1 starThey are absolutely terrible. They cancelled my appointment numerous times. I the last time and they assured me a technician would be by my home a specific time. I waited and went on line and found they had changed the time without informing me. I called them. They said they didn't have the parts. They still didn't inform me. I cancelled the request. They had a pending transaction on my account that I was told only would be pre-authorized if a technician was on the way. This was done and no one ever went out to the residence. I am working on getting that pending transaction drop. Then seven days later. I see the same amount transactions pending on the same account. I am now working on getting two pending transactions off. I will never ever contact this company again.Review fromShirley M

1 starThis company deserves zero stars. On March 2nd, I went online and scheduled a diagnostic service for March 3rd. The technician was on time and friendly. Upon completion, the technician verbally gave me a list of problems with my vehicle (timing chain/tensioner, cv axle, and oil leaks). He advised that I would receive a repair quote. I did receive the quote, which only listed timing chain/tensioner as the needed repair. The earliest appointment available was March 5th, and I scheduled that time. On March 4th I received a text indicating that the technician was unable to complete the scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I called to reschedule and also advised that my vehicle had a timing belt not a timing chain. The part change caused a reduction in the price quote. The next available appointment was March 6th. 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, I received a text stating the appointment was cancelled due to not being able to perform the service in my driveway. I have seen videos of guys performing the repair in their driveways. It was suggested that I visit the nearest repair shop. Upon having another mechanic check my vehicle, it has been discovered that Wrench's technician diagnosed my vehicle incorrectly. ***** this company!Review fromCharlotte F

1 starThey will not return your calls or emails once they get your money. Damaged my car and charged me 150. The warranty is useless if you can't get on touch with them. I have been trying for 3 weeks now. They also turn off your access to the app.Review fromLeticia S

1 starIf I could give less than 1 star I would. The issue with my car was misdiagnosed. I spent over a thousand dollars based on their technicians diagnosis only for my car to still not start. I was then told to make another appointment which would cost more money. I took it elsewhere, the issue was diagnosed correctly and I paid less. When alerting wrench to the misdiagnosis, they tried to void the warranty on the part they installed because I took the car elsewhere. Did they really think I would continue to pay them money to guess at a problem they already didnt fix. DO NOT USE THEM!!!Review fromHelene M

1 starFalse advertisement: I was quoted me ****** orginally then they said the part is the reason of the expensive of it going over ****** more. On the email it said it will not charge you in one manor then it took the money out 48 hrs before. Then, I was quoted for over *******. I have been sitting in this shopping plaza in a town called ******** ****. This was recommended. I don't have the extra 350. If anything happens till another mechanic shows up that I hired this is on you. I'm the email it doesn't say the estimate price. They uncharged the client but the worker doesn't that extra money.I am still sitting here and last 3 cops surrounded my car. One cop had his hand on the gun. I got my three dogs with me. I am not leaving my car for safety reasons and since you haven't credited me money your delaying me on getting help. My anxiety is threw the roof, my animals safety comes first. And my car second. I am so jumpy that protecting my dogs are that important to ***** car is locked at every door, my alternator has died and your willing to iligally up charge me without even letting me know my a phone call. I hope you get sued, I hope the state of California investigates you. I would differently not put harm to others like you have done to me. As I am writing this a ****** ****** moved toward and open the door and then rolled away. I am sickened to say the lease. You violated so much...I just want my money credit so I can go on my merry way....Review fromROBIN F

1 starThese people did not fix my car and said they did. I couldn't get anyone to contact me. I took pictures and recorded it all but got no answers . When I did get a response they sent out the same mechanic who lied to my face and charged me again claiming it wasn't related to the service performed. The mechanic sent me quotes on things needing done. Then he says the part is perfect after telling me to fix it. No straight answer and what was covered by warranty I've heard nothing. My car is equally the same with the mechanic bs and it was all write and records and pictures times and quotes. Mechanic saying it didn't leak because no oil on driveway. Well I park in the garage where there is oil and the mechanic said it was the old oil dripping from before he fixed it and it took 3 months to get someone back out to check the work and the same mechanic shows up and I get suckered again. Like 869$ later and having to rent a car because my car wasn't fixed a whole lot of non communication because no answer to my emails, the phone numbers all led to a voicemail. Support team wouldn't reply warranty ran me in circles and I'm out the money and my car remains unfixed and charged again and was told I didn't ask for a service needed to flush the system while telling me he couldn't believe they didn't inform me and couldn't get the mechanic because they were working on changing the site so he never received any messages it was all the company. But me knowing everything I knew when he was feeding me be and things didn't make sense so they were a lie. Him all along ACting like my ***** a ************************************************************************************************************************************************ showing the oil leaked remained and a 49 year mechanic pouring the new antifreeze into a reservoir with oil and immediately ruined the antifreeze because it needed flushed . He just looks me in the face and lies. It's fixed he claims. 29 miles later **** lieReview fromRyan M

1 starAbsolutely horrible company. They dont have a US based customer service that can help you. Charged for a full job 48 hrs in advance and the technician never showed. They admitted once I escalated to finding ***** officials in ******** that they have had issues for awhile . Yet they cant fix them. Then they changed their entire tone and refunded me.Review fromSalome R

1 starTLDR: Rude technician. Unable to get in touch with Customer support after calling and emailing.Multiple pending charges to my account.I scheduled an appointment to have my front break pads replaced. The appointment was scheduled for 11/25/2024 between 8am-10am.The technician called the day before the appointment was scheduled and aggressively advised me that he would not be replacing any break pads without performing an inspection. After going back and forth with the rude technician, I informed him that I was not interested (nor paying for) an inspection and that I would simply like the service that I booked. On the day of the appointment, no one arrived. I was unable to get in touch with customer service for any ********** a last resort, I reluctantly called the technician at the phone number he called me from on the previous day. The technician informed me that my appointment was canceled because I declined the inspection. After explaining to the technician that I did not request a cancellation and my Wrench account had not been updated to reflect any cancellations, he aggressively (basically screamed) that he was not going to replace break pads without doing an inspection and hung up the phone.Horrible experience. Would not recommend.Review fromDanny H

1 starZERO stars. They charged for work NOT performed. Will not return emails, Text messages go unanswered and the phone number is a constant loop that will not let you speak to any human to resolve the difference. Invoice is below. Was charged for starter replacement and labor to replace said starter and when ****** mechanic showed up was just battery replacement which I purchased. I do not mind paying for the $150.00 diagnostic fee. That is due to Wrench, Inc. so after this bill and the $200+ I paid for battery, was in essence a $700 battery change.Diagnostic - (Fixed Price) Labor $150.00 Service Total: $150.00 Starter Replacement Labor Hours $155.00 1.00 $155.00 ULT R613107A Starter $165.99 1 $165.99 Service Total: $320.99 Summary Labor $305.00 Parts $165.99 Discounts -$50.00 Subtotal $420.99 Tax $11.57 Total $432.56Review fromAa K

1 starI booked a service with **** for an alternator replacement and serpentine/drive belt replacement on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024 through your mechanic/wrench Unfortunately, the serpentine belt was not installed correctly, resulting in further damage to the automatic belt tensioner and seized pulleys.I have repeatedly called to request a refund for this faulty service but have not received any help.Although it falls within their 12 month warranty. They proceed to tell me they cant prove the service although i have numerous emails from the transaction. The problem has yet to be resolved and is going on its 4th week now. DONT BOOK WITH THEM
