    This is the worse dealership and sale staff and financial manager that i and my wife ever been!! Please do not go to this bad dealership only cares is to get high APR and money from us. All the entire process of application are worse ever and full of discrimination and evil intension! They lied multiple times and the worse shameful they are the one answering questions in credit application instead me and my wife application. Stupid ANGLE MIRANDA HE PUT REGULAR GAS ON MY LUXURY CADILLAC AND NOW HAS KNOCKING SOUND ON THE ENGINE so bad how dare you to do that! they scrached also the cadillac we got and even my truck i used to go to the dealership koons buick gmc they scrats. SCOTT COOK the financial manager are worse no respect he reverse the primary and co applicant without talking and asking me and my wife. they are not human they dont love their customer at all. they care about money we did not enjoy buying car to this dealership koons buick gmc at woodbridge VA. they lied about our approval. we approve in our bank but they teribly insisting to get another bank. please giving warning to all local people and people in this dealership be careful do not get loan to them they are desperately insist it very obviously its all about money. this scott cook at finance was an asshole that so disgusting that winking to my wife! such an asshole guy!!! disgusting! not friendly at all!! like he is not care customer he just want money and go to their intension. this cadillac is our fifth car so we are not new in buying car. i regret buying car to dealership they let us sign contract without getting the car and went back next day we have new born and 4 year old son so tired fucking angle miranda and scott cook fuck you both of you asshole you treated us like an animal all the process!!!!! you both unhappy that we did not get gap insurance or any that you want to destroy the car by putting regular gas and scratch my cars fucking racist asshole please fire this people look at th

    Highly disappointed in this dealership. Several people in corporate got involved but the major problem was not solved. Several warranties were added to my purchase and still haven’t been removed. The finance director did not discuss how much they were or show in writing anything other than how much I had to pay back with the loan. When reading through my paperwork I discovered many hidden fees. I’m 15 business days into the loan and interest is being applied each day. Personnel were very deceptive and dishonest throughout the entire process. My next step is to submit my complaints with the Attorney General’s Office, my local news channel or anyone who will listen.

    Beware of the Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC. This is a very shady dealership. I believe they intentionally sold me a faulty vehicle to move it off their lot. On Sunday, November 20th, 2022 I purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 Buick Envision with 24,000 miles. The first time I started the car, the very next day, the check engine light came on. On Tuesday, November 22nd, I took the car back to the dealership where the service technician diagnosed the issue as a faulty purge valve and vent solenoid. I also demanded that they check the engine battery which they determined to be in need of replacement. My suspicion is that the dealership cleared all the warning codes before the sale and that the so-called certified checklist was not conducted in a satisfactory manner. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the vehicle and my anxiety that this may be the first sign of a continuous flow of problems the entire management staff was condescending and unsympathetic - from the sales managers to the so-called customer representative. They offered no explanations other than "parts breakdown" and offered no resolution to my anxiety about this specific vehicle. It seems that everyone had memorized the dealer script and rhetoric. Their only solution was to trade the car in for a different one from that lot - even though they did not have a similar vehicle that met my feature and price parameters. They implied that it was our fault and "too bad" that we couldn't afford a more expensive model. We suggested several solutions, such as extending the exchange period for a certain amount of time in order to see if other warning signs emerged in the near future. We also suggested upgrading the extended warranty to help alleviate my concerns about the vehicle. No dice. We also suggested reducing the price slightly for other vehicles that provided similar features as the Envision or allowing us to select a vehicle from a different Koons Woodbridge dealership. Not a chance.
