      Hello, I have a zulily credit of $258.52 as of 11/9/23. I am aware of the need to file a claim, however I have several questions I need to ask a person. I'm also aware there's instructions on it and a FAQ on the claim website. However, I still need help filling out the form before June 14, 2024. I've call the Omni number provided and cannot get a person or customer service person to answer. It only leaves you the option to leave a message, accept I CANNOT ACTUALLY LEAVE A MESSAGE. It says, leave a message and they'll call in 1 business day but gives you no option to start the message. Automated teller then tells you the number I pressed is invalid (even though no number is pressed or whether I try every number). They send you to this omni site for help and no help is provided. I will take any help, thank you. ***** ****

      Zulily (Synchrony Bank) is trying to charge extra finance fees and late fees. I had tried to pay them twice. (November 2023 and January 2024 please attachments below). They were going through bankruptcy and most likely were not accepting payments at the time. The amount due on the account at the time was $104.00 when I attempted the payment in November. I tried to pay through the Zulily website, but it was temporarily shut down, and I was not receiving bills. Since they have started back sending bills, they have added fees which I should not be accounted for. They might be trying this with other accounts as well. Help I should not be responsible for extra fees.

      End of 2023 returns for credit. Company named Zulily. Shopped there for years and never had any problems. Sent in documents varifying credit acknowledged by Zulily. I just want my refund. **** *********

      I ordered 3 sweaters on December 5, 2023. I never received the merchandise or a refund. I have called the phone number given many times and no response. I have emailed all the email addresses given and no response. This was charged on December 5, 2023 and I have been charged interest on it also and received no merchandise. There was a statement made that you would receive the merchandise or a refund. I am just asking for a refund for merchandise I never received .

      Hello! I used Zulily much like Amazon for years. I would order and keep many items, but also returned items I didn't like. My account (which I can not access anymore because they wiped it clean) had a credit balance, AND I was in the middle of returning an order (which I wrote the USPS tracking number in one of the screenshots I sent you) which would've given me in excess of $200 in credit. In addition to this, I accidentally paid on my account not realizing I had a credit balance, that also contributes to the $275 I would like reimbursed to me. Suddenly I received an email that Zulily was no longer in operation and could no longer access my account. I was patient for a few weeks thinking surely it would work itself out. Unfortunately, it did not. So I think filled out a 'proof of claim' which they 'require' but makes me nervous because they want SS number, etc, and it has nothing to do with my actual issue. I submitted it, but still nothing has come from it, and when you call it directs you to their website, and when you go there it says if you have questions, call. I simply want back the money I am owed, and wish to ensure it happens before their 'deadline' Thank you, Melanie Engen

      I had a credit on my Zulily account and once they pulled their site down I no longer have access to any of the information needed to file a claim on for a refund. I just wonder how that is allowed for them to not allow you into the past account information but say the only way to file a claim is to have all the original information..... They are essentially barring me from the refund by not allowing access to my account. Very unacceptable. I would like for Zulily to either forward records of credit on account and account #, be t they should be forced to reimburse all credits without customers having to jump through hoops to ask for their money back. That is completely unjust to consumers and caters to a business that is trying to avoid its obligations. (Exact amount owed/spent many vary as lack of access makes it impossible to get exact amount)

      I had a credit with them of $101 and then they went out of business without notification. I have submitted to them the paperwork they asked for, and now I cannot reach them.
