Their system failed. Intruders tried to break in. Caused damage to windows and electric bike they tried to steal by dragging through a window. Their system failed to detect glass breakage and motion sensors failed to detect some ten large bikes tumbling over each other as intruders tried to pull through a window. Global response was to blame us for not operating the system correctly. They refused to even explain their conclusions. If you do care about your security, consider more reputable options.Review from Heidie M

If you require a reliable, friendly, professional security company read on: I am an artist with a very large studio in ********* **********. I do not live there so it is of great concern to me that when I leave there I have no worries. Thats where Global Security comes in. For over 20 years I have had and still do have my precious studio protected with Global Security. In fact, just the other day my key fob that arms my system broke. I stopped at the Global office to get a new one. As it turns out it was a tad more complicated and ***************************** stepped in and tried to fix my damaged fob and when that didnt work she patiently explained to me how to arm the system manually and also explained in glorious detail the other products Global offers. Immediately I went to the studio to try out her instructions and the phone rang. It was ********, just so happened ******* (repair specialist) was out and about and would gladly stop by and get a new fob programmed and ready for me. Now mind you this is a matter of minutes and within the hour my new fob was working, my system checked, all was safe and secure once more. I highly recommend Global Security because it is an excellent company.
