1 starIf you are out of state DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. We leased a car from here and live in the state of ******, it took us 3 months to get our registration and fees completed. Oregon DMV is not the easiest to work with and was contradictory with their information at times, but Seattle Jeeps ability to complete the process that they are supposed to complete as a dealership was horrible (to put it nicely). I spent countless hours on the phone with Seattle Jeep and Oregon DMV completing this process because the dealership was incapable of figuring it out on their own. We had to pay for numerous trip permits because the registration was taking so long, several **** certified mail packages to cover items they couldnt complete correctly (or would blatantly ignore my directions and send incorrect information that I had to fix later), and late fees because of their inability to finish the process or communicate clearly.and they didnt reimburse us for anything. They would also tell us on many issues this is getting done today, then after a week of me following up several times, they would tell me we are starting this today, proving that they are deceitful and dishonest in their communication (I have meticulous records showing all of this if they tried to claim otherwise). A big sticking point was the Oregon Use Tax. While we now understand we were supposed to pay directly to ****************************, their complete lack of communication on this during the purchase process and the fact they specifically listed the tax on the signed documents as paid and collected lead to us assuming they had paid it and incurring late fees only once we were notified by Oregon DMV. I usually refrain from giving reviews most the time, but if I can save one person from the months long headache, financial impact, and amount of work I had to put into this process I will give all the information I can.Review fromoleg s

1 starThis review is for Hyundai/dodge dealership I purchased a new vehicle from them with 900 miles. ***** asking over 4 times if i was going to be the first owner "on paper" and have the benefits such as 100k warranty and oil changes, they all said yes, even the finance manager finally screamed through the whole dealership "ITS A BRAND NEW CAR!"-This turned out to be all false, the car is classified as used, no warranty, no oil changes.-They never gave me the receipt for the car, even after I called twice. Finally after 8 days I received the email and notice they added a $4000 optional warranty due to a "computer error", its been 9 weeks and the bank says no refunds have been made yet.-They also secretly added a $400 gps tracking system to the car, i only noticed it on the final receipt. I tried to deny it but they wouldn't let me. I later find out you are able to refuse this. -Everything I signed has been altered by the "glitch".-I have already spoke with the 2 main owners, they strangely confirmed I still have the 100k warranty which every other dealer including their own service department say otherwise. At this point to much stress damage has been caused, I lost my job, meds increase, relapses. I have hired an attorney and If anyone else has been sold a used car (ive seen in the reviews there are plenty) please email me if you would like to join. This is my yahoo email until 7/7 slothattack2000 At this point they are not emailing me back or calling back.Review fromLeslie J

1 starWhen my car overheated on a trip in April 2023, I took it to my local mechanic, who told me the head gasket was leaking. Since fixing a head gasket was covered by my warranty, I took it to Seattle Jeep to have it serviced, thinking it would be a simple, straightforward process; however, that was not the case. The service there was deceitful and insulting. First, they lied to me, stating that I did not leak into my head gasket; I needed a new radiator cap, and they charged me $359! The service advisor ******************* was insulting. When I asked him how much the service would cost me, he replied, "A million dollars!". I told him that was not funny, as a single mother whose only mode of transportation is that vehicle was very rude. I asked him if they checked the oil as I felt I could be burning it, and he told me that it was my responsibility as the consumer to check my own oil, like making sure my gas take is full. I demanded an apology from him on the phone for being so condescending and rude, which he did; however, he continued to make inappropriate comments and jokes when I also picked up the car.Review fromBen J

1 starBait and Switch. They have a listed ad on CarGutus for a 2023 Hyundai as dealer price. after contacting them and derailing down the price they disclosed an additional $3000 mark up will be added. Once I mentioned that I will be reporting to BBB. First the said the dealer price dose not apply to out of state buyers. I never told them I was an out of stat buyer as I own a home and bossiness in Washington as well. Then they said they can sell a black color at that price not a blue color. Although the ad was for a blue color.Review fromCat H

