I was sent a prequalified mailing in the mail so I made an appointment to go to the Kunes of Greenfield. I wasted my time. I felt that I wasn’t given the respect that I should have because I was a woman and African American. I don’t even believe they checked with any banks for my approval. I also asked about a vehicle that was advertised online and they still denied Me access to even see it. They claim they help you but they don’t.Review from Gloria G

I purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue sport in January 2024 at this location used. Had it service for a free oil change in May or June didn't notice any problems until July when my car started leaking and smoking under the hood. I've called for 2 weeks to get someone to look at it but no one call to help , I've talked to numerous of people to try to see if they can try to look into it all I got was someone will call you in which I haven't heard anything to get this matter taken care of. I ended taking it to a auto shop around the corner from my house the guy checked it and found out that my electric fan was unplug without my knowledge so I explained it to him that Kunes service department was the only place that service my car when I tried calling Kunes in Delavan I get the run around. I feel that they knew about this problem and cover it up and sold me a faulty car that I had no awareness of the problem. I put in too much money into this car for the service department to treat me this way and they called themselves inspected this car so I'm very disappointed in Kunes Chevrolet Cadillac in Delavan Wi.Review from Yvette O

I would like to start off with the purchase and process of my 2019 Ford Raptor went smooth other then the hidden fees they charge you after you send the bank the bill of sale. Once you start the financing process you'll see the extra charges that were not disclosed during finalizing numbers. Then during pickup to find out someone has taken the rear floor mat after I had already put a hold on the vehicle with a payment. Tried to get a replacement but they laughed it off so I let it be. My main reason for 1 star. Only If their was an option for 0. would be for the Service Department and Kunes "No Fear Warranty" It has been a battle dealing with the service department since my first service of owning the truck back in January 2023. If you want to buy a vehicle their, make sure its new ( Factory Warrantied ). If its used and a FORD. Invest in ***** *** which is ***** ******** ********. But if you can only go with a third party warranty. DO NOT BRING IN FOR SERVICE. They will NOT accept your 3rd party warranty and will give you a excuse why they don't accept it! The NO FEAR WARRANTY is a sellers scam! They will tell you the vehicle comes with a "In house warranty" As long as you go to any Kunes dealer and complete the service recommendations which is every 5k miles. No biggy. But don't replace your air filter, cabin filter, or do a tire rotation yourself because you'll end up paying for those services and parts and if you don't It'll VOID your Kunes NO FEAR WARRANTY!. Its a joke SELLERS SCAM! Anytime you have explain to the service adviser what issue you have going on. MAKE SURE YOU SEE IT IN THE NOTES! Because next time you come in they will tell you ITS NOT IN THE NOTES. I am dealing with a oil leak/oil consumption/turbo seals. All are seals and gaskets, According to the KUNES NO FEAR! It's covered but when it happens its NOT! Had a talk with FORD and Kunes Ford on a 3 way. Service advisor told me "If the part is faulty and it needs a gasket, Then its covered. WHAT?Review from Al G

Purchased on line a 2023 used Toyota Crown with advertised 5300 miles. Upon picking up vehicle, I noticed he Crown had 6700 miles. Jackson, sales, told me that an employee had taken the Crown on a trip and that had put onl 1400 miles. When Jackson showing me the features of the Crown I noticed the Tire Pressure Monitoring System, TPMS, was illuminated. The employee who had driven this vehicle did not report the illuminated TPMS and have this problem corrected. When I called this to the attention to Jackson, he put air in the tires and said the light would go out after driving several miles. Drove to MN, light tpms system, see Toyota Dealer ASAP. Made an appointment 3 days later with local Toyota Dealer and was informed that the TPMS had been removed. The Toyota Dealer said that for safety reasons the TPMS needs to be installed. I authorized the repair, the service manage of the MN Toyota dealershipindicated he would reach out contact Kune's Service Manager to get authorization to pay for repairs. The Kunes service manager did not respond to IGH Toyota , service manager, Joey ******, after several left messages. I contacted Jackson. sales team, and told him of the problem. He said this was beyond his pay grade and passed my concern to Jon, Sales Manager. Four emails and calls to Jon, did not rectify my the problem. Jon passed my concern to Brian, General Manager of Kunes GMC. After 4 left messages and to Brian, he has not returned any of my calls and Jon's promises that Brian would reach out to me. I paid $739.56, to get vehicle repaired to insure safe road travel. I am disappointed in this GMC Dealership. A courtesy call from the General Manager should not be expecting too much. Documentation of invoices have been forwarded to Kunes GMC of Oak Creek, Wi. Kunes GMC has the responsibility to disclose safety concerns to their customer. *****************Review from Lucas J

