    I was given a bill through Doxo for $1064.64 of which I paid. However, upon closer inspection, the bill was to a hospital I never visited. Similarly, the bill of which I paid is being registered as unpaid to the hospital I visited. So now, I am facing the likelihood of paying twice over. Something is going on that is incredibly fishy and is starting to seem utterly fraudulent. I visited ******************* and Doxo says I paid *********************. The money I paid needs to be allocated to the correct doctors office under the account number that is posted.

    ****** Quick Pass which is Government affiliate to pay a toll fee and their site was the 1st site showing up to pay fee, November 2022. The fee was $2.08 and they charged additional $6 to pay. I got a late notice from Quick Pass so I contacted them to find it hadn't been paid. They were going to check their records and get back to me. December 28th they emailed me saying it hadn't been paid and now I owe $6 more for late fees. Doxo is still saying it was paid Dec 5th. They were supposed to email the same day a copy of the transaction to Quick Pass but have yet to. I still have on file the email I had paid it but Quick Pass does not recognize 3rd party receipt. ****** shouldn't allow this link to be up and being a ***************** I would think Quick Pass should complain.

    I was attempting to pay a doctors bill online on a doctors office website and searched as instructed on the bill. The Doxo page came up first but used an image and name of my doctors office. I went through the entire process and discovered at the very end (prior to authorizing the payment) that this was a bill paying service. My concern is that they clearly are attempting to deceive the consumer by using the doctors office name and insignia to lure unsuspecting consumers into their bill paying service. I immediately contacted doxo customer services and demanded that all of my personal information be removed from their data storage. This is very troubling and I dont understand how it is legal. They are using the EXACT image and name of the doctors practice. This is EXACTLY how personal and confidential information is compromised and puts the consumer at risk.

    On November 23, 2022 I Summited payment to Lincare through Doxo.; here is the information Transaction *************************************** Total Charge: $77.28, Payment amount:$73.29 Payment Delivery Fee:$3.99. Billing Account Number: *******. Today 12/20/22, I called Lincare, they stated they are not affiliated with Doxo and do not accept payment through them. They also stated several of their other clients have sent payments using Doxo. Lincare is used for CPAP supplies, so not only an I getting fees for nonpayment but am not getting the needed CPAP supplies.I also used Doxo to pay NTTA, information: Transaction *************************************** Total Charge: $18.12 and again getting charged fees for nonpayment because they are not affiliated with Doxo and do not accept payment through them. I would like a full refund of $95.40, so I can Pay the companies directly. I have attempted to contact Doxo, but all they offer is chat, which gets you nowhere because they disconnect after a minute of not replying.

    I received a bill for $10 from LabCorp. The only thing I had done at LabCorp were *************, which my insurance supposedly paid 100% of, but as it was only $10, I figured I'd pay and have done with it. I had to pay through Doxo to pay online. So I entered my debit card info to pay the $10 and now, I'm getting a $4.99 a month fee for some kind of pill paying/protection service from this company that I did not ask for, nor did I know anything about! I thought I was just paying a $10 charge conveniently, and now I'm being scammed for a monthly service fee that I am getting nothing for. I went in and canceled the subscription they claim I signed up for. Apparently, if you pay a bill through their service one time, you have signed on with them indefinitely. They claim it is free to pay the bill, but it wasn't for me. I would like a refund and no further contact from this company ever.

    I was trying to pay a bill. I was redirected to Doxo Plus sight and after submitting a payment, I noticed there was no account information listed for the bill I was paying. I then found out this was a 3rd party payer and I wanted to delete the account I just set up. I followed the steps and then a prompt came up stating I could not delete the account when there was a resent payment. This is a very sneaky company and I want nothing to do with it.

    I owed the state of ************ taxes so on November 23rd I went online to pay said taxes. This place doxo popped up when looking for payment options so I paid it thru them 661 plus their fee of ***** I believe which was fine as long as it was taken care of. Fast forward three weeks later the 11th of December I get a letter from ********** stating that I now owe over a hundred dollars more due to the faculty that they never received said payment. I called doxo and representative said she could not help me that she would have a specialist call me back within 24 hours that was Tuesday the 12th. Today is Friday the 16th and still no call and ********** still has no payment which doxo says was delivered on two different days you can choose which one to believe. I paid almost 25 extra dollars for a service that is still not done over three weeks later and I owe more than at the start. ********** says I am not the first one to fall for this somehow when searching them on the web doxo os the first company that pops up and many have fallen for the same thing. Pay them and money comes out immediately and weeks later the bill is finally paid. I would like a refund of the price i paid them for a service they obviously didnt do and if possible the extra hundred paid since I thought it was taken care of by a reputable business which apparently I was wrong.     I am rejecting this response because: I paid this bill in November you had the money instantly. Three weeks after I get a bill from them saying I now owe more because they didnt get their payment. You website shows it arrived on the 3rd and the 5th of December not sure how it can arrive on two different days. I called your customer service she said she couldnt help me but would have a specialist call me back with 24 hours. Three days later when I had heard nothing I called yet again and requested a callback which again never came. Finally I filed this complaint with the BBB on Friday and by Tuesday you were emailing me like I was a valued customer when I couldnt even get a return call. Now the check is cashed supposedly two weeks after it arrived at said company. Not sure what company would keep a check for two weeks before processing especially when I called them repeatedly to check and see if they received said check. Your service didnt do what was said and charged me *********************************** to do myself and quite frankly had I know you were a third party service that basically writes a check and puts a stamp on an envelope and mails it weeks after you are already paid it would have cost me under a buck to do myself. ***** practices and I will never do business with you again. I guess my ****** was learned thanks for costing me more than my original debt along with your fee. Ridiculous!!

    This company is falsely portraying themselves as being a representative for Arrow Exterminators. They are attempting to fraudulently have me pay through them. They have my credit card info and refuse to delete it. They stated that they are going to make a payment for me and that I will be responsible for it. Arrow Exterminators told me that this company has nothing to do with them. They informed me to contact BBB.

    Thank you for contacting us about your concern.  Wed like to clear up any confusion regarding doxo and how we process payments. 

    doxo is a third party bill pay portal. Our platform is convenient based- meaning doxo users can pay all of their household bills from one platform.  All payments sent by doxo are on behalf of our user, our direct relationship and agreement is with them. We include many disclaimers stating that doxo is not affiliated with the company they are paying nor is an endorsement given or implied.

    All users must create a doxo account and accept or deny a series of questions regarding the amount of the payment, convenience fee if there is one, and the date when the payment will reach the provider. After a payment is submitted users are emailed a doxo payment receipt. 

    We work very similar to bank online bill pay- strictly remitting payments on behalf of users to multiple providers on their behalf.  All of the information related to our service providers is publicly available information (much like what you would find on other directories such as Yelp or Yellow Pages). doxo users find value and security in the ability to pay all of their bills on one platform.  Because of that,  we do not remove any valid profiles from our directory.  

    We have been successfully remitting payment to M ******** **************** on behalf of our mutual customers since January of 2019. If youd like to discuss this further, please reach out to us at *********************************************.
