    The company went out of business, and I had a store credit of $97.63. I completed the paperwork that was due in June 2023 in December 2024 but have yet to receive my money.

    I ordered from Zulily and had to return items due to not the right size. I had a $160.83 credit on their books that they owed me when they closed their business. I did fill out a form and returned to the company that is handling their bankruptcy but I have never heard back from them. I show my last order date from them on 10/23/2023 and after that time, my credit was $160.83. I would like my money to be returned to me.

    Had credit on file with Zulily when out of the blue they went out of business. I was asked to file a claim and mail all information which I did and no response. The phone number that they have you contact is a recorded line with generic information, you can't speak to a live person. I did call **** ***** ********* which is the company supposedly working the Zulily claims but they will not answer phone calls. I leave messages and I did have someone return a call but they left a voicemail which was very hard to understand and all I could get out of it was to call the same number that is a recorded message with no chance of speaking to any live person. There has to be something that can be done. I know I'm not the only person who has been ripped off by this company.

    I don’t believe I owe Zulily this enormously inflated amount $1,181.? I’m in the process of getting statements from synchrony bank who were affiliated with Zulily for the period of 2021, 2022,2023, 2024 please advise me on what else I can do

    I had a store credit of $82,00 and was never notified that the store was closing. I want a full refund for the money owed. Thank you

    Zulily close my account I don’t know why but they are charging me a lot of interest on my closed credit card account which is a difficult situation as to reducing and paying off my debt. The interest is very high compared to my other cards and they gave no written notice or instructions on how to proceed in this situation and who could I speak with I truly don’t believe I owe ss much as they say I owe

    I have filed the form required to receive a refund of a credit ($22+) with Zulily's representative bankruptcy agency and have not yet received it.

    Zulily (Synchrony Bank) is trying to charge extra finance fees and late fees. I had tried to pay them twice. (November 2023 and January 2024 please attachments below). They were going through bankruptcy and most likely were not accepting payments at the time. The amount due on the account at the time was $104.00 when I attempted the payment in November. I tried to pay through the Zulily website, but it was temporarily shut down, and I was not receiving bills. Since they have started back sending bills, they have added fees which I should not be accounted for. They might be trying this with other accounts as well. Help I should not be responsible for extra fees.

    End of 2023 returns for credit. Company named Zulily. Shopped there for years and never had any problems. Sent in documents varifying credit acknowledged by Zulily. I just want my refund. **** *********

    I ordered 3 sweaters on December 5, 2023. I never received the merchandise or a refund. I have called the phone number given many times and no response. I have emailed all the email addresses given and no response. This was charged on December 5, 2023 and I have been charged interest on it also and received no merchandise. There was a statement made that you would receive the merchandise or a refund. I am just asking for a refund for merchandise I never received .
