      The trusted Advisor Maria ****** went above beyond to help me pick the right kitchen table for my nook area! I felt right at home with the excellent customer service. I will be returning to shop for more furniture when needed! I can’t wait to get my table delivered!

      Ashley salesman Andrew **** told us we could return or exchange our $4000 Purple mattress after 30 days if we were not satisfied. He said they honor Purples trial period. This was a lie. They now say all sales are final and we cannot exchange the mattress. After 10 phone calls to the store and customer service I finally spoke to someone and they said all sales are final. Dealing with Andrew was like buying a used car. He was all about the sale and he said what we wanted to hear so he could close the deal. Never again!!

      Love the attention that Irene at the ************ CA store gave us! Not too pushy. Just right. We looked at the couches a week ago and then came back to purchase.Great customer service. Hoping the couches work with our living room and can't wait to see them. Hope they get delivered in a timely manner. Hope they're perfect. Thank you Irene. Thank you Ashley.

      I purchased few furniture items from this store which cost me almost $3,000. I paid for the set up and delivery $200. II had delivered June 5. I was not happy because when I checked the furnitures, all the screws are loose and not properly assemble. I called the customer service, all they can say is I'm sorry. They told me that they will get back to me but never did. I called the store located in *********** but the manager is very sarcastic and rude. It seems like she's not properly train in what she does. This store needs someone that have good skills in serving the community. No wonder Ashley furniture is not doing well in the business world right because of poor skills in dealing with customers. too bad, because I have a lot of friends that that I can recommend to use the store to buy furnitures but with this bad experience with them. I rather go to the one that can give a better service. I called few times, June 10,12,14 and 21. When I called June 14, the supervisor that time told me that she will get back to me June 18, but no phone calls. I"m very upset so I called back again today. June 21. Nothing solve. I will not recommend this store to anyone They are just nice when they are selling you

      I have been an Ashley customer for many years but I have to say that unfortunately with my last 2 purchases I had a very bad experience, I bought a set of living room furniture and I was calling for service before a year because of a terrible sound that it makes when you sit down . I was told so many meaningless things like the weather, the floor of the house, inclination of the floor were the reason but without giving me a honest solution until the warranty expired, when I filed a complaint with the insurance company, they told me that they do not recognize factory defects so I was left with a piece of furniture that sounds like and old piece when it is not even 2 years old and not honest answer nor solution to my complaint have been provided. They are abused every time that I go to the store. Also, I separately bought a coffee table which is breaking from inside because termites. The first time a technician came and closed the hole but the problem surface again. A second tech came and confirm that they had to change it because have termites it's been almost 3 weeks since and so far, no one has contacted us.This is unacceptable for any customer experience.

      I had a delivery scheduled on a Thursday, waited for them all day to find out that it got cancelled, this is after confirming with an agent earlier in the morning that it was scheduled for Thursday. I had an int'l flight and had to get it changed because they scheduled delivery Saturday. Saturday the driver says that some of the hardware for one of the beds not there. Driver tells me itll take a week. He said that the store needed to call the warehouse and request another driver to bring hardware and assemble, which would be quicker than one week. I requested this and the store says they did what they could, but warehouse didnt schedule anything to expedite, instead they tell the store that customer is happy and ok to wait (complete lie). So they will ship the hardware to my address which would take a week and then after that, they will schedule install, causing more delays. I run a vacation rental business and these delays by Ashley is causing me thousands of dollars per week. I spoke to another store manager named Todd and stated it'll be quicker if they can just order a new bed w/hardware and swap this out, his response "that would not be smart for us to do from a business stand point".....i'm losing money by the day because of them screwing up and he is worried about Ashley's losing money. After multiple issues with this company last year and this year (many orders/deliveries getting delayed), I would recommend everyone to stay away.

      I'm sI'm so very unhappy with the sofa I purchased here at Ashley. Their advertisement says high quality and their donation to **** ** *****, and yet the sofa seat sank within a day of sitting. So we went into the store and they opened a case for technician to come out. Technician came out and he said it is definitely sinking and there is no way he can fix it for it to last. So he said he will let his manager know that there is a defect and they should do a reselection. I asked him to request a refund, because I don't trust the quality and don't want to keep calling Ashely etc. He said his manager should call me on the same day and if not tomorrow the latest. I haven't received a call back, so I called and spoke to an employee and she said on the notes, the technician noted there is no defect. I don't know how to file a complaint. I called the number for the headquarters to speak with upper management, but it only reached the customer care service team and he said there is no way I can speak to the management. I called 4 times trying to speak with a manager, yet there is no way to get a hold of them. I tried going on Ashely website to file a complaint but there is no contact number/email to do so. I'm so disappointed. It's unfortunate that refund or exchange is not possible even if there is a defect within a couple months of use. *Edit: I also asked Ashley customer service representatives and a worker at ******* if there is an email where I can file a complaint and they all said they don't have one. Now as I'm writing ****** review, I see that there is an email ashleyreviews. I really wish someone could have provided me with this since I expressed how I tried calling so many times and couldn't reach a manager to speak with regarding my concern.

      Ashley - their quality has gone down. I bought two sofas from Ashley in white. One came stained. I called the call center and they sent a technician and he scrubbed some liquid which all the more worsened the sofa so I asked for a replacement as its not my stain. After a week they were willing to send a replacement and the replacement also came with stains. Sick of their service.

      A week ago we purchased sectional for our new home . We were so excited to get them. When we pick up all 6 sections we found each one damaged , broken, stained . The sectional was not the same color we seen in the store . Each sectional had wood coming out because they were broken . That same day we went back to replace one they provided us 1 new one to find out it was broken as well . When we finish unwrapping all of them it was so disappointing at what we were looking at . We are going to be making payment to a sectional that cost us about $4,000 . We filed a claim with customer service the next day .they asked for picture we provided them they said they were going to send a technician not understanding why pictures were provided . Now I have 6 damaged , stained , broken pieces in my living room that cant be replace because they only approved of one of the broken parts . We went to the ashley store and they told us they couldnt help us . They came out your warehouse why cant they check product before providing them to customers. She said to deal with customer service. This is so disappoint we have not sat in our living room because we are afraid they would say they cant take them back . We dont want this couches anymore at this point and there is nothing we can do because ashley furniture chooses not help out after they sell there product .
