I had originally taken a loan for $500 and paid in full in 7/2022. I then took another loan for $1500 and again paid in full. I just received a threatening letter after not hearing from this company in over a year for $9,215.45. I called and spoke to a "****" on 7/31. She said I took out a loan for $1800 on 6/27/23. I DID NOT! I looked back at my bank account and have no such deposit even close to 6/27/23. None of this makes any sense! Why would I pay off all my previous loans almost one year later and then take out another loan. And why is my total over $9000? **** said because they charge 365% interest compounded daily.Business Response

Hi!So I have been dealing with ELoan warehouse for awhile and did not have an issue with them until recently. I have made many payment to them on my loan and only had issues because I had identity theft. I was on a settlement plan with them and one of $50 payment came out without issue. Then a payment of $305 came out, which I was confused about. I called them and spoke with a representative who told me that I owed $297 on the settlement left. I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I did get them said that the representative was wrong and that it was $114 left of a settlement. I asked the supervisor about my account and why that $305 payment came out when I was on a settlement plan. She said I wasnt on one because I missed a payment (it was pulled out of my account, I have record of it). When I questioned it because it didnt make sense she told me that the contract said they can pull payment and then got upset with me telling me that she will just clear my account and that i wouldnt be able to loan with them for 6months. Then I asked to speak to her supervisor because I was getting upset she said she was not going to bother her supervisor with the matter. I have already paid a lot on that loan so I just want to get everything straight because the $305 payment was not authorized. She the. Said that they might pull again that Monday too. I was like absolutely not just because Im questioning to logistics of my account doesnt me you need to become hostile and try to blacklist me or drain my account over misinformation. Worst experience I have with them so far. Since then I have been getting notifications everyday about being past due but that started happening after I didnt agree with her terms. I called again trying to address it and got the same supervisor. I am over it because there is still no resolution and I was disrespected too for no reason. I will not be loaning with them ever again. Unprofessionalism at its finest.Business Response

Recently paid of an Eloan warehouse loan then applied to get another one and the monthly payments are very outrageous. I was struggling which in turn I needed them and they took complete advantage of me and at the time I needed the money to support my 3 kids and wife. Obviously they don't stop calling or sending emails which I don't understand why they need to do both. Ive blocked countless numbers they call from. I've tried to settle my account through the links they have sent but it never works. Tried calling and stay on hold for over 30 minutes so I just hang up. If I knew they were into the bad business aspect of things I would of just left the first loan I paid off and deleted my account.Business Response

I had a settlement plan that unfortunately fell through because of unexpected expenses. As soon as I was paid, they charged me for multiple payments without my authorization, and continued to attempt to charge more even after they had drained my bank account. They have continued to attempt to charge my card multiple times per day, despite repeated declines. They drained my account and the best part is, they've collected more than the settlement plan called for and they are STILL trying to make unauthorized charges to my account.Business Response

I took out another loan for $350 with eloan warehouse on 4-11-24 with an exsorbantly high interest rate of 675% which I would think is illegal in **** or in any state for that matter. I thought the payments would be lower since I was a returning customer but that didn't happen. I have made 2 payments of $98.76 and I am behind and I want to resolve this loan but with terms that are reasonable and justifiable. I have tried calling but was told can't change the payment amount or do a settlement. I am struggling to pay my bills already due to the fact that my husband is unable to work. This company needs to work with their customers in order to gain respect and market share!Business Response

I have been a returning customer with ********************** and in my latest application, I provided them with my pay days scheduled and yet they scheduled my payments a day prior to my pay day. I have made payments on their off schedule until I no longer could and contacted them to notify them that my pay schedule needed to be repaid. A representative was assisting me and upon an arrangement being made, she contacted me letting me know that within the 12 hours after initially reaching out, my loan could not be refinanced nor pay day changed. My only options were collections or paying a higher payment. I was supposed to receive a call back today with an update after feedback from upper management and I received no call. To my surprise, I logged into my profile and they had submitted an un authorized payment.Business Response

On 2/7/2024 I filed an application for a loan from eLoan Warehouse for $500. I have since learned that their APR % is extremely high above the approved amount allowed in **********. I have reached out to them to clear the loan seeing that I have made 8 payments of $127.02, totaling $1016.16 which is over 200% and ********** only allows 10%. I reached out on May 30th and they have not responded, and filed a review where they referred me back to my documents and that they will not adjust the loan. My loan number is ******** with an effective date of 2/7/2024.Business Response

I got a payday loan. They have my pay date wrong. I have attempted to correct this yet they still continue to try and debt my account cause me nsf fees. Further after reviewing the apr it is illegal in my state! The cap is 36 percent they are charging me over 600 percent. I have paid them 300 . I have a loan with this company. The loan was in the amount of $400 and I was expected to pay $96 biweekly until September. I was late a couple payments, but was getting caught up. On 5/9/2024, I was charged $208 from this company. I was confused by this charge because I hadn't authorized a payment of that amount to be auto deducted. I was then charged my recurring payment of $96. I called ELoan warehouse to inquire about the payment of $208. I called twice and both of the representatives said there was so record of that charge. With the second call a representative gave me an email to contact to dispute it. The email was incorrect and she gave me another. When I tried it the following morning, it was incorrect as well. When I called back on 5/10/2024, I was speaking to a representative about the charge in which she rudely told me that it doesn't exist and that I was clearly confused and agreed to pay it. I argued that the charge was under the name of her company and that I disputed with my bank and that I was putting stop payments for future payments. I now have stop payments and I'm disputing the charges with my bank. I would like to have you guys help me end my contract with them and assist me with finding a settlement.
