As a former employee, I can say that the 3 days I was there I can tell you they’re gonna work you like a dog, poor management on masons end btw, should probably get on that, also absolutely DID NOT get trained was just told what to do and then get told I’m doing it wrong, I do not recommend applying for a job here

1st, I've never written a review on any business in my life. 2nd love this business prior to last week. My girlfriend and I use the car wash multiple times per month for some time. On my last visit my rear wiper was ripped off the car. I did not realize this when in the tunnel but when I was in the detailing area I noticed. I went into the office and spoke to Megan who was very nice and stopped the car wash to try and find my wiper. They needed more time to look so they were going to call me that night after closing. They ended up not calling me that evening as I was told but did get with me the next day to inform me they found my wiper. I returned soon after but unfortunately the wiper blade and arm was missing the spring that keeps the wiper tight to the windshield. She filed a claim for me but I got the sense it would be a long shot for the business to replace the damaged part. She informed me that it looked like it was my car with the issue since no cars in front of me or behind me had any issues. So 2 days later Hong Kim called me (managing member / owner) with what I figured they were not going to step up to the plate and do the right thing since it appears my car was to blame sense not other cars had issues that day. The owner can't ignore his machines took off my rear wiper since they found it in the tunnel, but sense this really never happens it could not possible be an issue with his machines in the tunnel. Clearly one of the cleaning straps that are used to clean the car got under the blade and took it off. I just find it hard to believe this business just refuses to do the stand up thing and replace my wiper arm and blade. They do not dispute my blade got taken off in the car wash tunnel but sense they feel their machines are not at all to blame but its my cars fought this happened they will not stand up and do the right thing. I have 2 cars that have a monthly membership at this location, just sad. $71 dollars to replace my wiper arm.
