    I am defiantly not impressed. I have had nothing but problems with this company since day one and its been only a month. When I signed up I was told everything was taken care of. I was told we can batch out at 11pm and have next day deposits. well that was not a week, after many emails and there many so called tickets they put it , The truth is I have to batch out at 7pm for that to happen. When I talked to someone from support named ****** she was not aware what program I was on or give me answers. I have been email them since day one to confirm that everything was sent up and if the charges, ext was what I was promised. with no reply's, The only person who has does try is Tre but like he said he can not speak to support quickly or anything. Because they work remotely. I have spent so much of my time dealing with this company, it is not worth it. I can not get Stright answers. and today they charged my bank ****** for who knows what, i spoke with tre, he said he cant look it up and its not in the online portal but after they charge you they send you an invoice so when I get that call them and they can go over it with me. This is why I have been trying to contact them to see how and what I was going to be billed for. because I realized what I was told signing up is not what I have gotten at all. I thought our last merchant was hard to deal with but this one tops the charts. Its heartbreaking because being a new small business we struggle daily to keep thing going and its stuff like this that will push us over the edge.

    It's not just about yhe adjustments, which by the way are still not in full affect. It's the face that I have had to spend countless hours and time contacting riverside. The time it takes to get answers. The promises that were made from the sales team that were not correct. And now I realize I'm being charged equipment fee when I was told that it was cover in the riverside sale of which would be covered when we made ****** of sales for the month. I called yesterday and was explained something that made no sense. She then couldn't explain it any other way. Just like the monthly ?statements make no sense. I have handle alot of merchant statements but this one is the most confusing. I will see if I can upload it on there. So people can see if. I have asked for the ceo contact and or name two time now and the people I have talked to have no idea who that is. Why would I go from paying 25$ to $175plus a month ?? Without being mislead , lied to, ext. How is that saving my company anym money. I am waiting to hear back from someone named *** but is 330pm now and I have heard nothing. I WILL update is as we go along . I hope no one ever has to go through what i have since changing over to riverside
