      I purchased an expensive controller from them and despite proper care and maintenance, it stopped charging within a year and they made it actually impossible to contact anybody to resolve the issue.

      My account on ********************** at BA Rewritten was wrongfully banned due to it being hacked. I submitted an appeal and sadly panicked because I never revieved an account suspension (permanently or temporarily). I noticed that my authentication token got hijacked and I fortunately paused all my billing and cards. What ends up happening is that I call the support team to see if I can get my data transfered. Multiple **** told me to do an account recovery form so they can move my data and liscenes. Couple weeks later, they deny my request and say they found no traces of my account being compromised. I called out that my billing wasnt the issue, it's the fact that I was banned on the provision of tampering with xbox live services. Now keep in mind. I don't have any mods or any botted accounts. All I play is Warframe, Black Ops 6, Smite (before I quit...) or Brawlhalla. I don't even have a PC. They ended up flagging my account for malware and one of my friends told me to look at my authorized apps. There was an unknown app and something called "partyhax". I removed it and looked it up what it was. It's a malware/unauthorized app used to troll people. I was wondering why my party would always crash. Like I said, I don't do much on the xbox live platform apart from enjoying the games I've purchased. I never would engage in any illegal activity that would jeopardize myself or others. It's crazy the hacker I know did this, I reported his phishing message and he's still active on the platform. Xbox Enforcement is the bane of Microsoft. Steer clear of what you play and do. And be safe people.

      .I signed up for a free trial of Microsoft. Could never access my trial, and now they are charging me because the trial has ended. The phone numbers are answered by machines. Doesn't a real person work for Microsoft?

      Once you create a Microsoft account, youll never be allowed to log into it again. Im creating a new email address JUST FOR MICROSOFT, so I can get into my new computer.They steal all the joy from getting a new laptop.I cannot wait until they go out of business. This is the worst company - they care about you and your account even less than *****.

      It's nice to know they can issue a lifetime ban to people who have no violations on their accounts. Also if WHATEVER I've done was deserving of a lifetime ban, why did they not reach out or issue a warning or anything not once??? I really wish I would have known they could ban your account for God knows what, I would have saved my money on Xbox live passes and games. After this I'll stick to PlayStation and Steam.

      I purchased Microsoft Complete 2 year extended warranty for my 2022 Surface Pro 7+, just like I did with my 2014 Surface Pro 2. 2 and half years in, early this year, out of nowhere, my display got some dead pixels; a widespread reported issue with the device.I contacted them to get a replacement screen, turns out the policy for Microsoft Complete had totally changed. Instead of sending a replacement unit, to which I can transfer my data without affecting workflow (as was done with my Surface Pro 2), they were now demanding I send them my only work PC!I tried multiple times to get through to a human being to explain the situation, but turned out the devils at microsoft had replaced all customer service with a stupid AI that just redirects to their website and hangs up. Found some other means to get them to call me. An agent called **** called me on August 26, I explained the situation to her. She said my case has been escalated to some higher-level and they'll get back to me. Never got a follow-up! Case was closed without notice.They need to be sued for trillions with this devilish customer service they've resorted to, taking our cash and closing the door on us. Then and only then will they come back to their senses.

      My email address Rav*****59*msn was hacked into back in Jul of this year. I have made repeated attempts to get Microsoft to shut down that email address account and all I got was excuses as to why they won't do it, quoting policy! I don't give a c*** about their policy! My email address that now is in total control by the hackers and is being used to set up fake accounts on social media platforms! I don't do social media! This is about safety and reputation! apparently, Microsoft appears to not give a **** about personal accounts and abuse!

      Since Microsoft is not BBB accredited there probably is no use in leaving this review. I've been trying to cancel my Microsoft 365 subscription for two hours, the articles are no help, customer service is a recording that always hangs up on me. As a user of ******************** products since the beginning of time I am appalled at the way I've been treated and at the way the rest of the reviewers appear to have been treated. Am I just too old for this technical world? I think I'm doomed to pay $100 a month out of my Social Security until I die and my children close all my bank accounts.

      Well... hahaha... Microsoft, to start things off, this cooperation has THE worst customer service you could ever image and its all because of fear of social engineering. Yes, social engineering is a big problem but at the cost of real legitimate customers who need help gaining re-entry to the same account hackers have hacked without social engineering. This is just embarassing. Even if you provide all the nessecary proof that you own the account, IP adresses, console ID's, Device ID's, last 4 digits of credit card etc. THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU ANY FURTHER IN GAINING ACCESS BACK TO YOU ACCOUNT BACK. Its safe to say that I will be taking this matter up to someone within the cooperation and if not... the law!!!!
