      I had been a long-term Zulilly customer and made purchases during their "final" sale before they announced they were going out of business. I've been trying to contact Omni Solutions that took over the company's "prebankruptcy" prevention from orders I haven't fully received by the time stated reimbursements or orders would be completed. They have not responded and their call number provided on Zulilly/and omni are a "loop" with no way to get help. `I have money owed that was not reimbursed and items not received since Nov/Dec 2023. They have taken money from not only vendors but also customers like me who had some items arrive and not others. I had placed 3 orders. 1 was fully fulfilled the other two were not or items were sent elsewhere. (I'm seeing a lot of other comments of others receiving others' merchandise and not items they ordered too.) I assume my items went to someone else much like my getting another ladies coats. A total of 117.48 across 2 orders: ******* ( 6 items not received from that order) a full breakdown of items and cost is attached in a word doc. Order *******. 2 shirts missing and one was shown sent to me based on tracking. But, I ended up with someone else's order (2 coats) in my package with that tracking. It appears my order was delivered to someone else and orders were switched. So, I never received my tops. I'd like help getting my money back. (the 117.48) since it's clear I will not be getting my items. There is no one else to turn to for recourse since OMNI is not helping customers and the company is stealing money from vendors according to forums. What can be done to resolve this? I paid for an items not provided nor did I receive the correct reimbursement.

      On 7/6/2023 I received an email stating that Zulily had received my returned items and had credited my account. Zulily does not give refunds, only store credit. I received a store credit for$69.54. After Zulily filed for bankruptcy, I was told that Zulily would pay the amount owed me on of $69.54. I have not received this payment. I was instructed that I need to file a claim with the company handling the bankruptcy, but none of the links in the email associated with filing a claim work. I tried contacting the company phone, but the voicemail is full and cannot accept messages. I am not sure what to do now. Please let me know if I have any options for obtaining my money.       Nov. 29 2023 I placed an order with zulily. I only received one item I ordered. They said the rest would ship out on Dec. 13th and never got the rest of my order.

      I returned items a while ago. I was issued a credit. I never used the credit. I tried to get on site today to order something and it was pulled down and out of business. I have no customer number or anything. I would like a refund.

      I have a store credit to Zulily from November. Every time I went to app it showed down for maintenance. I thought this was odd for so many days so I googled and saw they were closing. I was never notified by mail or email that they were closing. I need to get my credit for my returns from November. The return was for $74.00

      In 2023 I was ordering items from Zulily and I returned the items they gave me a store credit for the items returned. I had not ordered anything else and I didn’t know they were going out of business. How can I get my money. I cannot access the account now. They owe me $74.00. I do not think it is right for them to keep my money. Help if you can. Thanks

      I placed an order of $499.44 on November 24, 2023 and have not received my items nor reimbursement. Seeking my funds back asap. Zulily company has since shut down and was promised reimbursement before January 22, 2024. I have not received funds.

      I made several purchases within the last 4 months of 2023. I returned all merchandise due to poor quality. They issued a store credit but I was unable to use the credit. Their website has been down. The amount of money is about 280.00 Now I hear that the company is going under and I have list my money since I can't access the web page. Unfortunately those purchases were made through my debit card and can't print statements. I am furious. Please help.       So Zulily is now out of business and I have not received my purchase or refund for 2 Christmas shirts which come to about $29.99 for each. This order was placed around 11/20/23. In addition, I returned 3 little girls clothing items from an order in October 2023 which would total about $65/70 and have yet to receive a refund. I am so angry that there is not a person to help sort this out for consumers. They are going to take our money with them. This is totally unacceptable!

      I have a credit balance of approximately $80.00 on my Zulily account. I got an email on January 12th informing me that Zulily went out of business as of December 22nd. In order to file a claim, I need information that is only on my Zulily account but unfortunately, I cannot access my account due to them being shut down. #1 - Customers should have been notified BEFORE the shut down date of December 22, 2023 so they could access their account and #2 - How would I be able to get my proof of my credit without being able to access my account? This is totally unfair and unjust and a way for this receivership Omni Agent Solutions to keep people's money that are duly rightly owed to them.
