This loan company is a scam and I want to end my contract with them. This is uncalled for and fraud. I tried calling but the person on the other end kept asking for my address and how I spell it. TOTAL SCAM. Also when I tried to view this website it said that I couldnt and it was not a safe browser. Something fishy is definitely going on with this company. I pay them every week and its killing my financial status.Business response

I applied for a loan of $500 through East line lending, Ive been trying to go online using the login portal to access my account. When I try and log in it says page not found, I also tried resetting my password and it still goes to page not found. Today the 27th of December 2022 I called them using the provided number on the webpage for East line lending, I asked the lady why I couldnt access my info and she said the website is down, but this means their website has been down since early October cause every time I try to access my account it tells me page not found. I believe East line lending is acting as a fraudulent lending service.Business response

This company is a scam. They give you money and you won't be able to connect with anyone after they do that and keep trying to take your money. Missed one payment due to being unable to speak to anyone and they send a wage assignment. Asked for my account to be closed and sent to collection .Business response

I called to pay off my loan and because I had a pending payment they wouldn't allow me to. So now they get 3 extra days of their 222% interest. They were not helpful or remorseful at all.Business response

They are harassing me with phone calls to solicit business from me. I told them on 9/3/22 to stop calling me then on 9/6/22 I received 13 calls from various numbers and told them again to stop calling. Then in 9/8/22 they called again.Business response

I have a loan with this company. I emailed on 8/28/22 and three times on 8/29/22 asking to skip payment due to brakes going out in ********* needing surgery and my bank account was compromised. I got no response. I don't call because I can't understand them on phone since I wear cochlear implants and I tried website only to get error in database like they don't exist. I have tried to reach out to East line Lending to request that my payment be moved due to an unexpected bill. The lady barely spoke English said she couldnt help me that I had to talk to the financing department. I requested that they email me because I am at work and I have not received an email from them. I emailed them yesterday and got no response. The lady then called me back while again Im at work I left a voicemail for me to call her. I just need to move this payment and you cant get a hold of them via the website either or.Business response
