    I encountered the worst customer service here. I have a full coverage extended warranty on my 2019 *** X4. When I brought my car in for repairs for multiple issues, I specifically asked them to check with the warranty company to ensure these items were covered before proceeding. They didn't. Instead, they wanted to charge me $1500 just for diagnostics. If their initial repair attempt didnt work, they intended to charge $249 for each subsequent step. They provided the warranty company with incorrect information, leading to a denial of coverage. After hours on the phone with both the warranty company and the dealership, I discovered the items were indeed coveredI had to do their job for them! Throughout this process, BMW of Bellevue treated me with disrespect and indifference. They seemed intent on overcharging me. When I finally spoke with the service manager, ****** he talked to me as if I didnt understand how warranties work, making me feel like an idiot. The customer service was appalling, and they kept my car for three weeks. Picking up my car was equally rude. I asked my service **** Safeeullah, for copies of all the documents I was asked to sign at pickup and was told it would take days. When I suggested it should only take a few minutes with a copier, he asked, "Why?" I explained I wanted them for my records and decided to scan them myself. The service was shocking. He then pointed to the service garage and said my car was there. Another car blocked mine, making it impossible to leave. When I asked if they would move the other car, he told me to back up, go around, and leave through the entrance. Just so you know, Mr. ****** I have been in the service industry, contract/legal field for 30 years. I've read multiple reviews advising to avoid this dealership and wish I had seen them before bringing my car here. *** claims to pride itself on customer service and top-notch treatment, but this dealership doesnt uphold those standards. I wrote Cooperate too.

    I can't believe the horrendous customer service I received at this location. In April I order a vehicle to built and shipped from *******. During the build process inquired about some optional accessories they offered. After getting prices of these accessories I opted it and never placed an order. Car arrived and come to find out the accessories had in fact been installed without approval for a cost of over $10,000. When I disputed these add ons I was straight lied to saying I asked for them. When I said no I didn't I still have our email conversation he said that we spoke on the phone as well, another lie. During this process we never spoke on the phone, not once. The associate proceeded to tell me that these accessories will not be removed and the will not cover any of the costs either and that I can take it or leave it and order another vehicle. Who treats customers that way? ******************** does apparently. A couple days later I was contacted with an apology for the mistake that was made and that they would offer me some great "financinig" options to help cover the additional costs that I didn't want in the first place. At this point it wasn't even about the money but about how I was treated when purchasing a vehicle at that price. If you are thinking of purchasing any type of *** new or used I would steer clear of this place. Horrible experience.

    Dear BBB,

    I became aware of this situation when the car arrived and the client refused to take delivery.

    My understanding is that the client asked for these accessories that are installed by the manufacturer and not the dealership.

    The total price ($7k) was given to the client. The Client never disputed the order so it was left to be built with the accessories.

    If the client is still interested to pick up the car, we offer a $2,000 discount on the car that usually sells at MSRP.

    Please let us know while the car is still available.

    *** Bellevue has been the absolute worst experience of purchasing an item I've ever had and I would not recommend anyone to this *** location. When I picked up my vehicle on April 30, I bought the extra warranty and insurance after being told it would be super beneficial to have and help with anything that went wrong swiftly. Three days after purchasing the vehicle my windshield cracked (May 3) and I've been trying ever since to get it replaced with very little help. Additionally, there has a been a check tire light on since I picked it up, that I was told would go off. It still hasn't and I can't get a service appointment. It also was missing the floor mats, which I still haven't received. I've been sent to numerous people, it has been a game of telephone. The Sales team and the general manager have been completely unhelpful. The windshield is now cracked completely across almost the entire windshield now. Oh did I mention that I was also 8 months pregnant when I got the car and bought it to have a safe vehicle for my newborn? I now have a newborn baby and I've told to not take it into any car wash and to be very careful driving cause the windshield could shatter. So now, I can't clean my car, I'm scared to drive it, due to the safety and integrity and no one seems to be able to get me a new windshield or new car or anything. I wish more than anything that I would've bought a vehicle from somewhere else with better customer service. For a "luxury" vehicle company this is an absolutely terrible experience and *** Bellevue should be completely embarrassed by how this has been handled and the fact they still can't figure it out and my husband and I are still wasting time trying to chase down help. Oh. also I just got told by the last person I talked to that I was being unresponsive to emails and such - oh sorry, I have a 3 week old baby and am recovering from birth and supposed to be resting and keeping care of my child. Not worried about the safety and chasing down a
