      I have been stuck in a vicious cycle that I can't get out of with Eloan Warehouse. I've had multiple loans with them and every time I pay one off, I have to choose between another or homelessness due to the very high interest rate of ******% APR. I think that is even illegal in my state. My loan ID is ********. They loaned me $998.70 and I have paid them $893.97. They are saying I owe them $500 for this to be settled. I would like to pay the remaining $104.73 that I owe and consider this paid in full and be done with Eloan warehouse. They can black list me for all I care. Please.

      I borrowed a total of $2,610.00 from this company in 2022 and made payments back to them in the amount of $3,165.18. They were charging me bi-weekly $377.17, which did not reduce the balance because they were charging me 500% interest on the account. I could no longer afford to make payments on this balance, so I placed a stop payment on my account in Jan 2023 to prevent further charges. Today (April 22, 2024) I received a legal demand letter from the company stating that I owed them $9,414.78 (as they kept the interest running) and would potentially take legal action against me I did not pay them back that amount. I have offered the company numerous settlements to resolve this balance - all of which have been rejected or ignored. As I now understand, loans at these rates are illegal in the ***********. They claim they are exempt from AZ law due their tribal status, but I do not believe these claims have held up in state courts. This is complete harrassment to attempt to collect such a large amount. I would like to work with them to settle this balance, but it needs to be at reasonable amount based on payments already made. Thank you for your assistance.

      I borrowed a loan them on April 8,2024 first for 600 dollars and they send me text saying 400 dollars credit .I didnt sign papers for 1000 dollars credit got proof . But all ask the customer service person to chat can I lower my payment ************************************************************************* no.       I paid off my $509.32 balance on 4/13/2024. I received two pending transactions for $509.32 each on my account. I just called and spoke to a rep who was unwilling to resolve my issue or answer any questions regarding the second $509.32 transaction pending on my account. I was told to call my bank which I disagree with. The merchant (e loan warehouse) requested the two transactions and was only authorized to request one transaction for the $509.32. I was told that the debit card I used for this transaction ended in 3333. I do not own a card ending in those four digits. I only have one debit care and I have my payment confirmation as proof that I used the only debit card I have linked to my account. I would like to know why there are two transactions processing when I only authorized one? This money is being held by e loan warehouse and preventing me from using it in my bank account. I would like to have this issue addressed ASAP.

      On 3-17-24they said I took a loan out for $500. The expiration of the loan is 10 -11-24 The payments are ****** a month. They are charging an interest rate of ******% in the finance charge is $1375.10 on a $500 loan, I never agreed to this. I emailed them several times telling them I never agreed to this they would not take me out of the system. their address is PO ************************************* telephone number ************ fax number *********** loan number 1039-6247 ironically that loan number is very similar to my bank account number I cannot afford this. They are taking this out every two weeks and theyre going to do this on April 26. I just lost my mother. I do not have the money to take care of this. I appreciate all of your help and totally totally appreciate it ************************* ************. Thank you, Better Business Bureau .

      On 4/12 E-Loan withdrew over 1k out of my bank account, leaving me with $0.My bank contacted me as soon as the first withdrawal occurred, however 4 more were done within a few seconds of each other. My bank deleted my card and put a freeze on my account. This aparently is something this company does very frequently. I did have an account with them that was closed under my bankruptcy about a year ago, but I guess they are not satisfied with that resolution!

      E loans claims that they sent me a letter with a settlement for the amount they withdrew from my account. I NEVER agreed to any settlement of ANY KIND, this was with our Lawyers recommendation, since we were in the prosses of Bankruptcy. So regardless of their "claim", they did NOT have any type of authorization to withdraw any payment or payment from our account!

      4.4 eloan made 3 separate withdrawl transactions $125.68 each without my authorization to my checking account - I reached out to them via phone requested refund was told they would not - I reached out via email and received email response they would call me back this was at 12:06 today it is 6:51 no call... I emailed in return this evening. I advised I did not auth and filed dispute with my bank and would reach out to BBB also for help to resolve -

      Early last year I pulled out another loan from Eloanwarehouse, Because I've paid the first loan off and I needed some emergency funds for my family, but later that year of 2023 I had to put them on an hardship due to career changes, and I put a Stop payment which was 35 dollars charge on Eloanwarehouse from my bank last year also. In that one year time frame I haven't Heard from this loan company, or gotten a call from Eloanwarehouse about any payment plan arrangement until the end of March of this year with one email that's when I've noticed there where three charges on my bank account from Chase of ****** in the middle of March from Eloanwarehouse that put me in an negative with my bank, so I then contacted my bank of fraudulent activity because Eloan never got in contact with me until now, and I've told them I've already set up a payment planned with them of ***** dollars every two weeks. I then called Eloanwarehouse of what happened and that my bank was trying to retrieve the only two payments of ****** back they're staff told me no they are not giving it back because I was behind in payment, but I was unaware and I begged an pleaded with her because it put me tough situation with my bank, and I told them we have already agreed to a payment arrangement there's no need of the extra money when I now owe *********** Me and ********** agreed to let them have the first payment of ******, but we were trying to retrieve the other two back, because Eloanwarehouse sent documentation saying that I agreed to let them take out money from account for what I owe, but their wasn't any new money plan in place, so I didn't know what i owe left since then, and Eloanwarehouse never gave me a knew amount to pay back biweekly. Plus my Eloanwarehouse payments of direct deposit from my account was a ok early last year when I filed for another loan, but nothing recent was negotiated.********** to me is also at fault, because I put a stop payment on Eloanwarehouse, and ********** never told me of a possible expiration date of that stop payment plan, so Eloanwarehouse was able to take out ****** from my bank account without my permission, or my consent, so it put me over 600 dollars in the negative with my bank me now owing the bank. I guess it was how everything was handled with ********** and with Eloanwarehouse company. It felt like I was being robbed and mistreated. Like ********** didn't protect me probably, or my account wasn't fully protected, and I fault like Eloanwarehouse was just concerned with retrieving their money that they forgot I paid my first loan with them off with, and was willing to pay them back off the second it wasn't any communication from Eloanwarehouse at all.

      I unfortunately borrowed $1000.00 from this company in December 2023. Yes, I signed a contract. Yes, I missed 2 payments of ******. Yes, I worked out, what I thought was the best offer they gave me for owing $5000.00 for a $1000.00 loan, which was $2300.00. YES, this is correct. I owed $5000.00 for $1000.00 and the best I was offered was $2300.00 for a $1000.00 loan. I have since paid, a little over $1400.00 for a $1000.00 loan and owe two more payments of $432.00 on April 25th and May 25th, that I can't afford but have no choice. I recently called (3/26/34) to see if they would have some compassion and ****** stated, I settled for the $2300.00, again which I felt I had no choice and that was the best I was going to get because the debt was now $5000.00. I asked to speak with her supervisor and was on hold a long time to be told, the supervisor was busy with others and would call back and they never did. Therefore, I'm seeking your assistance is brokering a deal to satisfy this debt. I had never done anything like this previously and won't again, because this has been a horrific experience, and something is very shifty about a business that is supposed to be there to assist people during hard times but yet charges them 4 times the amount of money borrowed. This place really needs to be investigated for these types of practices and our laws within the Unites States should be changed to protect the citizens in our country from such predators, allowing legalization of these types of businesses, doesn't protect us at all. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated before April 25th (next payment). The Loan number is ********.
