      I placed a mobile order today at ********************************. Order ******** for 2 iced coffees. A coworker picked up the order and it only had 1 iced coffee. I tried using the Starbucks chat option on the website to report the issue and it kept me on for over 30 minutes just asking...are you still there, conversation is timing out but no agent response :(

      I was kicked out of my Starbucks mobile app and had to sign back, when signing back in, my account wasn't recognized, so I quickly re-signed up. When reopening the app, all of my rewards (stars) were gone. I first tried to resolve the issue online through chat which was unsuccessful and was directed to customer service. They first person seemed to be helping me, then just ghosted me, and hung up. The second rep talked to me as if I don't know my own contact information, was so rude, and then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak to someone else. The third rep was very nice from the start and did mention that he had seen that I had called twice before. I passed along the unhelpfulness of the first people. This last rep (so sad I forgot his name) took the time to listen to me and really dive into my account. Together, we learned that I had fat fingered my email address at some point making hmail instead of gmail. This rep merged the two accounts to the correct address, ensured I could log back in and that all of my stars from both accounts were there. It was so refreshing to get the situation resolved and for someone to take the time to listen, think through the issue, and resolve. This gentleman gave me hope back in Starbucks because I was very close to never returning to this brand again and making sure to pass my dissatisfaction along. Alas, no need. Thank you!

      There were no paper towels in the bathroom. No way to dry your hands.The Starbucks at **************************************************** On 9/23/23 just before closing the manager spoke to me about the amount of time Ive been spending when I come in the bathroom Also said the bathroom is messy the past few times There have been no way to dry hands as never paper towels. I bring my autistic son with me into the bathroom . We do not need to be harassed . No other Starbucks has treated us this way.We are almost daily Starbucks customers. I am giving this Starbucks 1 star based on this feels discriminatory. I will not be back. There are other neighborhood Starbucks stores I will be using instead.

      Visited Starbucks in ****** Teetering *********** ********. Two people in line in front of me, two employees working, one cleaning one in the corner fixing her hair. Waited ten minutes. Then I found out the first person in line hadnt been waited on. It was around noon this past Saturday. Both me and the gentlemen in front of me said, never again and we both walked away. Ias I was leaving I told one worker why we were leaving and she struggled her shoulders. Awful experience.

      I wish I didn't even have to hit one star. Starbucks does not deserve any stars! They double dipped into my account! Not only once, but twice. I have bank statements proving it. They basically told me there is nothing they can do and to dispute it through my bank! So I basically spent $28.86 on 2 cups of coffee!!

      Disgusting creatures working here, been ordering ********* for over 25 years and never encountered trash like these scum, all other workers were tipped nicely by me and lovely to deal with except these, theres a first time for everything.Hateful and racist.What goes around comes around tho, so looking forward!!

      So my review is simply dont expect them to make your drinks correctly because if you complain they will tell you they wont remake or refund and its ok that the employees make it wrong so essentially they have decided to rob me of such and the policies they have dont apply to me because I complained

      I went into to this ********* with my 6-year old son. I ordered my coffee and a hot chocolate for my son. While standing in the line ordering my son told me he had a stomachache. The girl behind the counter taking the order by the name of ***** mumbled under her breath thats what you get for killing animals and drinking their milkWhen I asked her to repeat what she said, she gave me a very sarcastic smile and asked me to repeat my order. I canceled my order and left. I will never return to that store again. Regardless of how someone feels about their own dietary decisions, they have no right to say something so terrible to a child or to any paying customer. ********* really needs to take the time to train their employees on better customer service. That was one of the most hateful experiences I have ever had with a merchant with which I was going to spend my money.

      All Starbucks are joke. I worked for the place that does their towels and aprons. They think theyre entitled and spend this amount of money, which is nothing, and want everything. They cant do the simplest of things as far as wringing out the towels before they put them in bags which they cant do right. They feel entitled and wonder why their vendors hate them.
