1 starAbsolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a response from this company except to set up ***air. Otherwise they do not answer phones, emails or messages you leave on the Customer Support line which as I stated they NEVER answer! A ZERO would not be low enough for this organization! Tomorrow will be two weeks with NO CONTACT!I had my CV Axle ***laced Aug 10, 2024. In the process the tech broke one of the studs on the wheel. He had to bend it by pounding it with a hammer, then cutting it until he could break it off. I am not comfortable driving with a stud and lug nut missing!! The tech told me he would inform the company and they would contact me to ***air it. No one has ever contacted me. They NEVER answer the customer service line EVER! They have a recorded message saying leave your name, email, phone number and detailed information for faster response! They never call back. The hi@yourmechanic email also NEVER RESPONDS.The only way I have even talked to anyone is to call as if I was requesting a new project. Those **** are very nice and try to help, saying they have escalated the case and requested the proper **** call me back. After 3 escalations, NO ONE has called back. I tried again this morning and the *** tried to call the **** responsible and he said unfortunately, there is no one available at this time, meaning...no one is answering the calls, and says all he can do is escalate the call again!!Review fromDavid R

1 starWrench replaced my struts and shocks on May 28, 2024. The installation went fine, however the left rear shock became disconnected. I made an appointment and the technician came and did an inspection and he said that he didn't have the proper equipment and agreed he would be back on August 05 to handle the repair. The technician didn't arrive and I called their main number and they said they had no record of the inspection visit and no record of the appointment. The main number is a call center located in some other part of the world and they were no help at all. They denied that there had been an inspection. I believe that this company is not trustworthy and I recommend that they should be avoided.Review fromCarl G

1 starBeen given the run around for the past 2 weeks by this business. They came out to diagnose my vehicle. The mechanic was here for 15minutes and told me my starter was the issue and charge me $150 for the diagnostic test. I myself put in a new starter that save day and the issue still remained. I called them back to let them know that their mechanic misdiagnosed my vehicle and by their policy of a misdiagnosis ticket it put in they will send out a section mechanic to make sure and they still havent. They keep telling me they have escalated the issue to the warranty department but they too have given me no resolution or explanation to why no one has reached out for another diagnostic test. So all in all they took my money and I still dont know whats wrong with my vehicle. Something isnt right here. How do I resolve this!?Review fromTracy D

1 starI used My Mechanic to have brakes repaired on my vehicle . First of all the mechanic arrived the day after my scheduled appointment. I prepaid ****** for the services. After it was dtermined that the brakes were fine however I needed rear end work done on the vehicle. A service which they do not provide. I was charged ****** for vehicle inspection , however they are refusing to refund my ****** dollars. If they cant repair my vehicle I need these funds for the repairs. Giving me a credit with their company is not feasible or acceptable. These are first rate scammers , buyer beware , please do not use. I am out ****** with an oprable vehicle and they are giving me the run aound and placing me on hold for hours at a time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR RECOMMEND TO OTHERS TO USE. MODERN DAY ***** HOODS!Review fromDestiny B

1 starIf I could give this company 0 stars I would. This has been by far the worst experience Ive ever had with any company. They charged me full price for a service that the MECHANIC canceled himself once he arrived. I have talked to 3 agents at this point & they all have said a supervisor would be reaching out. I have received no call or email from anybody. At this point Im looking into suing through small claims court. This is absolutely ridiculous, this company is a ************** have no business being in business.Review fromDon F

1 starExcellent mechanic. Awful business. The mechanic showed up, told me no service was required and did not start any repairs. He said he would cancel the call. My bank statement showed what I believe is an unauthorized $150 draw. The company said it was for the cancellation. I was not given the opportunity to consent to the charge, that I know of. Next stop is the State **************************Review fromBrendan W

1 starI ordered a mobile diagnostic and quote for my vehicle. The mechanic did an abbreviated diagnostic and told me things I already knew and irrelevant stuff like my tire tread depth. It wasn't the end of the world, as I expected a quote to fix the issues and would have gladly hired the mechanic to do this. However, Wrench did not offer the very simple services the mechanic was interested in doing. They then later claimed that the repair had already been started, meaning they could not do it, which was 100% false. No repair had been started. The customer service is foreign and counterproductive to actually getting mechanical work done. The mechanics themselves are okay, but are constrained by the company. They're crooks.Review fromSasha A

1 starNov 18, 2023 I called wrench to notify them that the thermostat they replaced July 12th 2023 has went out. So I had to let them do their own inspection for it to come back that I was right. Which I spend $699.10. For it to go out again 3-4 months later. Today nov27th @ 7:46am ****** called to reschedule my appointment keep in mind my appointment was scheduled at 9am. Wrench chargers a fee to the customers if there are late or reschedule not in enough time a $175 dollar less than 12 hours. So with that being said what happened when there employees violates this. What does a customer receive. Keep in mind this job today is a warranty department issue because when it was replaced on July 12th 2023. This isnt the first time wrench has give horrible service and if I didnt have a warranty for my thermostat I definitely would have went somewhere else. I did express my issue from previous experience and wrench just told me to call back if theres is any issues. But you only are able to speak to the phone person not a manager or the warranty department cause they said they have to send them an email and they will get back to me in 24 hours. How does this help the customer.???? Want us to wait around for a phone call. They are always late, wrench doesnt hold employees accountable for there mess **** Now my appointment was rescheduled for Wednesday nov 29th. I tried to have someone come out before thanksgiving due to the fact I called on that Monday or Tuesday. So instead of me being able to spend time with my family I was stuck at home with no vehicle. I feel I should have the my money I paid the first time back and something needs to be done to wrench for horrible communication and service. And I also have to figure out means to getting to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday due to they say no one can come out till Wednesday afternoon which more than likely I will have to call off work to hopefully get it done let alone someone actually show up let alone on time.
