      I been touring for redfin for awhile. In spring last year I found two houses in which the agent didnt put the offer in on time and I lost both houses. Since I have been touring with Redfin and have been unable to secure a house with inflation and cash buyers winning all offers. Today the lead agent *************************** blocks my access to scheduling for showing. I reached out to her multiple times but never recieved a response. Then I reached out to her manager ***************************** who stated I was touring too much, I didn't have a pre approval letter and I was looking at houses I could not afford. I don't know how they know I can't afford a house, I have a preapproval letter which I gave to the agent who was replaced , I also have cash for down payment and as I mentioned due to inflation and cash buyers I have difficulty winning the offers.I thought redfin was into selling and helping buyers finding a house. The manager ****** stated lead agent ****** tried calling me numerous times, that is not true. ****** sent me one email and I responded to her the same day.The agents are rude, redfin should look into there managmwnt. They just lost a buyer as well as a seller since I have a house to sell as well. I will not recommend redfin to anyone. After loosing 2 houses they are trying to blame me for there lack of response and uneffiency. Don't list your house with them or try to buy with them you will miss deadlines and loose houses. I started working with another Platform and agent, I can't express who nice it is to work with a lead agent who is responsive and quick.One thing I have to say l, the showing agents are wonderful but are under unorganized management. Absolutely horrible.

      I think the place is frightening. Management has NO idea what they are doing. They attempt to force you a lender company called Bay Equity which they by the way have higher loan interest rates. Bay Equity loan officers don't know what they are doing either. I had a Bay Equity lender that literally a day before closing when I let buyers know they had 5 additional to review new information from a contractors bid a Bay Equity lender emailed to me, the listing agents and title that yes this was closing tomorrow no matter what. She really showed her GREED and ignorance. Stay away from this company it's a liability place waiting for a lawsuit with the ignorance and GREED. ************************* is my name a realtor for 20 years. I don't have anything to hide because emails to back up what I am saying. You will be hearing from my attorney soon Redfin and the **** If I could give this place ZERO stars I would

      I think it is absurd that sellers are able to constantly remove and re-list homes for sale, in order to manipulate the *** (Days on Market), and perpetuate this inflated real estate market. If these companies were actually honest, looking out for consumers, they would not allow this practice. These sellers should be forced to disclose all listing and removals, the prices set each time, and *** should continue to accumulate, and not reset each time. Such a load of c***

I understand the frustration regarding agents who remove properties and relist them, but unfortunately, we have no authority over other brokerages.

      Luck of the draw with their realtors. First realtor I had was incredible but she just had a baby and got replaced by her boss. Her boss ***** at communication. It takes her a day or so to respond to any inquiries and she doesn't inform us of anything like final walk through dates etc. I feel left in the dark constantly. She even does stuff without consulting me like putting $5k as ******* money on a land offer. I have requested a new realtor from Redfin and they closed the ticket without doing anything.

      *******************************, Redfin agent, does not have a good communication between clients, buyers agents and her as sellers agent. She never responded my request to meet her in person after I signed up a house sale contract with Redfin. She doesnt provide any feedback after the potential buyers and agents visited my house. She promised to check the buyers loan status every 2-3 days constantly. But, the reality is not true. Our home came back to market after the buyers loan failed. It caused us a deep trouble with an apartment leasing officer because we signed up a leasing contract. Before we signed this leasing contract, we did confirm with ******* again and again and got her words to proceed the leasing contract. The loan failed on the closing date. The buyers agent is also Redfin real estate agent. I dont understand why it would be happen at all. ******* is so-called one of top agents of Redfin. We have done best efforts to coordinate with *******s requests. We decided to withdraw our listing from market for now.

      Redfin grabbed my listing from the web somehow. They posted the listing on Redfin.com and for about one week it showed properly on their website. The next time I looked my home was listed as "not on market". My home did not sell and is still for sale. I am having a nightmare trying to get them to correct the error. Redfin should not have right to incorrectly list home facts .

      Very disappointing. I was very honest every time I viewed with the two different agents, (five different properties , one with the first agent and four with the second). Anyway, The last agent was great and so was the first one with a lead agent. But When I tried to schedule some viewings this morning for this weekend with my neighbor, I was unable to and it said to call because I was blocked from scheduling any more tours???... So, as instructed... I called the customer service # to find out why I couldn't schedule any more viewings and I was was informed they're not a touring agency?? WHAT??? She told me to get in touch with the lead agent, ****. The first agent I toured the first property with. *I had told him, I was probably a year out from actually buying But what I really think the issue is is: because I scheduled with someone else TO LOOK AT THE OTHER FOUR PROPERTIES (because he was unavailable during the time that I was available) he recommended I be blocked?? I really think it's unfair and in retaliation for not scheduling with him! Well guess what? We're not not going to call him.. I want nothing to do with redfin?? What discrimination that is or just plain greed? They lost a customer. The customer service representative said: Well, It's a waste of their resources and time If you're not actually ready to buy within the next 6 months!? Talking about adding insult to injury: I'm like well, but we are, my new friend, my neighbor, ******. Both of our leases are up in March and we're not renewing so we're looking to buy a place together possibly. ?? Unreal. Unbelievable. !?

      Don't use their app they will discriminate against you and block you if you do not use their agent when you want to tour the home . They deny you the amity to look at tbe home that you may want to purchas3, therefore denying you housing which I do Believe is illegal and then state " we are not a touring service" are you k8dding me? So even if you have your own agent it doesn't matter you can't see the homes **** list unless you use them!! Th8s is a disgusting pathetic attempt at gaining clients if I ever did see one, is this how they treat a potential buyer, theirs or not clearly they have zero integrity and tbis is how they treat our country's veterans. *** from what I've read sounds lime they need to be black flagged and sued for discrimination, because feel completely and utterly discriminated against and prevented from seeing a home I truly wanted to see before someone else snagged it up! Shame on you redfin and I know the military community is not ok with tbis kind of treatment we very much stick together and spread tbe word of horrible le horrible places such as you!Ps. I could see if I did something wrong other than not use their agent like a violation or something that did harm but no I didn't I merely clicked request to view property and and it said " you been blocked from touring with redfin" umm ok why......it left a **** number for me to call and above is what I got and thats a pathetic e cause if I ever seen one. Be better realtors and you might get the clients!!!

      I'd like to submit complain about Redfin (************ **)'s bad customer service. I didn't have good experience selling and buying a house from Redfin and provided a bad review about my agent. They reached out to me but busy explaining how great job they did and I was wrong. I didn't feel I was heard, and in fact, I didn't even get to talk to the broker. They work as a team and I didn't get enough attention. The agent's attitude wasn't pleasant. I thought it might be her personality. But there was no brochure for the open house to sell. The agent showed me only two houses and other lower level agents showed me houses. As a first time buyer, I asked for special attention for buying a house. I didn't get the attention. The agent sent another person during walk- through in the process of buying a house. The guy just opened the house and was on the phone the whole time. There were bottles of honey left from the seller's agent. All the hoeny bottles were gone when I moved in 3 days afterwards. I bought the house without contingencies so needed expert's opionion and advice. When I gave her a bad review, ****** broker from the same office called me and said they won't work with me and block my phone number. Also, I don't know what was the reason, but the agent kept pushing me to use her lender, which caused me lots of stress when I was already under lots of stress. They made great money out of me, selling a big house and buying a house as well. Real estate company is supposed to provide a customer service.