I wish I could rate this 0 stars. Extremely disappointed in their ability to stand behind their choice to take my truck to a 3rd party windows place to which they damaged my vehicle and are still 3 years later refusing to pay for it. Plus the problem from 3 years ago is still ongoing...Review from Teagan O

Definition of 'bait and switch'. Absolute rip off, and was belittled and guilt tripped after i said no to a car that was incredibly out of my price range. I should have followed my gut and left after i was told the car i was told was there had been 'sold' right before i got there - despite still seeing it on the website. The car salesman kept my so-signer's SSN information up on his computer screen for over 20 minutes. Everyone I've told in person and on social media agree this was a HUGE RIPOFF and waste of my time. I was there for well over 4 hours and regret every second. Never been treated worse in my life (not by the salesperson, but the financial worker) by customer service in the span of five minutes because i said NO. Literally made me feel worthless and idiotic. So glad I didn't go with these people.Review from Andrew M

Started out great then went boom! A week after I signed the contracts and left with the car, I get a call from KUNES that they need copies of my social security cards. I tell them, "well, I'm not in the state and won't be back for another two weeks, I'll get it to you when I get back." There response, "we need it now so we can finalize the loan, can someone go to your house and take a photo of your social security card and then you can email it to us?" My answer "No. I don't have anyone to do that and I'm not comfortable with that option. Why was this not taken care of when I was there? If you forgot to do it, why did you wait a whole week later?" So because of there major screw-up, I had to spend 24hrs driving back to their dealership from my vacation so that they could get a copy of my social security card. I didn't get an apology, I didn't get **** from them. They essentially doubled my down payment on the truck because of gas and a hotel stay needed to just get back. Then I still had to turn around and head back to my vacation. Disgusting how they mucked this up. Disgusting that they were just ok with what they did to me and the struggle they put on me to get them what they needed because they screwed up.Review from Stephanie J

I bought a 2019 Jeep Compass from Kunes at the end of March! The salesman who sold me the truck left me in the dark about everything! Even got a loan thru ******* and didn't tell me!! My truck has been running bad since the first week I contacted them and they told me I was wrong!! Then my truck ended up needing a steering rack! When I put it in gear it makes noises and kicks back like the trans is going out!! I've tried talking to Kunes and got no where so I put up my first bad review! They begged me to take it down saying they would fix my truck AND DIDNT!! I WANT THIS TRUCK LABELED A LEMON AND I WANT OUT OF MY LOAN!Review from Ronald M

Three weeks ago I bought a 2024 Yukon from Kunes Greenfield. The truck sat on their lot 5-6 months way in the back by a thickly wooded area. I liked the truck and eventually bought it. The negotiation process was awful. I was told their mechanics would go through it, make sure everything is good and check everything out. I bought the truck and 3 weeks later I have rodent damage. A wire harness was chewed through. They told me the rodent issue was at my house and that in 3 weeks a mouse had eaten through the harness. I’ve lived in my house for 31 years and never had a rodent problem. A couple of my neighbors have exotic cars that are parked 11 months of the year and none of my neighbors had a rodent problem either. They charged me $426 for a 20 minute repair. I tried to get them to fix this for free since their mechanics missed it during the once over they promised. The affected harness was right on top of the engine and they missed it. I don’t think they ever did their so called “once over”, I know the mice came from that field and with the truck sitting for months with nobody interested in it, the mice made a home in the engine compartment. Kunes was having nothing of this. I was also told that a typical oil change is going to cost me $300 or slightly more. “For an oil change?!” If I want to honor my warranty I have to let them do the all maintenance and repairs. Their pricing structure is outrageous! I am not happy with Kunes at all.
