      I am being billed $1,253 for date of service June 11, 2022. According to ********** Blue Shield Michigan, the provider associated with that claim (NP Zilchis) has not been registered in their system. The rendering provider's ID does not exist. Please contact BCBS MI to register provider NP Zilchis and resubmit the claim with a valid provider ID. I have contacted both Sound Inpatient and their collections agency ******************* Services) repeatedly via phone, mail and email to resolve this issue. I will be happy to pay any cost share indicated on my Explanation of Benefit once BCBS has processed the claim and paid their portion.

      i was contacted around october 2022 by the emergency room my daughter visited via paper bill. it was for an amount great than what i thought was right. contacted my insurance and they were going to pay a certain amount, once that amount had been taken care of i called their billing department and paid the difference. which was around 500$ if memory serves me correctly. come to find out i have a balance from them for the full amount of +1100$ in collections.

      Ran my credit report May ************************************* for $708. Attached report. Date reported shows 12/23 I called the collection company Wakefield (maybe ********* is the fraud?) and they said it is for Sound Physicians from ************************* for my surgery June 2022. I immediately called the hospital and they said my bills were all paid and I had no outstanding balance. I was on MEDI -CAL at that time as well as currently and ALL bills and payments were handled through medi cal. Never ever did I receive and bill for "these" charges or have any idea what they are for. If I had, they would have been handled through Medi-cal and I would not be paying any balance. I lived at the apartment address they had on file during that time 2022 and lived there until August 2023. Never received a phone call or email or bill by mail. I looked on line and see almost word for word another claim with BBB against this same company. I am pasting here now. I never had an account on line however like this person but seems this is a scam. I am requesting this be removed from my credit report and "IF" there is a true invoice it be send to Medi-cal for payment like it originally should have been. I had insurance at the time, information for which my family provided to the hospital. On June 16, 2023, Sound Physicians Intensivists of Washington PLLC issued me a bill relating to that hospital admission for $1,767. The bill said I had no insurance coverage, so I updated my insurance information online in the account for this bill at ************************** with the account number **************** on June 23, 2023. I had no notice of the bill from that time, but checked my Sound Physicians online account on December 17, 2023 to see what had happened. The account indicated my insurance denied my claim and my bill was increased. I filed an inquiry with the account contesting any increase in the bill absent notice and with my insurance company to see whether it had received any communication from Sound Physicians. My insurance company stated Sound Physicians had never contacted them. Sound Physicians sent no corrected bill with my insurance information and did not address my inquiry. Today, May 1, 2024, I received a debt collection notice from this account. Please help me. I have tried and failed to get Sound Physicians to correctly process this bill through my insurance, and now the bill is in collections and I am worried my credit will be ruined through no fault of my own.       On June 10th of 2022 received a bill in the mail from Sound Physicians for $1999.73. I checked it with my *** and it was rejected by insurance due to needing medical records to process the claim. Then I called the insurance company to ck on this problem. They said sound Physicians needs to call for additional medical records to get the claim paid. On June 27, 2022. I faxed the *** to them for proof . I have made many phone calls to this office and spoke to many people and have not seen any resolution to this problem. Sent an email on Feb. 18th 2023 stating this: Well I can to you how frustrated I am with this billing office. Have been turned into many collection agencies due to the negligence of there workers. My insurance company said they are not allowed to turn me into collections for this matter and or do not give them any money till it is rebilled once they get medical info they need. Then I will pay what I really owe. now they have put this amount on my credit report and i am furious and want it taken off. Account number is ****************. Even my insurance company called them to take care of this. The collections is Wakefield and Associates. I do not even have a bill from them . Requested one thru Email and they never sent one to me. I checked my credit report and found this Wakefied on it.. Any help would be great. I will help any way I can to get this problem solved.

      I have been billed for charges I received for going to the emergency room back August 1, 2023. Account#*******************. I do owe money, but I have been asking them to file a claim with my medical insurance. I have 4 pages of notes of calls I have made to sound physicians emergency medicine and to my insurance company. Honestly very sad I have to call this many times just to pay an accurate bill. My insurance company has called them twice now but sounds physician emergency medicine just has no customer service at all. I had 2 representatives tell me they did bill my medical insurance and gave me the amount I owe, seemed kind of high so I asked for an itemized bill so I can see what my insurance paid and they said oh we don't send those. Then after speaking with my insurance company they said they have not received a bill from them. I called sound physicians emergency medicine back again and told them by law I can have the claim number that my insurance paid and again the representative stated she doesn't have that information. Just a back and forth horrible customer service situation. ********************************************** emergency medicine told me middle of March 2024 they were biking my insurance, then when I called March 15, 2024 with my medical insurance representative on the line sound physicians emergency medicine representative stated oh we never had your insurance on file so we never billed your insurance. I spoke with a supervisor named ***** that said she would call my insurance as soon as we got off the phone at 1:17pm and she would get this straightened out, I called my insurance back today at 3:45pm pacific and they do not have a call from anyone other than me. So now I have spoken to a supervisor with horrible sound physicians emergency medicine and ***** couldn't even help a customer out. Again all I'm trying to do is pay my accurate bill! I'm not running away from the bill just pay it. This company sound physicians emergency medicine is absolutely horrible

      A person at a hospital this physician group covers admitted a patient but admitted him under my husbands name. It took days to straighten out but while this was happening I let everyone at that hospital know that was not the mans social security number or insurance. Billing was informed so that we wouldnt get this strangers bill. Well sure enough 2 months later we are getting the strangers bill and when we call sound physician group billing they tell us its not their problem. Its our insurance companys problem. Why would that be the case. You idiots are billing the wrong insurance and dont seem to care. They wont do anything. We feel helpless and are worried my husbands credit will be ruined if this bill goes to collections.

      I am receiving emails stating that I have a bill going past due from Sound Physicians Emergency Medicine of Georgia. I have lived in ********** for four years and received all medical treatment in this state with full coverage from my insurance. This attempt to bill me is either an inaccuracy or a scam but all attempts to contact the company have failed to resolve this issue.

      My apologies, I believed I had submitted a reply to your initial email about the companys response to my complaint.  

      I do not take great confidence in their statement that this was a clerical error and now resolved but I dont know what recourse exists except to wait and hope this account does not fall on my credit report at some pointas I have read numerous accounts of exactly that happening to other consumers.  However, that issue lies with the company which appears to be a full on scam setup, and the way our country structures its financial systems, not with the BBB.  

      I greatly appreciate your assistance in pushing this matter to the attention of someone with the Sound Physicians organization and your, as usual, timely and thorough follow up.
