The project was not completed as agreed upon and has caused considerable inconvenience and financial loss. On June 1, 2023, we entered into a contract with your company to perform landscaping services for the amount of $1,500. However, despite our initial agreement and full payment made on the aforementioned date, the project remains unfinished and not up to the promised standards. The incomplete work has negatively affected the appearance and functionality of our property, resulting in significant disappointment and frustration. As per our contractual agreement, it was expected that the project would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Regrettably, this has not been the case, and we have made numerous attempts to communicate with your company to address the issue and seek resolution. However, we have not received any response or a satisfactory explanation for the delay and incomplete work.Considering the lack of progress and the failure to fulfill your contractual obligations, we hereby demand an immediate and full refund of the $1,500 paid on June 1, 2023. We expect this refund to be processed within 14 days from the date of this letter. Please be advised that if the refund is not received within the specified timeframe, we will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover the amount paid and to seek damages for the breach of contract and any additional costs incurred as a result of your company's failure to complete the project.We believe that it is in both parties' best interests to resolve this matter amicably and promptly.
