We are sorry to hear that you've not had a good experience ordering from American Meadows this season. We see that you contacted us upon arrival of your first shipment, and sent us this message: "We received this order but one of the plants was dead and one was almost dead (not sure if it will make it). Can I get a replacement?" - at that time, we did send you two replacement plants per your request which was confirmed by email. Our apologies if there were other issues we were not made aware of, we stand behind all of our products and would have gladly made it right if we had known there were any additional concerns.Your replacement was promptly shipped out as promised. We did process a refund for the additional replacement shipment as well, at your request, for the one plant that did not arrive in satisfactory condition. We are committed to both your success and satisfaction, and would welcome the opportunity to address any additional concerns you may have. We have built our company on high quality products, timely shipping and excellent customer service. We regret this was not your experience and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust and business in the future.
