      I put in an order to receive a hoodie back on Dec 20th 2023 order ****** that Ive yet to receive, I have sent multiple emails regarding not receiving my item as it shows on their website that it is still being printed. I am now on day 26 and have yet to receive any feedback regarding my order

      I placed an order for three sweatshirts on 12/31/2023. The charge posted to my account on 1/2/2024. They advertise 3-4 day shipping. I have sent five messages/emails to them in reference to the status of my order and have not received any contact from them.

      The company contacted me after I filed the complaint and they have taken care of the issue.

      Placed an order (#******) from your business on January 3, ****. My complaint is the existing non communication from this company to the customer. It has been two weeks now since the order was placed and the status is still showing "order is being printed." Have sent an email via you "chat box" that has gone unanswered. At the bare minimum you should have sent a status on my order so I am not left in the dark wondering if your business is legit or not. If I do not hear anything, I will challenge the charge with my credit card company and simply never do business again.

      Ordered a sweatshirt on 12/25/23 (Order ID: *******. I never received shipping information or confirmation regarding the order. Ive emailed the company 3 separate times with no response. It has been several weeks without any progress on the order or communication.

      I ordered Dec 18 for Xmas gifts paid $65.18 and still havent recieved my order, not once have I been able to reach them they dont return emails have no phone number when you call its worst customer service Ive dealt with. The order is under my moms name ***********************. Ive also called 3 numbers now and none of them work? How are they allowed to do this to people?

      Received *** sweatshirt instead of XL tshirt. I have reached out to company 3 times regarding this error and there has been no response. I cannot locate a phone number to contact customer service. I would like a refund or the correct item shipped priority as original order was placed 12/14/23.

      I placed an order for a sweatshirt on 12/19/23, and the website said 3days for order to be shipped. I paid $36 for the sweatshirt, plus shipping but have not received the item, and the order still says printing. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and have heard nothing back. This is unacceptable.

      Placed an order on Dec, 15. This was after the Christmas cutoff and I understood and was fine with that. A week after Christmas there was still no update or communication. I received an email inquiring if I had received my order, and if not, to wait for two or three days then send an email inquiry. I did so last week. No response. I sent a follow up email this week. Waited another three days and no response. I sent a message through their website requesting a refund at this point. I have received neither the item, or a response. I understand that sometimes things happen, but a response explaining so good a long way. I would purchase elsewhere.

      I purchased the following two items - a **** ********* ****** Artwork: 10 oz Stainless Steel Lowball and - a **** ********* ****** Artwork: Mug on December 27, 2023. My credit card was charged, but i've not received the items nor have I heard back from the company after sending several emails over the last two weeks requesting an updated ETA. I'm convinced this site is a scam meant to trick people into purchases.
