I have been trying to book 2 multi-city flights on the Expedia for ** website for the last 2 days, and have tried 6 searches. Each time, when I select my flights and confirm, I receive a message saying that the prices have gone up since my search moments ago. I called into the contact centre and was told that this is normal, as prices fluctuate minute to minute. Even if this is true, it should not be happening every time. This is bait and switch practice. I do not think TD should continue to partner with such a *************.

Very disgusted by Expedia during my honeymoon vacation trip. The room we were given was dirty and unsafe. The shower I fell in as there was a huge slope with no room to move. The shuttle that was supposed to come to take us to the airport didn't come on the proper time which almost made us miss our flight and we never got a refund.

Traumatizing experience with one stay offered through Expedia. It's absolutely unimaginable that a company reselling services cannot be accounted for the end products/services.This is absolute bull* and for public safety, it needs to be addressed.

They will not allow you a refund but will allow you to book with no cancelation period. Scam of a company, I rented a minivan from a rental agency but was unable to make the deposit. When the rental company accepted the cancelation, expedia did not. Now their keeping my money with no service provided, no vehicle and no help.

This company is a scam. Booked me a room in *****, ******* when I was looking to book in ********, ****************. Room in ** never existed. Refused a refund. They did not even offer to refund the portion of the booking fee that they made a profit on.

I booked a ticket on 3/8/2024 and canceled that day. I waited 10 days for the refund never received t** I call the escalation department and spoke with *****, which she advised was a supervisor. ***** contacted American Airlines which stated that it may take 20 days for a refund at which time the tickets will be more expensive. Expedia will not offer me anything to compensate me for the time and the premium that I will have to pay. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

The removal of the fully refundable policy is a notable change????I recently had the displeasure of encountering a frustrating situation with my reservation at ******************************, and I feel it is important to share my experience to alert fellow travelers.Having excitedly planned a week-long vacation for my daughter and me, I initially booked what was advertised as a "fully refundable vacation" through Expedia. Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the wrong dates for our stay. Realizing the error within minutes, I immediately contacted Expedia in the hopes of rectifying the situation and correcting the dates. To my surprise, Expedia's customer service was helpful and understanding throughout the process. However, my frustration mounted when I was informed that ****************************** has a policy of offering rooms that are not refundable, even in the case of a genuine mistake made within minutes of the reservation. This lack of flexibility on the part of the hotel is disheartening, especially considering the circumstances. As a traveler, I understand the importance of adhering to policies, but I expected a certain level of understanding and customer service, especially for a booking error corrected promptly. The situation was exacerbated by the fact that I was initially under the impression that I had booked a fully refundable option as advertised. The discrepancy between the advertised terms and the actual policies of the hotel created confusion and disappointment. While I appreciate Expedia's efforts in assisting me, why have they changed the listing for the hotel removed the "Fully Re-Fundable" from their ad???? and refused to acknowledge their mistake. In summary, this incident has unfortunately tainted what was supposed to be a special vacation for my daughter and me. I hope that sharing my experience serves as a warning to others and encourages the hotel to reconsider its policies for the sake of customer satisfaction.

Expedia is the WORST travel booking company in this world. I had booked a package for travel + hotel to ****** to travel on Jan 8, ****. The airline cancelled the flight and I asked to find me a new flight. Expedia asked for additional money from me to book the new flight which was cancelled by the airline. When I said that I didn't want to pay additional money for the flight so they can issue me a full refund for the airline and the hotel, their response was to give refund for the flight but not the hotel. It is a package these fraudsters sell on their websites and then they want to do partial refunds. After talking on the phone for almost 6 hours for the past week, they still haven't resolved the issue and asking for more time. They offered me a flight which will make me spend 24 hours at the airport and separate my fellow traveler who has a medical condition. They want us to be on different flights. This is almost $3000 that they should be refunding out of their own fault but they want to scam me for $3000.

I think I had very bad experience with Expedia and I became victim (Expedia, Inc. **** Expedia Group Way West, ******* ** *****, ***..) 1. Just recently (January 6/24) I did reservation with Expedia for "New port **************** from March 3 to March 10. Seems like I've done all procedure of reservation and payed full amount with my credit card $1175 + 50 booking protection 2. Literally for the next day (January 7/24) I received conformation of reservation ( 3, But turns out the name of hotel is "***********************************" but not l "New port **************** (much worse)4. I was astonished I would never even considered such hotel, never even seen the side with "***************** by ****** because I was looking for hotel only the on beach, that is why I did reservation for New ********************* 5. I immediately communicated with customer service ******************** and explained that happened horrible mistake or some misunderstanding. 6. I have no idea how it happened but I requested immediately cancelation this reservation and fully refund and representative was agreed with my request.7. ******* soon I received notice from "Travel solution department" (************) my final refund only $1000 8. I believe it is not fair and even I've done something not correctly it is obviously accidentally misunderstanding and no harm for Expedia 9. I think even in case rules said "not refundable" Expedia should not punish their customers for accidentally mistakes. Just for good reasons must do some exceptions for good reputation and eventually for its own sake and business.
