Ms. ********* purchased her 2024 CrossRoads Zinger (**) on or about March 16, 2024. At thetime of her purchase, she signed the Borrower Acknowledgement Form. By signing the Borrower Acknowledgement Form,Ms. ********* expressly acknowledged that 1) her lender would notfinance the purchase if she planned to reside in the *** and 2) that she was financing the ** for recreational use only and not as her primary residence. Also at the time of purchase,
Ms. ********* received the CrossRoads Owners Manual, which outlined the scope of the
manufacturers warranty. The Owners Manual directs the customer to bring their ** to the
dealership for warranty repairs. In addition to the manufacturers warranty, Ms.
********* purchased a Vehicle Service Agreement (***) from ** Complete. The *** also
anticipates that any covered repairs will be performed at the dealership.
Ms. ********* was fully informed at the time of purchase that she would need to bring her ** to
the Poulsbo dealership in the event any repairs were necessary.
Poulsbo fully and timely responded to Ms. ********* when she contacted the dealership
regarding her **.When Ms. ********* informed Poulsbo of her complaints, Poulsbo repeatedly
informed her that it did not perform field repairs and that she needed to bring her ** to the
dealership for inspection and repairs. Depending on the time of year and the scope of warranty
work necessary, repairs can sometimes take an extended period of time. However, the
manufacturers warranty expressly identifies this potential delay. Although Poulsbo does not
perform field repairs, it informed the manufacturer of Ms. ********** complaints. It is Poulsbos
understanding that the manufacturer contacted Ms. ********* to schedule a mobile technician to
inspect her ** but she refused the service.
Because Ms. ********* has refused to bring her ** to the dealership for inspection, Poulsbo
cannot respond substantively to her complaints about the condition of the **. However, it sold an ** to a member of Ms. ********** extended family who informed Poulsbo that some
repairs/adjustments had been made, and they did not believe further repairs were necessary.
Since Ms. ********* purchased her ** less than a year ago, any complaints would likely have
been covered by either the manufacturers warranty or the ***. However, she refused to bring ***** to the dealership for inspection and repair by Poulsbo. She also refused the manufacturers offer to have a mobile technician inspect the **.

Poulsbo RV does not believe that Ms. ********* is entitled to a
      refund of her down payment.
To the extent she has identified issues with her *** any repairs would
be covered by either the manufacturers warranty or the extended warranty that she purchased.
However, she has chosen not to seek recourse through either warranty.

I am rejecting this response because:
Paulsbo RV in **. ****** Wa98273 when I purchased the 42 ft pull Trailer 2024 Zinger  , you knew I was going to be living in it with my daughter ***** ***** and thats why I went with a 2 bedroom and called frequently with all kinds of problems, the manager that was there in the beginning never returned my call most of the time and I then would go to your business and say bring it in or do a trade in . Well you knew I was living in it would be homeless and then want me to put more money on something else so you knew my situation. So there your not being honest . There was a whole lot of things wrong with it within 7 months there is no way could live in it with mold and dust mites and whatever I had got sick went through 2 rounds of antibiotics for my allergies and sinus infection so I had to get out of there and you guys could care less and you supposed to have insurance on it for the first year . So there for I hold you Paulsbo RV responsible for this home that had more problems then anyone could have dealt with and had a used it recreational it would have been terrible I would have gone in and found all these things wrong with it and the insurance on your behalf would have expired at that time . I purchased 2023 Forest River on 4/29/23 scheduled for 8/15/23 delivery. Within 4 months it was leaking water from outside and flowing into the walls into the trailer. It was so bad at one point it was coming out of the the front door, bathroom door, and into the underneath storage and out of that onto the ground. They let me know they would not be out to pick it up until 1/17, 3 weeks later. By the time they picked it up it was severely damaged and had mold in every room. The fire place and tv weren't working properly, the bedroom/bathroom door frames had swelled the metal wouldn't cover the frames anymore. Water damage and mold in the bedroom, living room, dinette area, bathroom, and the underneath of the trailer. It shorted out the wiring for the plug ins, tank heaters, the tv, and the fireplace. I asked for a meeting with the lot manager. I have an audio recording of the conversation. They agreed to repair every issue. Since then it has not been completed, they've canceled the walk through twice, 5/10 and 6/8. 5/24 I was told the technicians still needed to do things including another ozone treatment. Canceled on me 6/8 because she had a doctor appt. By this point I finally had enough so I wanted a phone call from the lot manager. I received a call back and discussed all the issues going on. He put me off over and over and finally called back, I was told they would not be able to help me with anything. He said he would not entertain a buy back and if I wanted to consignment sell it I would have to pay a min of $15,000 because it isn't worth as much in this condition. I made them very aware this is not okay, it's a lemon, and I would be taking other avenues to have this resolved. They picked it up on 1/17/24 and still have it and repairs not completed. It's been over 200 days. I have text and phone logs, photos, videos, and a recording of our entire conversation when we discussed all the repairs and they admit no inspection was done before delivery.

