It used to be they could do no wrong to me. These days however they lock their rewards they tout behind an endless verification loop and then provides ZERO customer service or support to resolve the issue. They took away the option for phone verification too so now the only hope to redeem points (You won't be able to though just go look at the Microsoft help page on rewards redemption on their help page, ZEEO RESOLUTION) is the Bing app which is probably one of the worst apps I have ever used, by design more than likely. I will not give up Microsoft. Fix yourselves and don't offer stuff to your customers if they have no hope of ever being able to receive it. REMOVED.

if i could give microsoft a zero i would. microsoft denies me the ability to speak to a representative. ive spent hours today on hold. before i was on hold i gave my contact info and they never cared to complete my query. hands down the worst customer service ive had the pleasure of put on hold or dropped. total garbage.just so the ai has a grasp of my issue, my headset is being recognized by my device. its not operating with the headset just the speakers. ive soent over 3 hours following their steps which dont work, talked to someone (REMOVED) who was less than helpful, then waited 1.6 hours on hold without a connection.i would never recommend this to anyone. its not garbage, its a scam. i dropped mad cash on a device that isnt even what they said it was and its followed by the sorriest customer support ive ever expienced.i would give it negative 3 stars because of the time i wasted researching, in useless chats, useless phone calls that drop me and dont call back, plus garbage hardware and software that they cant even suppiort. dont waste youre money or time.

I purchase my Xbox x to primarily train on the Microsoft flight simulator 2020, the game continuously keep crashing contacted technical support a couple of times and they were hopeless, the last two technical support representative told me that a supervisor will call me back because I needed to upgrade to Microsoft flight simulator 2024 and they would help me to get the upgrade since I'm having so many problems with 2020 they completely lied you called back they put you on hold on the phone just keep getting disconnected, I tried filing a complaint with BBB and that was hopeless basically I wasted nearly $1,000 with no help.. after reading these reviews it's unbelievable to me how they get out way with the cREMOVEDthat they're getting away with

Microsoft REMOVEDis a sham of a service and does not know how to provide support for something as basic as one's account being hacked and taken over. Not only did they fail to properly protect a minor account from being taken over by someone in another country, resetting the email and passwords, and removing from a family group, they have such poor data about the incident that they are unable to even determine the rightful owner of the account who provided more information then would be necessary. They should be ashamed of calling themselves a cyber defense operations center.

I keep receiving charges which were unauthorized. I have changed my card numbers to stop this from occurring. Yet, for some god forsaken reason, i have continued to receive charges from Microsoft using a card, which i didn't even authorize them to use. They make horrendous products, that offer horrendous user experiences, and have horrendous customer service. This is predatory and shameful behavior which should not be tolerated by anyone. Do not do business with this company or their millions of subsidiaries. The world would be better off with them.

I have a microsoft account for REMOVEDand i am constantly being locked out of my account because of a so-called ( unusual sign in attempt ) and it has gotten out of hand because each time they do this they force me to change my password. My family members have been on xbox for 3 years and have never encountered this issue. I have changed my password 33 times since i got this confounded xbox and today i made a very hard password and this evening i got the same cREMOVEDabout an unusual sign in attempt. Now im regretting ever getting this dang gaming system and im ready to sell it and completely dobaway with microsoft all together. This company is nothing but cREMOVEDand ive flat out had enough. I may not be able to do anything but i am going to see about reporting them for serious security issues and i am going to be comtacting an attourney for advise on what else can be done if anything. Microsoft is as phoney as these vehicle warranties. Pure cREMOVED

I had purchased their most expensive console (900$ mind you), was sent their cheapest console option, immediately same day of delivery call and start exchange process, they tell me to wait for exchange request permission, days go by and then I follow up and they says its a couple weeks before exchange, I then say never mind just refund me. They send me return shipping label. I send it back. I see that its delivered. Its now been over two months that they have had my money and have yet to issue refund. The latest update is they have to investigate why the wrong console was shipped before refunding my money. I have NO ETA of when I will get my 900$ back, if ever. REMOVEDis of no help, I have all the receipts, pics, email everything. Doesnt matter. NEVERRR order direct from Microsoft!!!

Microsoft Ads auto-imported almost six months after we created an account. Our account had no ad spend and my ID wasn't verified. I made changes to my REMOVEDAds account in the week before I received the post-authorization notice and the spend started, but didn't connect the two accounts until I complained about unauthorized charges.I've been trying for a month to get Microsoft Ads to refund the amount charged, cancel the remaining balance and close my account permanently. However, all I have to prove for it is a 25% refund and instructions on how not to have a problem with the auto import. I've asked three times for the remaining balance but no luck. I disabled Microsoft Ads access to my REMOVEDaccount. Apparently, ID wasn't required to run my ads according to Support. I did log into my Microsoft Ads account after I received this post notice and found no bills in my billing statement, a warning that my ID hadn't been verified and was supposed to be verified by January 2026 or my ads might not run. Not sure why post authorization couldn't have just said what it was for...Post authorization notice (5/28/26): "Bank card authorization hold notification - account # name of my company" "Hello from REMOVEDAdvertising,Were writing to inform you that a temporary authorization hold has been initiated by Microsoft Advertising in the amount of USD60.00 for the postpaid advertising fee and has been placed on your bank card (#) for the below postpaid account.Account name:X Account number:X Manager account name:X Manager account number:X The purpose of this hold is to ensure that the necessary funds are available when your final transaction is processed. This hold will be automatically removed within 7 days or once the postpaid transaction is finalized. Please contact Microsoft Advertising Support team if you have any further questions.Thank you for using Microsoft Advertising.Kind regards,The Microsoft Advertising team"
