Don’t bother using them for you property management. They collect your money and that’s about it Their staff are rude and take over a month to respond to emails, that they don’t even read. They don’t understood terms like “common” area and such. Pass, scroll or whatever to get by this company.Review from Marian J

If you are seeking a property management firm that merely collects your payments without providing any services in return, then they may be suitable for you. However, if you require the enforcement of rules, they are not the right choice. For those desiring professional and courteous communication, this company will not meet your expectations. Conversely, if you prefer a rude and unprofessional approach, they may be the right fit. Nikki T is the most unprofessional property manager we have encountered. Her email responses are typically limited to one or two words and often include a counter-question. Do not expect her to enforce any regulations, as it is unlikely to occur. It would be prudent to save your funds and consider other property management companies, as this one falls short of acceptable standards.Review from Heather M

I went to this business for one question. It was a simple yes or no, or I can or I can't. I was trying to find out if Brooks Reality can or can not provide me with any other number or email of a business that is in one of their buildings they own, that's all. When I was trying to give a brief description of what I was there for and to ask that one question to one of the employees from Brooks Reality, the man completely went off on me. He wouldn't let me get in a word, not even to just ask that one question. Can you imagine how he would be with other customers and/or people in general? He was very Irate, rude, inconsiderate, making assumptions, and saying things that aren't true. As I was leaving I repeated my question again. He finally gave me the one answer. That is all I needed in the first place. I told him: See that wasn't so hard. All you had to do was just say that. You wasted all that breath of yours and all you had to say was that one thing. I could've been out of here 10 minutes ago. This is a company that by all means necessary I wouldn't ever deal with.
