      Terrible , incompetent and won't correct their mistakes. On phone with customer service for 3 hours without resolving a issue they created by sending the wrong forms to my house. On hold for half the time. Gave out my ID number, ******** number and dob multiple times to different people with no results, despite the assurance that they would resolve their mistake.

      If I could give Anthem 0 stars I would. I recently called Anthem FOUR times to ensure my plan was cancelled after starting a new plan with a different provider. They still ended up charging me for December, and said it would take a month or more to receive a refund in the mail. They have taken no ownership of the issue, despite the fact that I am sure the transcripts of all of these calls dating back to early November are in their system. I am a graduate student, and the charge for December ******** my account and will leave me without funds for this month. Plus, they will not be reimbursing me for the overcharge fee. I am furious.I won't ****** on their healthcare coverage, as it varies depending on the plan. However, I was disappointed at how much money I had to pay for services ON TOP OF my monthly premium. That seemed ridiculous to me.

      terrible service on crossover claims. I live in North Carolina and when I go to Virginia for a medical issue, NC forwards the claim to VA, which then requires my Dr to file a paper claim for benefits. I have a claim from March 2021 which I have received 4 EOBs and a letter from BCBS and they STILL have not paid the claim!!! I am receiving bills and late fees from my Drs because BCBS can't process their claims due to their inefficient processes!!

      Blue Vision has awful customer service and supervisors refuse to get on the phone upon request. I had one representative tell me I had to call my medical insurance about an issue I had at a vision clinic. She sounded asleep and didn't know what she was talking about. Two hours to speak with a competent representative to get the assistance I needed, yet never heard back from a supervisor. Monday morning I will be canceling my insurance with this atrocious company!
