On February 29th, 2024, I purchased a ******* Sonata 2016, VIN:***************** from Alhamadani Auto Sales at ******************************************************. The price of the vehicle was 7700 USD and with tax and everything it comes to a total of ******** USD. I had a discussion with the dealership owner *********************** and we reached an agreement that I could put a down payment of 6000USD and the rest would be in-house financing with a monthly payment of ******USD At the time of purchase, I was assured that the vehicle was in excellent condition and had undergone a thorough inspection. I was also informed that the engine is in perfect condition as it has only ****** Mileage. Unfortunately, on the same day of purchase, the car exhibited a severe engine problem. I had multiple breakdowns in the middle of the highway. I immediately contacted the dealership and returned the car for inspection and repair the following day March 1st, 2024. To my dismay, the dealership informed me that the car indeed had an engine problem that would require extensive repairs and engine replacement. They offered to change the engine with no expectation of when the car would be ready no timeline, nothing. I made suggestions to the dealership to change the vehicle within the same price range or return the 6000 USD down payment that I made. The dealership refused and they are very uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns and request I believed that the dealership knowingly sold me a faulty car, which is not only a violation of my rights as a consumer but also a breach of their duty to provide a vehicle in proper working condition. This incident has caused me significant inconvenience, financial loss, and undue stress. I believe that this situation is highly unfair and unacceptable. As a consumer, I have the right to expect a vehicle in proper working condition, especially when purchasing it from a reputable dealership. The dealership's refusal to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution not only violates basic consumer rights but also reflects a lack of responsibility and accountability on their part.I kindly request the ********** of ********* to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the dealership. I believe it is crucial to hold them accountable for their actions and ensure that they do not continue to exploit unsuspecting customers.Furthermore, l urge your to take necessary measures to ensure that dealerships are held to high standards of customer service and are obligated to provide suitable resolutions when customers encounter problems with their purchases. I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally withdraw the complaint I filed against Alhamadani Auto Sales regarding the engine replacement of my car.
After further discussions and negotiations with the dealership, I am pleased to inform you that they have taken responsibility for the issue and have replaced the engine of my car. I have thoroughly inspected the replacement engine and am satisfied with the quality of the work done.
Considering the dealership's prompt action in resolving the matter to my satisfaction, I no longer wish to pursue the complaint and kindly request that it be withdrawn from your records.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding.

On August 9th 2022 I ************************* purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger from this dealership listed, and I have never in my life had such a difficult time with a vehicle purchase. When I test drove the vehicle I realized that the air conditioner did not work, I made it very clear to Issa that I would absolutely have not purchased the vehicle if the air conditioner was not fixed. I was told the very next day to bring my car in and that my air conditioning would in fact be fixed. That absolutely did not happen. I ended up spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars taking the vehicle to dodge to have the issue diagnosed and I was told it was going to be over $2000 to fix. I then reached out to *** again and found that my phone number had been blocked. So now I am stuck with an over $2000 repair on the vehicle that I was promised would be fixed the very next day. Now as if that was not enough of an issue, I now have an expired buyer permit on the back of my vehicle that was only good for 45 days. Now the owner and his brother will not go pick up my plates from the *** to give to me and I have no choice but to park that vehicle because I cannot legally drive it without those plates. So I just spent $25,000 on a vehicle 45 days ago that I cannot even legally drive today! I even reached out to the bank that I got my loan through BECU, And they called and spoke to the owner of the dealership and made it very clear that its highly frustrating for anyone in the situation but that it was imperative I got my plates today which by the way is September 16th 2022. This company has blocked my phone number from any number that they have given me to communicate, I am very afraid that I am going to be stuck in this loan with this company with plates that I cannot even receive, which I paid for when I gave him a $10,000 CASH down payment on the vehicle. I was promised my air-conditioning would be fixed, and that my plates would be here yesterday, now I cant drive my car I just paid 25K for
