******* was great to work with! She was very quick to respond to all questions/concerns and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy customers. Our project required several re-works due to design changes, and ******* never wavered in her support for our project. 5 starswould highly recommend!!!

Kitchen cabinets turned out beautiful and on time. ******* did an excellent job, coming out to the house 3 times to get all measurements correct. We replaced windows and were concerned the new placement of kitchen sink would be off. ******* got it spot on. We chose to install cabinets ourselves. ******* was very helpful with a few assembly questions we had and was quick to check with cabinet maker and get back to **. I would definitely recommend *******.

******* who organized the ordering and purchase of our replacement vanity provided the worse customer service I have had possibly ever. She came to our home and took specific measurements of the existing vanity and we had a follow up meeting where we discussed finalized plans the day it was ordered. She asked me to resend only one measurement she was unsure on, the full length, which was done that day. Our vanity arrived close to the end of our remodel. When installed the measurements of the drawers and doors were off which did not allow for the vanity to align with the existing lights and mirrors. Being it took weeks to make and our timeline was at the end we had to install and the sinks/counter tops were set to align with the vanity doors. Knowing the lights/mirrors could be moved but with labor costs due to the error.I reached out to ******* and received no response. Five days later I followed up and she replied taking no accountability placing blame on me/my contractor for not remeasuring all of her work. She referenced plumbing which wasnt moved or adjusted (there were no structural changes) and a few other irrelevant factors, but ultimately provided no apology, no resolution and absolutely ZERO acknowledgment this was clearly an avoidable mistake. Basically Not my problem, you signed a contract.Would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are connected with *******. She is clearly not concerned with being thorough, has expectations her work needs to be double checked by everyone involved, and providing quality customer service is nonexistent.Spoke with the owner of the company who was working with her and they cut ties already due to the same complaints from other customers.
