Kilowatt Electric requires a one-hour signed contract agreement at the rate of $392.00 (includes a $65.00 "travel" fee!) before work on any job order. They arrived and spent 15 minutes tightening 4 screws in my breaker box. The original problem recurred the next day and they returned and tested and replaced three outlets in 40 minutes and left. No problems since. I was billed for an additional hour at $295.00 (no travel fee) for a total of $687.00. Total time on site less than one-hour. I feel I was made to pay twice for their misdiagnosis of the problem during the first visit.I have spoken with the business office about my concerns and they offered a one-half hour reduction for the second visit. I counter-offered $100 as a 'good will' compensation for materials but have not received either an acceptance of my offer or a refund to my credit card of any sort. Again, the employees at Kilowatt Electric were both very professional and pleasant but I feel I should not be expected to pay for their mistake and for a job that should have easily been completed during the first visit.

After speaking with, our master electrican, he says it was a continuation of trouble shooting with your problem of the same job, and he gave you a free breaker, and outlet which was $25.80 as well as, with our 5% discount of $33.18 and we have offered a half an hour off, but you have reply to lets agree to disagree, on the half an hour off,
We feel we did the best service possible with your electrical issue, and we are glad you are no longer have the electrical problem you are having,
