      I took out a loan of $1000 loan ID ******** and have paid back $2483.69 which is well over 100% interest which is illegal for the state of *******, and I believe they are illegally operating under the guise of a tribal entity. I have more than honored my obligation.

      E Loan Warehouse calls our home multiple times a day. We have no business with them. It started out numerous times a week and is now every day. It is harassing because most of the calls have no one on the other end. I work at home, and they interfere with my work. I would like them to take my office number off their list permanently.       I have been dealing with this company for months with this same promo. On July 19, 2024 i received a promo $200 off my interest with payment. I utilized the promo when requesting the loan in which I paid the loan total payment all the way off August 12, 2024. The $1000 plus over the $400 of interest for the 20 plus days of gaining interest. I spoke with a representative on 19th of August she stated she would submit to the team for the $200 interest reimbursement. That did not happen. On August the 20th I spoke to a customer representative she stated because the 1st payment was not made i would receive the reimbursement. It was in the contract I signed. I ask to speak to a supervisor ****** stated is not stated in the contract but verbally expressed when requesting the loan. I said no one express this because I remind the customer representative about the promo every time when using Eloans warehouse for a loan. She said she would research and text me back she did not. I called back today August the representative stated I would receive the $200 reimbursement due no payment per the supervisor notes. Eloan warehouse do not have a contract with why they would not pay the promo but they do not have repeatable representative to do what they say the would do. They was paid the $1000 i borrowed and $400 in interest for 24days it took me to pay the total loan back. Please see the promo from Eloans warehouse, the date they deposited the funds, and the date of my payment in full.

      I had originally taken a loan for $500 and paid in full in 7/2022. I then took another loan for $1500 and again paid in full. I just received a threatening letter after not hearing from this company in over a year for $9,215.45. I called and spoke to a "****" on 7/31. She said I took out a loan for $1800 on 6/27/23. I DID NOT! I looked back at my bank account and have no such deposit even close to 6/27/23. None of this makes any sense! Why would I pay off all my previous loans almost one year later and then take out another loan. And why is my total over $9000? **** said because they charge 365% interest compounded daily.

      Hi!So I have been dealing with ELoan warehouse for awhile and did not have an issue with them until recently. I have made many payment to them on my loan and only had issues because I had identity theft. I was on a settlement plan with them and one of $50 payment came out without issue. Then a payment of $305 came out, which I was confused about. I called them and spoke with a representative who told me that I owed $297 on the settlement left. I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I did get them said that the representative was wrong and that it was $114 left of a settlement. I asked the supervisor about my account and why that $305 payment came out when I was on a settlement plan. She said I wasnt on one because I missed a payment (it was pulled out of my account, I have record of it). When I questioned it because it didnt make sense she told me that the contract said they can pull payment and then got upset with me telling me that she will just clear my account and that i wouldnt be able to loan with them for 6months. Then I asked to speak to her supervisor because I was getting upset she said she was not going to bother her supervisor with the matter. I have already paid a lot on that loan so I just want to get everything straight because the $305 payment was not authorized. She the. Said that they might pull again that Monday too. I was like absolutely not just because Im questioning to logistics of my account doesnt me you need to become hostile and try to blacklist me or drain my account over misinformation. Worst experience I have with them so far. Since then I have been getting notifications everyday about being past due but that started happening after I didnt agree with her terms. I called again trying to address it and got the same supervisor. I am over it because there is still no resolution and I was disrespected too for no reason. I will not be loaning with them ever again. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

      Recently paid of an Eloan warehouse loan then applied to get another one and the monthly payments are very outrageous. I was struggling which in turn I needed them and they took complete advantage of me and at the time I needed the money to support my 3 kids and wife. Obviously they don't stop calling or sending emails which I don't understand why they need to do both. Ive blocked countless numbers they call from. I've tried to settle my account through the links they have sent but it never works. Tried calling and stay on hold for over 30 minutes so I just hang up. If I knew they were into the bad business aspect of things I would of just left the first loan I paid off and deleted my account.

      I had a settlement plan that unfortunately fell through because of unexpected expenses. As soon as I was paid, they charged me for multiple payments without my authorization, and continued to attempt to charge more even after they had drained my bank account. They have continued to attempt to charge my card multiple times per day, despite repeated declines. They drained my account and the best part is, they've collected more than the settlement plan called for and they are STILL trying to make unauthorized charges to my account.

      I took out another loan for $350 with eloan warehouse on 4-11-24 with an exsorbantly high interest rate of 675% which I would think is illegal in **** or in any state for that matter. I thought the payments would be lower since I was a returning customer but that didn't happen. I have made 2 payments of $98.76 and I am behind and I want to resolve this loan but with terms that are reasonable and justifiable. I have tried calling but was told can't change the payment amount or do a settlement. I am struggling to pay my bills already due to the fact that my husband is unable to work. This company needs to work with their customers in order to gain respect and market share!
