Convoy needs to be shut down and those loads they are getting need to be given directly to the carriers.Convoy has caused me to loose money because they did not pay on time or as promised according to their rate confirmation. You can follow all the rules but if their app is not communicating to them on their end and all is good to go on your end, they will not make you aware and then not pay you on time.I am now waiting for $1300 because they said I did not utilize their app while delivering the load. It would be virtually impossible for me to do that that is the only way I know where to pick up and drop the load. Besides that I pride myself on being professional and do what is required and what I signed up for in order to get paid.

June 6, 2023 is today. I have not been paid from Convoy since June 15, 2021 $2,750.00.This is on FMCASA data base record.I pick up a trailer from ************, ** to *******, **. after delivery I am to take the trailer back to ************, **. While I was in *******, **. While I was there I was given a load from ***********, ** to *************, ** . I explain to Convoy that I am from ***** and that I would not go back to ************, ** as agreed as well on the paperwork sates destination ******, **.Convoy tried to strong hold by not paying.

I did a load for this broker from ******, ******** to ***********, ** on the December the 11th , 2021. The load number was MDZ - *****. I made the delivery on the 13th December, 2021. The receiver refused 5 pallets because they did not order those products. I contacted Convoy for many times to find the solution for those rejected pallets. They did not have a solution. I drove back to the shipper in Aurora, ******** to return those pallets. The shipper did not want to take them. Convoy was informed about it and I told them that I would have to donate those pallets if they did not find an other warehouse or some other solution. Convoy was informed around 12 pm on the 13th December about those pallets. I waited till 6 pm 14th December for a solution and they did not have it. I told them that I would have to donate those 5 pallets and they would get the donation receipts. On the 15th I sent them those receipts. I submitted the paperwork to them and that load has not been paid by today the 21st March, 2022. I had to call their insurance to file a claim. I do not recommend anyone to do any business with Convoy.

Where do I begin. We have multiple trucks pulling for Convoy in **. We were assigned a Load from ****** ** to **************** ** on 03/08/2022 for pick up on 03/10/2022. The driver arrives and the load is lost, wrong ID number and wrong trailer number. After waiting for 4+ hours, we receive a Text from Convoy, no Call, but a Text from number that the load was picked up and it had accidently been reposted and for your troubles here is $200. We called to speak with numerous management persons with the Procter and ****** Team and a women named ****** at PAGatconvoy.com basically refused to provide any additional compensation for the mistakenly double booked load. We were asking for $600 to cover the fuel/Time/Labor cost from ******** **, where the same truck had just dropped a Convoy Load and drove 100 Miles south to ****** **. ****** refused any additional compensation citing company policy, contract agreements etc. yet stated she could increase the payout however she did not feel that Convoy and her Team had done anything wrong booking a Phantom Load. This to her was not considered special circumstances to justify any additional payment. We have 3 trucks moving Convoy Freight for *********** Procter and ******, Nestl, etc. and we have a perfect 100 Score Card with Convoys Compliance Team for on time pick-up and deliveries. So to be told by ****** with the Procter and ****** Team that we should reconsider accepting Procter and ****** Loads due to issues like this tells me that management is deaf to the realities of freight transportation. As a dedicated **************** we strive to provide the very best in customer service, however, the ******* and ****** *************** clearly sees that relationship as a One Way Street.
