II called to get information on my warranty from a motor I purchased 5 years ago. They notified me that my warranty was still valid and I had until may to make a claim. I wasn't sure if it was my motor or not but I wanted to make sure just in case in the worse case situation it was. I got a call that in fact the motor needed to be replaced and after contacting customer service they sent me over a warranty claim form. Inside the warranty claim it gave me the option to get refund or get the new engine and coverage on the repairs. I contacted representative and asked her how does it work if I wanted to get a refund she (April) said she spoken to her manager (Allen) and he said he couldn't refund the amount for the engine through the warranty claim because the engine was purchased so long ago, instead they could file a claim to repair it. I submitted the invoice for everything, the amount totaled for repairs was a lil over $2800. The manager didn't want to refund $1200 for the motor and I looked at the invoice and said to myself "if he didn't want to refund $1200 why would he cover $2800 instead" | wake up to an email saying my claim was closed. I called customer service April said my warranty was voided. Due to lack of documentation of oil changes. I've sent over my most recent one since the car was driven. The mileage of when the motor was installed compared to the mileage now isn't over 50k miles, this car hasn't been driven every day for the past 5 years and has been stored in a garage for at least 85% of the time since the motor was installed. I find it so odd that with after sending over the invoice of a total amount over the total amount of the engine that' warranty service decided not to cover it. Not even Offer me a refund of less than the repair cost at lil less the $1200. "Quality used engines" "we value our customers" I can't believe it. I was so confident and felt so blessed that I had perfect timing with my with only two months left of the warranty!

I ordered t transmission on 30 Jan and I asked the salesman when it would arrive. He said it would be here in 7-10 days. Its 14 Jan and the item hasn't shipped yet. I called to cancel the order and was informed I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I called and spoke with a manager who was very rude. He said they have a 7-14 business day shipping window. I asked his to play the recording of my purchase call and indeed the man said it would arrive in 7-10 days. I asked for a full refund and only got 75%. The shipping charge was $150, and they even took 25% of that. The shipping is free to a warehouse and $150 for residential.

I wish I would have read all of these reviews before ever buying because I am back in the same boat when my original motor went out. I bought my motor back in 2019 and I had submitted all the warranty information once the motor was received even though it took me over a month to receive the new motor. I had bought another car while waiting to be able to create my show car with the new motor. I have had all the oil changes made and had it professionally installed. I have only driven this car less than 25k miles and it has blown a piston and they are saying I did not submit my warranty information but you can clearly see my mileage when the motor was installed by a shop. These people are crooks who go back on their word. I purchased this motor from them because of their warranty which is obviously a fake gimmick! Stay away your motor will not last and will not replace or refund! I just wanted a replacement or refund of my motor to get my car up and running since their motor did not even last 50k miles! Nothing but scam artists like every other review on this page!

I was sent an engine that did not work. They replaced the engine and assured me I would be reimbursed for labor; this is part of their labor warranty that they advertise. I have been getting the run around for months and now I am told that the labor is not covered. This is the worst company! When you call the labor department they have no clue what is going on. They tell you the issue will be escalated and that never happens. I have been hung up on multiple times. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They need to be shut down!
