      I took a loan out with East Line in March 2021. I made some payments to them but because you can never log in you can't see your account. I did stop making payments and do understand I owe them. I received an email yesterday that they were going to do a wage assignment. They said I could stop the assignment by sending a certified letter which I did yesterday. The **** says the letter will arrive by November 22, 2021. I also sent 3 emails requesting the wage assignment to stop. I would like to make payment arrangements to pay off the balance.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Immediately after sending this resolution Eastline Lending sent me an email stating that my account is no longer with Eastline but instead with a company called **************** and I would have to work with them. If Eastline was not responsible why did they send the initial wage assignment as well as respond to the complaint? I need answers.

      I reached out to Eastline Lending and did not get a response. Now I am receiving an email from Apex Servicing as well as getting an email from Eastline saying **************** has the account. Which is it? I feel as if I am getting a run around when I am just trying to get business settled.

      I have taken out a small personal loan with East Line Lending. I have had the loan since August. I have logged onto the website multiple times and cannot gain access to it. I can't look to see my balance, where my payments are going, if the loan amount is going down, if the payment made it to them, nothing. It will not let me log in. I have emailed them about 5 times now requesting a statement, my balance and any other pertinent information and they will not send me anything. I did receive an email once from them that stated my payment options as in 1. paying in full. 2. paying additional payments. 3. paying just the minimum due. When I have called they apologize stating their website is down. I can see a company website needing 24 hours to fix the issue but it has been 2 months that their website was down. It was up when I applied for the loan. And it has been down since.I can't get anything about my actual account. I need to verify they are a legitimate company.

      On the day the loan was processed, the agent was able to explain the payment options clearly. APR was disclosed properly as well. Please know, East Line Lending does offer 3 different payment options. If you go to our website under Frequently Asked Questions How much does my loan cost? we provide our customers with a sample rate chart explaining to them how they can make their payments. We also advise our customers if they want to minimize the total cost of their loan, we strongly recommend taking steps to either pay off your loan in full or to pay as much as possible in order to reduce the principal (original debt incurred) as quickly as possible, and there are no prepayment penalties.

      Upon checking your account has been paid off and we already sent you the confirmation receipt through your email,

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I never questioned the amount of the loan or stated I did not understand their rates. My problem was that they could not provide me a website to see my loan's progress, payments I had made on the account or even my contract. However I have paid this loan off in full as they have stated.

      Took out a loan and of course the website is down. No communication what so ever. I have been trying to go online to pay off the loan but that is not possible. Finally had someone answer today and they told me since I have a payment pending I can't pay off the loan. Thanks for the scam!

      I took a loan out in the amount of $875 on 8/27/2021 . I have made 3 payments as follows : 9-1-21 $112.32 , 9-16-21 $260.70 and 9-30-21 $260.70. I have tried to email and call East Line to ask them to work with me on this payment. I have already paid $633.72 in a month. I do not have an issue paying this loan off, but the payments of $260.70 every two weeks is extremely hard. I am hoping I can have someone contact me and for me to be able to take care of this.
