RoofSmart crew did an outstanding job installing a low slope PVC membrane roof and repairing some serious dry rot over the upstairs bathroom and a northeast corner that was rotted and sagging. Other bids we got did not seem qualified and/or experienced in the structural repairs we needed. After RoofSmart finished the job I verified the sagging corner repair with an 6-foot bubble level and it was perfect--dead level. The sales staff was also very helpful working with us since we are retired (fixed income) and a new roof with structural repairs was not in our plans, but they were able to find a solution that fit our budget. In our opinion, the sales process was perfect, the repair and roof installation was perfect, the clean up was perfect, and follow up after install was thorough and considerate.

Effective, Experienced, Knowledgeable and personable team. Workers perfectly cleaned the premises after the project was completed. Owner kindly agreed on multiple payments of the bill. Sales rep knowledgeable. I would make sure discussion with sales rep is documented before signing the contract to cllarify all items verbally agreed on.I would definitely recommend RoofSmart for an outstanding, long term warranty, new roof.

I knew that it was going to be a big job because of the amount of wear and tear. I called Roofsmart to come out to inspect the roof and to give us a proposal for the necessary work. The inspector meticulously examined every inch of the roof's surface and the attic, identifying the underlying problems that had led to its current debilitated state. Roof Smart's project planner took the time to really inspect my site, even accessing my attic to check for signs of problem areas. This is something most estimators didn't do. I got 4 different estimates, all involving different ideas of how my roof and ***** should be re-engineered for proper ventilation. RoofSmart's plan was the most sound and actually was mid-priced. The project moved along pretty well. There was a slight delay when some of the metal roofing material arrived damaged, but rather than slap up the marred material, they re-ordered and did it right. Also they did a spectacular job of cleaning up at the end of every day considering the giant mess a roofing job makes. And I'm very please with the finished product!
