I do not know this company. I recently received an email about a loan. The email had no information about the loan I never applied for a loan or have I ever taken a loan from this company I wish for this company to remove all my information from their system, or I will ********* action, I do not know who you are nor how you got my information but I see youve been doing this continuously with other people, so I advise you remove my information from your system or again face legal actionBusiness response

They are a scam! Never contacted me said I took out a loan before I dont remember that at all they trying to get repayment never once have I remembered using them and never once have I gotten any form of communication other than now noticing my wages being garnished do not use this company all avoid at all cost they hang up on you if you ask questions they will not work with you internet payday loan scam!Business response

Got a loan for 350 and tried to contact them 15 days later to pay off and still 6 months later can't get a hold of them and I am stuck paying for this because they trap you and give you false information about paying it off so they can trap you to practically steal money from you can't login to website or anythingBusiness response

During the loan underwriting process, you were made aware of certain charges or fees related to the loan as well as the APR. Under the Federal Truth in Lending Act and other applicable regulations, we are required to provide an accurate and comprehensive fee disclosure. The charges related to your loan were written out in the loan documentation which you agreed to during the lending process.
Before funding a loan, customers are advised of the total cost of their loan and the fees along with different plans to pay the loan back which we believe are competitive with other lenders. This is an expensive form of borrowing, and it is not intended to be a long-term financial solution. These loans are designed to assist you in meeting your short-term financial needs. Received a missed call the other day and thought of it as spam. Received 2 other calls today and I called the number to try and see what was going on. People were foreign that answered and the first one hung up on me. Called back and spoke with ******* that was giving me a hard time and said that I have a contract with them and that I owe money. I have never heard of this company before in my life!!! I searched the business name and saw that they have created fraudulent contracts and have garnished peoples wages. This company is a HUGE SCAM and whatever information they have for me was received fraudulently. I have absolutely NOTHING to do with this business and WILL be reaching out to an attorney. Do not contact me, delete ALL of my information, and if for some reason my wages get garnished like other people have stated, there is going to be a very very huge problem. With fraud the way it is now, people will do anything for a come up and it is pathetic and sadBusiness response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I received an email from East Line Lending that shows a fraudulent contract and my signature does not match. They also have that on a $1200 or so loan that I owe almost $10,000!!! That is INSANE! I also do not bank at the bank they have listed. Again, Ive seen reviews and other complaints about how this company operates and am not responsible for this loan they have created

Company accepted my police report and closed whatever account they had as well as deleting all of my information. If this happens again, I will definitely be back to report again

East Line Lending has a fraudulent document with a forged signature stating that I owe them money. This was not verified in my personal records nor my bank statement for the date listed and I would like them to not submit this to the creditors as this document is fraudulent and I did not consent to borrowing the funds as the agreement states with absorbent interest rates. The only communication I have from this company is in spam email from 4/13/2023.Business response

East Line Lending claims we signed a loan agreement on 1/25/2023. We did not. They sent ** a fraudulent document and now claims we owe them $1838.73. They want to garnish my husbands wages.! it is obviously predatory, and should be addressed by the proper authorities. any funds deposited into our account were not agreed upon and were considered fraudulent. 11/30/2022. The amount in which the interest rate is a scam. The are charging me ******% per year interest on a 475 loan. Ive been paying on since the beginning of December at ***** every week. Its OUTRAGEOUS. I think something needs to be done about this. I know by now Ive already paid back that 475 and some. And they are going to keep charging me till December of this year. I cant get into contact with anyone about anything. And their website is a hoax because you cant even use it? I deserve all my money back because at this point Im thinking Im feeding into someone pocket and this a scam. For reference Im going to be screen shots below.Business response

I didnt get a loan from this company and some how they got my information and filed a garnishment with my employer. East Line Lending says I owe them ******* and my job has been taking money out of my check for the past 4 months. I never received any notification or letter from East Line Lending about owing them money or going forward with a garnishment. This company is a scam and Im going to talk to a lawyer about suing the company.Business response

Im filling this complaint because I have not been able to get in contact with this company. It is in regards to a loan I applied for back last year I have made no-weekly payments to them starting back in August of 2022. For a payment amount of $112.24 over the last couple of months I have not been able to get in contact with them about a payoff or other payment options. They are giving out predatory loans to their customers with extremely high interest rates. That is making harder to pay the loan off. And with not responding to me I dont have anything else I can do.Business response

Please be reminded that East Line Lending offers you 3 different payment options and one of them is to pay the loan in full as soon as possible because this is the best way for a customer to avoid paying more than what you needed to pay because the finance fee of your loan is being calculated on a daily basis. So, the longer you pay your loan in full, the higher interest you will also be paying.

So Iv tried paying a 975 dollar loan off and cant even get ahold of anyone and cant even login to the website or anything. They keep taking money out an old account I use so they can get full amount for interest instead of me just paying it off Im sick of it I want it gone!Business response
