  Where to start- false advertising, terrible customer, and lies.When I booked their services I was not informed that my case did not qualify for their money back guarantee policy because I had a non moving violation. However, afterwards my case showed my ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation.screenshot attached. Please tell me how I booked a non moving violation but then it was reduced to one? Even after I provided screenshots to Lelannie and ********* I was still told I had a non moving violation. Ummm, okay.2. I was also told I didnt qualify for the money back guarantee policy because the fines were reduced. False. The fine started out with $25 and then I paid $251 to the county where I got the ticket. That doesnt sound like it got reduced.3. My ticket was not deferred. But that is in their policy, right?4. I dont qualify for a money back guarantee policy because 24 hours passed after booking? Your telling me that I have to what for my attorney to go to court weeks later but I have 24 hours to cancel your services? That makes sense.False. False. False. Scammers.

  A cop gave me a speeding ticket and I have a clean driving record. Instead of taking the 4 points and increased insurance fees, I decided to try Off the Record to help me fight the ticket. it was $161 to retain the lawyer. the cop did show up for the court date, but I still got "adjudication withheld" which means the judge did not officially convict me, I just had to pay a fine of $131. That is OK with me, as my license will have no points. I am shocked to see so many negative reviews as my experience was totally positive.

  At risk Warning! I was represented by *** and their attorney who failed to provide updates of traffic violation case and then ghosted for nearly 3 months. Last notification from *** and their attorney stated that speeding ticket was dismissed. Only to find out later that their lawyer never submitted successful drivers education class certificate to courts. Along with that, we had multiple communications from *** directly stating that ticket was in fact, dismissed. We are now being assessed additional court fines and my insurance policy has now doubled in cost.This should have never happened and now, due to their negligence of our case our ***************** will drop us because of **** negligence. Right now are insurance has increased over 50%I would be very diligent and suggest doing a background investigation of the *** referred attorney before dealing with Off the Record. Beware when dealing with this Company and don't let this happen to you! Now we are in the process of filing a civil suit against *** since they acted on behalf of the attorney by notifying us multiple times that ticket **** been dismissed! Now we need to clean up this mess that was made by *** and its hired attorney!

  This company is ahuge Scam the law firm they hired for me did not show to my court case i received a Failure to Appear a few days ****** i had to go an handle the entire thing for myself. they then proceeded to not want to give me my money back after jeopardizing my freedom over a speeding ticket. i would give less stars if it would let me do not use.

  Worst traffic lawyer firm I've ever hired. Their money back guarantee they do not honor. I still received point on my *********** was told to take a driver's safety course. They never told me how to submit anything only when it was due by. When I wrote to them about the money back guarantee I was denied. Then when I wrote to them about 5 times how do I submit payment a drivers safety course, they kept ignoring my questions & giving me a ************* It says live agent on their website which is also false. Only gives me options to select instead of being able to communicate w/a live agent. I was then emailed, which went back & forth so many times. The live agent finally said I have to pay w/the court themselves. Like I've never had a lawyer & had to ever deal w/the court directly. Then the ticket number on my ticket was not showing up for Martin County Circuit Court when typed in online or on the phone. After spending 40 minutes on the phone & waiting for a representative from the court house, he finally found my ticket. The otr- case # is not the same as the court case #, so couldn't figure that out either prior. The live agent said in email that they don't have any access to my case to provide me that information. When the representative from ****** ****** ******* Court finally gave me the court case #, the call hung up immediately. The representative seemed very nice from the court though. He told me it is a $7 fee to pay. Thank God I typed the case ID # properly before the phone call hung up since I wasn't able to read back the information provided to verify. I called back to pay through the phone which was $18. When I attempted to pay through the court case # online, it was now also an $18 fee. I went to submit ******* said it encountered a problem online when I already hung up the phone. When I tried to call back it kept putting me to wait on hold for an operator. So I called the I originally called & finally was able to pay. Never went through this before. 0?

  Their money-back guarantee is a scam. They don't keep their promise and will try to get away with some words so that they don't refund you even if they fail the case.After an initial assessment of my stop sign violation ticket ($166), they said they would give me money back if the case could not be dismissed. So, instead of paying the fine and do the driving school (which is only $19 online), I paid them ($160) and took their service. My case could not be dismissed at the end and I had to pay an increased fine ($166 => $181). Now, they are refusing to refund me as promised. They said they won the case even though I had to pay the fine. They said no point would be counted as a winning. However, I could easily get rid of the point by a $19 online driving school instead of paying them $160 (almost the same amount as the fine). So, the end result is I had to pay double ($181 + $160 = $341) . I had to pay the fine and then I also had to pay their fees. No refund. So, don't use their service if you have an option to pay and do driving school. Save your money instead of relying on their false refund promise.

  This is really a waste of money. Hire a lawyer to help me fight speed violations and pay $200 for that. They said Win or your money back but they wont refund your money if they can reduce your point. In my case, they helped me reduce the point but I still need to pay for full price for the court fee is $281. That makes me feel like I pay double for my ticket fee. Is it a lose case? Why do I need to pay for a losing case? I can reduce and enroll in traffic school classes for 2 hrs and show a certificate in court for free. That should be clear on my driver's license ( 1st time ticket in my life). They will help you reduce points and you won't get your full refund back to follow their policy. Don't try to tell the customer to help them reduce points and congrats without actually helping much. Now I need to pay $200 for their app and $281 for my speed ticket violation. That's crazy! They are scammer!

  Would not recommend. So much so that I have been inspired to write this review along with as many other reviews on other sites as I can find, this is something I never do. Paid three times as much as the ticket to keep points off my license. This was seen as positive by them, but it was a lot of money. The lawyer they assigned just went through the motions, terrible communication. They got my money, the lawyer got my money, and the county got their money and more. I got to pay them all of course. I'm embarrassed I used them.

  Lawyers lacked communication. No attempt to communicate about the case or present evidence. The **************** is corrupt that an officers word is taken as full truth. As he seemed to be flirty with the lady. This is a scam ********************** as a notary public to ******* I stamp ******* and otr to be a scam. And they will do anything to convict you even when someone hits you 30ft from the truck into a trailer in broad daylight crossing lanes of traffic. Insane the ignorance.. this company should be investigated by the state and the state needs to be fined for improper ticketing.
