    On November 28, 2018, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding contract, customer service, and guarantee or warranty issues.  Consumers allege the business does not provide adequate updates regarding their cases and does not provide the “100% guarantee” refund.

      We requested to have Timeshare Exit Team to help us release our obligations with Diamond Resort in 2017 for the amount of $4,096 in service fees. They guaranteed that the account will be removed from our responsibilities in about ***** months. We kept the account in good order even though we never used the credits from 2018 until 2021. To date, the account is still in our names and we have asked a refund for the amount we paid Timeshare exit Team starting in 2020. Every time I send the email to ask for the status of the refund, the standard answer was "still waiting for our executive management team" decision. The last response was in Sept. 2021 and nothing since, no refund. Please help us get refunded for the amount we paid Timeshare Exit Team.

      Signed agreement in ********************** removing myself from a time share. I was told it could take time. I heard from ReedHein in April, ***************************** to get out of it working directly with the timeshare company, unfortunately I did not meet the requirements. With that I have requested a refund in full as stated in the initial agreement by contacting them every 2 to 3 months to follow up. The last communication from them was on 8/9/2021 while Ive sent several requests for follow up with the last one sent 3/15/2022. I would like ReedHein to refund my money as outlined in our agreement so I can move forward on my own.

      On September 6, 2018 I employed *********************** of **********, ** also know as ***************** Associates LLC Time share exit team (endorsed by *********************) at 630 ********************. #************************************************************* to remove me from a contract with ********** ********** timeshare for the amount $4658.91. I was promised a 100% money back guarantee iF not fully satisfied. I am still responsible for the yearly maintenance fees and have not heard from the company for 4 years. I have constantly tried to contact company but got busy signals. They did say it may take 2 years but is now 4 years. I am 90 years old and do not know where to turn for help. i am now trying to resolve this issue on my own and have contacted the ********** ********** and they claim that I need a letter from the ***************** ** with a withdrawl letter from them as a third party representing me. I cannot get in contact with them. Please help me. *************************

      I started my contract with Timeshare Exit Team back in October 2018 for the business of them getting me out of my contract with my timeshare. I paid the fee of $4,720. They told me it will take about ***** months to complete. I had to keep my maintenance fee up with the resort and have no contact with them. If they should reach out to me, I was supposed to contact TET or direct the resort to them. For two years, 2019-2021 I was told I was at different levels of the process to exit me out of my timeshare. I followed all of their requests to expedite the process to get to the point where no one was returning my calls. Then in January 2022, I sent them an email for status of my exit and received a response that they were going out of business as of Dec. 31, 2021, and that some files they were still processing. Another poly to string you along. I would like a full refund since they did not fulfill their obligation to our contract. "Money back guarantee if they cannot get me out my contract"

      I bought a time share in 2008. I regretted it so I hired timeshare exit team to get me out, ********************* recommended them. We paid $6500 about to the team before they even started the process. Money nack guaranted. I sent all requested paperwork. The end result was they couldn't get me out. I requested my refund at least 18 months ago. No contact even after they promised a call within 48 hours. Please help I'd like a refund.

      In August 2016, we entered into an agreement with ************************************************** to secure a release from our Timeshare. We paid approximately $3875.00, with a 100% guarantee that if Owner does not obtain the Services within a reasonable amount of time, we would receive our money back. In 2018 we received an email from ********************* stating they were at the tail end of our exit and were just waiting on the resort to finalize. We never received an exit or any offer of an exit. In 2019 we received word that there had been a change, and were required to step through some other hoops. On 6/1/2020 we received an email from the **** ***********************, that they were still working on exiting people from their timeshares and we would be receiving specific updates. Basically, all we heard were instructions to write to the Timeshare ourselves and beg to be released, which didnt work. Our last contact with Timeshare Exit Team was received on 6/18/21, saying we would hear from External 1, an elite transfer company. We were not given contact information for External 1. We never heard anything, and our emails to Timeshare Exit Team went unanswered. All of this time we were unable to use our timeshare because we were going through this exit. We have continued to pay our maintenance fees and special assessments. Recently, it is my understanding the company has folded. I just want my money back and an apology letter from those responsible. Had they been honest earlier, perhaps we could have accepted the situation and used our timeshare, or allowed others to use it. I regret buying a timeshare. It was foolish! But I regret even more getting my hopes up and shelling out more money to exit it without success.

      On April 9, 2020 I paid ***************** Timeshare Exit Team $3,497.00 as they advertised a 100% guarantee to to resolve our timeshare contract. ***************** hired an associate, Resale Vacations to resolve the exit. After not receiving updates as promised, I emailed Resale Vacations and received an automatic response that they closed their office as of December 31, 2021. I've sent many emails to ********************* office client services and no response.

      In 2018 we paid Timeshare Exit Team $5,000 to get out of our Holiday Inn Timeshare. Its now 2022 and they have not delivered on their promise. We have been trying to call and email them and we can t get a hold of them. Can some one assist or provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue?

      I went to an office in Novi. I signed up for the time shair exit team service and paid them $5,795.00. They basically did nothing. For years they gave me the run around and now the phones are disconnected. ***************** supposedly was their back bone but they are nit responding either. I am upset with this scam and want a refund.

      I contracted with Timeshare exit team under Reed Hein and Associates. I paid them money for them to facilitate my exiting my timeshare. This was back in 2019. I received updates until last year. I started calling in January but strange people would answer the phone and say someone would get back with you and no one ever would no matter how many times I tried to call. I called today and all numbers associated with any of my paperwork were disconnected. They are out of business and I'm out of my money which had a 100% guarantee to refund.
