partial refund of freight charges.
2. The shipment arrived in Phoenix AZ on 23 Nov. I contacted TForce to ask why the shipment was held up in PHX. I was initially told that the reason was because they contacted me to arrange a delivery appointment but I did not answer the phone. This was a lie. After further service requests by me, I was they do not deliver to my area on a regular basis (for cost reasons) and it "may be weeks until they are able to deliver the items". I asked for an appointment for delivery on 1 Dec. He advised it is less than 70% likely that it will be delivered on 1 Dec, and that he cannot provide a definite delivery date. Recommended action by TForce: Full or partial refund of freight charges.

I ordered a office panel from ****** ********** and contacted ****** ********** to return it. ****** ********** sent me a prepaid label (attached) to return the item. Next thing I know T Freight is sending me a shipping bill for $******* (for a $*** item). I have reached out to ****** ********** multiple times and they refuse to respond. I have emailed TFreight, I have sent letters including certified letters to TFreight, I have called TFreight and explained that I did not set up a billing account with T Freight, I did not authorize TFreight to bill me, I did not contact T Freight to ship the item and therefore the bill they are sending in my name is fraudulent. The standard response I get from the reps t TFreight is I need to get an LOA from ****** Industries. That's a little hard to do since ****** ********** will not respond and looking closer ****** ********** has very poor reviews from their customers. TFreight is fraudulently billing me and they refuse to look into this, even though I've sent documention that I did not set up an account with TFreight and called repeatedly. I've asked for a Supervisor multiple times and they will only put me on hold while the rep checks with a supervisor. TFreight will not even offer enough customer service to let me speak to a Supervisor or send it to a manager for more thorough review.Business response

This company was to deliver 1 pallet of Freight to me. It was to be picked up on Oct 7 & to me by Oct 15 for $******. I still do not have it bc when their local hub contacted me for delivery arrangements they thought they should inform me it was over $****. I said no $***. They said no quote # was attached & suggested I contact their cs dept. I initially reached out via email to have a paper trail & to attach documentation & have also called. As of now I have a thread of 25 emails & multiple calls. I've provided them w/ documentation & they refuse to honor the price but they also publish on their website that if delivery isn't made on time a customer pays nothing. They ignore me when I inquire about that. They picked up late & didn't contact me for delivery until after their guaranteed date & won't respond as to what went wrong. They are saying it's bc there's no quote & then also say it's bc I'm residential but for me it's business. I'm directly off 85 within a mile from the interstate & have had multiple companies with 18 wheelers deliver pallets of larger sizes to me. I've offered to pick the order up from their local hub myself as there are 3 medically urgent & necessary items on the pallet for my pet that almost died in Jul. Some of my responses say it's bc I don't have contract pricing but that's not the case. *** who owned them until Jan gave me their website & said I got 84% off w/ my shipper #. On the tforce site I clicked log in which took me to *** login then back to their site. I got the discounted prices with no prob when I asked for a quote. I'd accidently asked for 2 Pick*** instead of 1 but couldn't view them to delete 1 of them. I contacted cs asking them to cancel the pickup that didn't have the quote attached bc I accidentally had 2 & they said no prob. Apparently they canceled the 1 with the quote but it's not my fault & they won't explain wht happened. I've gotten diff answers & disc needed for them to deliver it. They have my products I paid foBusiness response
