They will not opt me out of their system which is required by law. They ignore my emails and frozen the opt out method. I didnt authorize whitepages.com to collect, display, share my personal Information on the internet. Nor did I authorize them to sell and monetize my personal data and information on the internet without my authorization. I want them to take down my information from whitepages.com and all their affiliated online websites, as well as request they no longer put up my information without my authorization now and in the future.Here is a link to my personal information that I need taken down. My personal information was uploaded to this website, including my address. This puts my life at risk. I tried to remove it and followed the procedures. When the automatic system called in to my phone number, instead of giving me the option to enter in the provided code, I just got an error notice and the call disconnected. I did this several times. There is no other way to contact them or to remove my personal information. This website should be illegal as it has put me at risk several times before. I keep trying to get my info off of it and it keeps getting put back on. This is a major safety risk for me and my family. I am trying to opt out of their listings and WhitePages is creating barriers that prevent me from doing do. I needed to search of the Opt Out link and when I do follow the steps, it is ridiculous that it asks for a phone number. Then I get their robo call requesting for me to enter the 4 digit number displayed on their website, which I entered. Finally their robo call ended with saying "Application error" and terminated the call. Hello, I reached out to the ***** ****s on June 28, 2024, via email and phone, and spoke to ******, of the ************* Team. I requested to have my names **************** ************************ *************************, and **************** Mated, as they have me listed removed and blocked from an estranged and malice parent, who stole my cell phone number and address and has it listed, as part of his page. Specifically, my cell phone ************, is now listed as his primary landline. I have had this cell phone for over 25 and he has never been associated with it. He is using this information as a form of type of control, via this false placement.
