      I received call from a 3rd party logistics provider soliciting logistics services for my employer, ***** Bahama. The solicitor called me on my personal cell phone to solicit services, which I do not give out my personal cell phone for business purposes, other than for volunteer work with **** County Explorer Search and Rescue. It is annoying to be interrupted by solicitors calling on my personal cell phone for business reasons, and extremely intrusive and problematic when they call during an emergency search and rescue response for which I am volunteering.

      Hello, I have been trying to request ************************* using their "do not sell my info" link on their website to remove my personal information off their webpage. However, when I enter my email I never receive a message indicating that the information was removed or any acknowledgement of my request. I would like my personal information removed for privacy due to a person harassing me over the years. By not allowing me to delete my information, this seems to be in violation of the California Privacy Protection Act. Thanks

      Rocket Reach has taken my personal information, including my image, job history, and degree details, from ******** without my explicit permission and is displaying it on their platform. While I voluntarily shared this information on ********, I did not authorize Rocket Reach or any third party to access or use it. Ive removed my image and other details from ******** for privacy and safety reasons, but Rocket Reach continues to display my information, making it available to anyone who searches for it and allowing them to purchase it. I reached out to Rocket Reach, providing them with a screenshot from their site showing my personal information and requesting its removal. However, despite this evidence, they claimed they could not locate my profile and have refused to escalate the matter. After multiple follow-up emails, they have ignored my requests for resolution.

      I am rejecting this response because: I find your response frustrating and dismissive. To clarify, I did reach out to your support team well before filing this BBB complaint. I sent an email to your support email address approximately a week ago, including a screenshot of the profile with my image and personal data. Despite this, I was told the profile could not be foundwhich makes no sense, given the evidence I provided.

      Following that, I sent multiple follow-up emails asking for updates, all of which were ignored. I even explicitly warned that if I didnt receive a response, I would escalate the matter to the BBB. Yet, instead of addressing my concerns or responding appropriately, your team failed to act.

      To now be told that I should have contacted your team directly before filing a formal complaint is insulting. The email string I am attaching will confirm that not only did I contact your team multiple times, but I also made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter without escalating it.

      I expect you to provide proof that my profile has been permanently deleted and ensure that this issue is resolved. I also need acknowledgment that RocketReach has addressed this issue internally by reviewing the actions (or inactions) of the support team and their management and taking the necessary steps to ensure such failures do not happen again.

      My personal information in published on Rocket Reach's website (*****************************************************************). In order to submit a request to remove the profile they created of me on their website, I had to provide them with my personal email address. Instead of sending me an email to allow me to request removal of the profile they created of me, Rocket Reach added my personal email address to the profile they have of me. It seems I was tricked into providing them with even more of my personal information in order to try to remove the information they already have of me. Anytime I try to submit new requests to remove the profile they created of me, I receive an error message.

      Rocketreach are advertising and selling my data withut my consent.They have a profile of me from an old Linked in account, this has an old work email attached to the profile and therefore I can no longer access the email that Rocketreach will only accept to delete the data.(I retired over 6yrs ago!)I have made numerous attempts to email them but they remain ignored by Rocketreach I wish all of my profile data to be removed from their company immediately and none of my info to be sold or passed on to third parties

      My personal information is being publicly shared and sold. I did not give Rocket Reach permission to do so. My profile and associated data MUST be removed immediately due to the need for personal safety. I have attempted to make the request via the Claim Profile / Opt Out option, but no email address is recognized which I do not understand at all. Can you kindly request from them to remove my data, I have been trying all sorts of things and they are not cooperating. They have no right to steal information from LinkedIn which I have always deliberately set to strictest privacy.       On Oct. 20, 2024 we requested for RocketReach to remove our company information and employees' information from their site. They refused and asked for us to create an account to make corrections. ************************************************************************ We informed them that they are violating CCPA as well as CPPA and DPA, and they are jeopardizing my employees right to privacy. What was posted on ******** at some point in the past was per ********* users permission and privacy settings. When employees change their privacy settings, RocketReach does not correct their site immediately with the updated settings. They refused to take action and responded: We are unable to verify your legal authority to make the request on the data subject's behalf and therefore we cannot comply with your request.I asked how I can provide my legal authority to my own company and employees? RocketReach stated "To proceed with your Erasure Request, please provide additional information to verify your authorization, such as proof of authority (e.g., a Power of Attorney) for each data subject you request Erasure on behalf of."They seem to be scammers and do not comply with any consumer privacy rights, as many have complained on this site.I would like my company name and information to be removed from their website as I believe it's my right to ask for removal.