We purchased a 2014 Newmar Canyon Star from Poulsbo RV in Mount ****** in February for $120k. The vehicle was located at another Poulsbo store, so we filled out the application to purchase and gave them a deposit to bring it to us. They didn't bring it to us as requested, then the next day the *** was stollen and we had to wait another couple of weeks. We drove to another store just to try and see it, but they were unable to put the slides out or turn on the power. We were entitled to have a walk through and be able to note things to be added to the "due bill" after it arrived. We never got to do that because we filled out the paperwork prior, noted the due bill to be determined since we hadn't seen it, and then the day we went to see it was the day we took it home. They lacked contact the entire time. When we were there, we told them a few things we wanted fixed that we could see. When we took it home, we found a few more things that needed to be done. After several calls back and forth they agreed to fix several items. When we saw it at the other store, it had several DVD player, a cable system and radio system all connected in. When we got it, they were all gone. The store told me it didn't have it but I had pictures. They did nothing to fix that. They fixed a few of the items, half a** like. The sunscreen was still broken and a liability as it blocks the sun while driving and is needs to function properly to safely drive. They removed it, then reinstalled because they said the part they ordered was broken. While in their shop they also cut the wires to the privacy shade and that no longer worked. They said they would fix it. Now fast forward to almost a year later and it still isn't fixed. I have sent dozes of emails & calls asking for updates and getting no responses. I do have it in writing that they would fix it. I have been ignored and I even after I said I would file a B&B complaint if not fixed or responded to the waiting on parts email.

We apologize for any miscommunications, or misunderstandings.  ******** approved a loan for you.  The requirement was $10,000 down payment.  The arrangement as discussed with you was $1,000 from you, and $9,000 from Forest River Credit Services. This would have satisfied the Lenders down payment requirement.  There was no underhanded dealings with you, or any lender at any time.  We attempted to explain the process to get a loan approved for you, numerous times.  The screenshots you have added from your Sales person to your BBB complaint also show nothing more than a misinterpretation of facts.  Fact 1:  In order to obtain a loan approval you were required to come up with $10,000 down payment.  Fact 2: You had $1,000.  Fact 3: We could have obtained the additional $9,000 from Forest River Credit Services to fulfill the aforementioned down payment requirement.  Fact 4:  ****** was correct in his statement the bank does not care the origin of the down payment, only that their requirement is fulfilled.

You have no active loan on the ** as you never signed a contract, nor gave Poulsbo RV any money at any time.  Best of luck to you.

I purchased a newly Used ** with ***** Miles in July 2022 for $96,000. The ** had existing damage to the Camper Door and Awning from an accident that was not disclosed at the time of sale. I also purchased an extended warranty at the time of purchase and when I got home I found that the awning did not work and the tube that holds the awning was severely dented. I called and agreed to bring the vehicle in for service because it would be covered under the warranty. I was told 3 weeks to make all agreed repairs, after 2 weeks they called me back and asked me if I would like to pay an additional $1,000 to have the tube replaced and against my better judgement, but to avoid a conflict I reluctantly agreed. Now 4 weeks later I called because this ** is my main home and I need it back as soon as possible because I am living in a Hotel, but the manager did nothing but tell me the part was back ordered, there was nothing they could do and to come pick it up or they would start charging me $75 Dollars a day to store the **. I would like to see the internal intake service department paperwork when they acquired this ** because I am certain the damage was noted at the time of their purchase and they should have disclosed or repaired it before offering it to the public. I would also like them to cover the cost of the Awning tube since this was existing damage to a ** that I paid over $100,000 in total to purchase.

Purchased a "New" Forest River MBS 2400B Motor Home August 27, 2022.There is an issue with a tank showing full but is not full. We have been told it's a software issue and 2 months later after many requests for the ** to be repaired, we're told nope, the software did not fix the issue. We were then told it was a sensor issue and waited until last Friday to be told, it not a senor issue as it did not fix the problem. We got nothing from this point on as to what or when we can expect the repair. We have now made 3 payments on a brand new Motor home we have not had in our possession for more than a few days. We are disgusted with the purchase and feel we can no longer trust what the dealership l leadership is telling us about our purchase. Spending $156,000 dollars in August and now mid November 2022 is unacceptable and we demand assistance. Paulsbo ** ********************. Needs to be held accountable.
