      My account was banned almost immediately after I set it up, despite going through all of the verification processes and linking my bank account, and despite not doing anything except ask sellers questions, which they are unable to see or respond to.

      A recent order from seller, EuroLuxLeather, transaction id *********, was refused back to shipper as of today, 4/11. Previously, the seller requested I message through whatsapp and asked for my number which is in violation of Offerup terms and conditions. I later learned the items purchased are not original and were reported to Offerup as such, no reply received.. The package was refused back today as stated prior, the **** tracking ID is **************************. Since the items are not authentic, as per statement made from seller after sale and not before, which were refused, I request a full refund.

      In this ticket we state that OfferUp can approve a refund request for a package that has gone more than 15 days without movement according to the **** tracking. Anytime the package is scanned again, the 15 days start over.

      I am rejecting this response because: As stated in complaint, seller requested to speak via whatsapp, a third party app which is in violation of terms. Secind, the seller admitted to selling fake/counterfeit items via whatsapp. According to **** tracking, the package has been out of delivery for several days now, has not been delivered back to seller... It appears seller gave a fake return address and or the **** has lost item.. In either case, order should be refunded right away, due to seller's actions detailed.
