They were super nice when we went in, a decent selection of product. We bought four tons and arranged for it to be delivered a few days later which was the first option. The morning of, at 8:15am, within an hour of delivery they called to say they don't have enough rock. I said okay, deliver what you have and just don't charge me for when you get more to deliver. Then she says they don't really have any. I ask why they would sell rock, arrange a delivery, and not have it. I asked why someone didn't ensure they had it when they sold it. She said that they can't hold rock. I said they are not holding it, they sold it, arranged delivery, then didn't have it. She then said that she was not working the day we came in. I pointed out that she is not the sole employee and it is not on her to do a reasonable job all on her own. I asked how long it would take and was told that they would have to call the quarry two days later because today and tomorrow were holidays. Today is not a holiday, tomorrow is. I asked how long it typically takes, she hesitated, I pointed out this can't be the only time she has ordered a refill. She then said that they might not have it. She also said that she orders about twenty tons at a time and because it is specialty rock it doesn't run out quickly. Which only reinforced what I said in the beginning, that when they sold it they needed to make sure they had it. I picked this place because had good reviews but the unprofessional behavior coupled with the "its not my fault" attitude of the female who called really makes me wonder.