1 starI was coerced into taking down a bad review and also coerced into running my credit for a loan on a vehicle by a guy named ********************* who claims to be the general manager. I ordered a $100,000 vehicle that was delivered to this dealer on 11/03/22 and never received a phone call or email, and they sold it from underneath me because they discriminated me thinking I wouldnt be able to afford it even though 8 days later I got a loan for $75,000 with no money down. ****** had the audacity to say he did call us and we said we didnt want it. I can prove through phone records that I have never recieved a phone call from this dealership. *********** tried to "help" over the weekend by running my credit and then asking how much $$ i could put down.... Not to mention, I took my truck here 17 times before ** gave up when he couldnt figure out what was going on, decided to tell my husband that we were lying and and refuse to work on our vehicle. We took it to AutoNation Bellevue and they had it figured out in a day. ****** AND CON-ARTISTS HERE, PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. When I called out **** on his ****, he seemed dumbfounded and flustered and didnt want to talk anymore. He told me I have a bad personality, and I told him its because of the experience I've had so far with Seattle CDJR. He also said he disciplined his employees for letting it get this far, but i dont believe that, they probably got promotions. Dont worry, Ill find out. GOOD LUCKReview fromAlex L

SCAMMER alert!!! Stay away from them!!! Do not buy from them!!! Do not talk to them!!!Advice to vehicle buyers:Search for new car using some aggregation websites. Talk to out of state dealers, and do not pay these scammers at MSRP or additional "market adjustment" fees. These dealers already make enormous profit from the price difference, manufacture cash back and kick back, when selling at MSRP price. Here is my experience:Their sale department can lie about almost everything. ***** gave me a quote for a vehicle for ~$49k (+ tax, license and doc fee and no other fee) on 11/5, with ~$1,700 discount. On 11/12, I called in, he figured out that I might have more interest to the vehicle, so he decided to bump the car price from ~$49k to $56k with additional $5k market adjustment fee. He first lied that the previous quote was last month ago and new month increased the price. After I caught his lie that the invoice was less than 7 day old, he threw even more lies about pricing change due to vehicle status update from "being built" to "in transit". He even started to accuse me that was my fault not to accept his invoice 7 days ago. These scammers will never honor their words until we force them to. We have to force them by not doing business with them.Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seattle

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this concern about our business. I have had the opportunity to interview our team and your interactions with them. We are sorry we are not able to sell the Pacifica Hybrid below our cost. I do have written correspondence confirming that this is a high demand product and providing complete transparency about the pricing. In fact I have a close friend and colleague who also wants to purchase this vehicle- theres simply no way to do so for the price offered by our customer. We always strive to provide an outstanding experience. Our customer did advise that this review would be forthcoming if we would not sell for a price below our cost. Unfortunately we are not in a position to do this when so many of our customers want and need this in demand car for their families. Please dont hesitate to contact me if I can provide further information.***************** ************Alex L

Updates: ***************** reached out to me via BBB and continued their blatant lie and accusation. *** accused me of: "Our customer did advise that this review would be forthcoming if we would not sell for a price below our cost.".My review was transparent and direct. It was solely based on my interaction with *****. The review is only about the lies that ***** and the dealer threw at me, and is not about whether I would buy the at low or high price. I did not use the review to force them to sell the car. I indeed specially stopped *****'s negotiation game, as I was not comfortable with his lies. Recap on my interaction with Talon: ***** offered the invoice of $49k (excluding tax, doc and license fees) on 11/05, then decided to raised the $56k (=51k MSRP + new $5k market adjustment fee) in less than week after. To new buyers: Stay away from this dealer. They will lie in all aspect to maximize their profit. Even if you buy car from them, you may know know what they did to the car, or which fine print they put in the contracts.Review fromMelissa W.

2 starsThis dealership has very deceitful advertising and sketchy sales practices!! Both on their website and on CarGurus.com where they have their listings advertised, they have prices listed which are not the actual sales price of their vehicles, but rather a discounted price that is only available if you trade your vehicle in and also finance through one of their preferred lenders! I made a deposit on a vehicle to purchase once I was back in the US, and when I came to pick up the vehicle they informed me that the actual sales price of the vehicle was actually $4000 more than what was listed on their website!! I never would have made a deposit on this car if I had known the actual price of vehicle. The price they list the car at online should be the actual sales price! Total false advertising.
