First of all, it’s impossible to contact corporate headquarters. The so called manager Philip is lazy. I don’t know why they call them managers, they have no authorization to do anything. He couldn’t even give me the right information about what part of my furniture they had and what part they didn’t. I went home and went online and had a virtual chat. I got more information from that person than I did from him. I went back to the store for a second time and he sent an email to Regional office on Wednesday, I had to call back two days later to ask if there was a reply, he said, oh yes. I asked why didn’t anybody let me know, his reply, “ I don’t know”. Their delivery sucks. They tell you your items are supposed to be delivered on a specific date then they wait until that morning to let you know they don’t have it, but in the meantime, you’ve already gotten rid of your furniture and taken off work, (unpaid time), you asked to be compensated with the delivery fee, but then they say you didn’t pay a delivery fee. That’s because I paid for the protection plan which waived the delivery fee , so actuality I did pay for it. When you call any of the phone numbers you get stuck with the virtual assistance. I can’t say I would ever go back to buy furniture from Ashley.Review from Rose B

I ordered a recliner with heat and massage valued at more than $1,100. I was told the chair would arrive in November. However, I was delivered a chair of lesser value, and the store refused to change the charge on my bill to accommodate the lower price.Review from Krisztina V

I have ordered an expensive bedroom set before Christmas 2024. The first time the furniture was delivered I had to send back the dresser and the two nightstand. It was delivered damaged. And also my stair wall was damaged during the delivery. At the second delivery the two nightstand was not same and one was damaged so I had to send it back again. I am super disappointed in Ashley and the quality of the furniture and service. I will not purchase anything again.Review from Chris D

Ashley of long beach very good service with the help of sales person ZAHRA! Worst experience ever! Customer service is weak at most. Customer Service out of country, they can not resolve any problem. I was promised delivery on a specific date that was reason I purchased item. Was left with not living room furniture for weeks during holiday, my guest had to sit on folding chairs, ruined our holiday. Will never purchase anything from them ............Review from Yvonne N

I recently purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Upon delivery (12/17/2024), I discovered that the item was damaged with noticeable tears on the upper left corner and another tear on the center of the back. I immediately contacted customer service, hoping for a resolution, but was met with resistance. Despite providing all required documentation and photos of the damage, they refused to offer a replacement. This level of customer service is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to receive a product in good condition and for the company to stand by their products. Instead, Im left with a damaged item and no satisfactory solution.I would not recommend Ashley Furniture based on my experience. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't honor its commitments or care about customer satisfaction.
